“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. “SK Home Designz was fantastic! We hired them to replace our glass backsplash in our kitchen with white mosaic tile. Steve helped us every step of the way, He did an in person consultation and gave us a very affordable and fair estimate for the job and agreed to take it on, even though it was a smaller job than usual. The work was done in a timely manner-- only three days-- and we were really happy with the results. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again.”
