Becky spent time with us in the beginning to understand what we want as a finished product. She was prompt and efficient through the design process. The service providers and suppliers she recommended payed attention to our requests and took good care of us. Becky responded to every call and/or request. She made several visits to our house to check progress and ensure all expectations are met and details are as defined in the plans and met her standards. Becky Neal from Capstone Design Solutions was a life saver! My husband and I wanted to renovate several rooms of our 30 year old home. We knew Capstone’s reputation and quality of work, we contacted Becky and she was on board right from the start. She went over our budget, all of the rooms that we wanted to renovate and helped us with a plan on how to afford them. Becky took measurements of the spaces, discussed our dreams and then provided a plan. We chose our own contractor and Becky supplied the plans in a bound portfolio for them. She even stopped by to check on the progress of our construction. We also used Becky’s creative consultation service, she would meet me at stores to help with selections. It was nice to have her interior design expertise and to think things through on how they would work together. Becky is extremely talented and very intelligent when it comes to space planning color theory and practicality. She helped us select natural stone, tile, vanities, mirrors, fixtures and hardware. I know this sounds like a lot, it was, we used her services for over two years!! We tackled three bathrooms and a complete kitchen remodel with Capstone Design Solutions. She also consulted us on a backyard paver patio with deck. Capstone’s process was easy to understand and Becky was there to hold our hand throughout it. Even though my husband is a graphic designer, and I am a creative, I know we could not have taken this on without her. Our home is a masterpiece made specifically for us and we enjoy it everyday.
