Liz Henkel and Cavalier Kitchens helped us to turn a small, dated (frankly UGLY) kitchen into a stunning masterpiece. She helped us every step of the way with excellent advice and counsel. If she disagreed with an idea, she always had a good reason for why we should consider an alternative. She was responsive to all our needs, cabinets were delivered within the time frame estimated. We could NOT have done it without Liz and Cavalier.

My wife and I approached Cavalier Kitchens and Baths for fixtures for a master bath remodel. we already had arrangements made with a private contractor to complete the work. We had very specific ideas for what we wanted and had already been through this experience at our previous home. Amanda Wilson at Cavalier managed our order. Her input and made all the difference in the ultimate success of the project resulting in an elegant and functional elder friendly bath. Amanda took the time to understand what we were seeking and made it happen in a timely and efficient manner. She had the understanding of space allocation, materials, finishes and fixtures that made all the difference. She was readily available during the planning and installation. She coordinated the design and deliveries with our contractor in the friendliest and most cooperative manner - even visiting the site when necessary. If she didn't carry what we needed she knew where to direct us (this important for floor and wall tile). She was associated with manufacturers of tubs, basins, fixtures and custom cabinetry who provided the best quality items. Her contactors for custom stone and shower doors were excellent. During our last experience much of what we had installed was dictated by the general contractor, but for this installation we were much more intimately involved in the decision making because we were acting as the general contractors which resulted in a lot more of or input. This could not have been done without Amanda and Cavalier.

Our experience with Cavalier Kitchen & Bath was absolutely awesome! Elizabeth helped us turn our kitchen dreams into reality, and we're over the moon with the results. Elizabeth is a design wizard – she took our ideas, crunched the numbers, and made it all fit perfectly. She was there with us every step of the way, making those tough decisions feel like a breeze. It was like having a friend who just happens to be a kitchen expert! Our cabinets are straight-up stunning, and you can tell they're built to last. Wow! Amanda and her team did a wonderful job in converting a bathroom that had a claw foot tub into a bathroom with a walk in shower. We live in a older log home so creativity in the design was of the utmost importance. Their coordination with the contractor was phenomenal. My wife and I highly recommend Cavalier Kitchens and Baths!!

As an architect living and working in Winchester, VA, I often send my residential clients to Cavalier Kitchens and Baths and particularly to Elizabeth Henkel. Once we finish a general design of a kitchen as a part of an overall plan, I trust that Cavalier will do a great job with all the details of the kitchen to make the project "sing". They excel at listening to the homeowner's wants and needs and providing an excellent finished product with happy homeowners every time. On a personal note, I appreciated the attention to detail with Cavalier with installing my historic cast-iron sink into a new countertop.

Cavalier was critical to the successful renovation of our kitchen. We live in a relatively older home, and it was desperately in need of a full renovation. However, it was a small kitchen, and Cavalier was integral to making the right decisions for this project. In particular, Amanda helped us pick the right cabinets and features to maximize our kitchen space, by adding extra cabinets in the right places and using features like a blind corner pullout. They did an awesome job working with my designer/ contractor, too!

We were so pleased with our experience with Cavalier. From the moment we met with Christine Phelps, we were impressed by how thorough she was and her attention to detail. From start to finish, she always provided the information we needed to make choices, and followed through each and every time we asked a question. We knew she was committed to making sure we would be happy with the outcome. We used Corian products which their shop personnel constructed and installed - they did an excellent job as well. The scheduler's made sure we understood when the products would be delivered and the delivery personnel arrived right on time! What a refreshing change to have an exact time instead of the usual 2-4 hour window most businesses are giving today. They are more expensive that using the box stores like Lowes, etc. - but the value is in the design support, planning, scheduling, ordering etc. In short, we would highly recommend this company.

Eric Pratt is a magician! He was able to replace our 25+ year outdated kitchen with the kitchen of our dreams! Eric championed the whole planning and installation process. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. Doesn’t seem to happen anymore! We would recommend Eric and Cavalier to anyone looking to replace their tired kitchen!

We recently completed a full kitchen gut and remodel with the help of Elizabeth Henkel. She was absolutely spectacular. She treated our project as though it was her own kitchen. She put thought and creativity into every detail. From our first meeting I could tell she was trained in this trade and the consummate professional. We will definitely turn to her for future renovations!!

It is a pleasure to share our experience with Cavalier Kitchens. We have been extremely pleased with the process from beginning to end and could not be more satisfied with the end result. Randy George was recommended to us and we couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, responsive and detail-oriented designer. He was extraordinary and patiently (we were not quick!) worked with us through all of the decisions that are involved in a complete kitchen remodel. We live in a log home which presents its own unique challenges, but Randy's depth of knowledge was remarkable and never gave us a reason to second-guess him even for a moment. In addition to Randy, our contact with other employees was always informed and helpful. We were also pleased with the range of price-points offered and were comfortable with the different options that were always presented-whether for cabinetry, hardware, countertops, etc. All in all, our experience with Cavalier Kitchens -and especially Randy George- was as close to perfect as we could expect and heartily recommend them.

Cavalier Kitchens and Bath did two projects for us. One was a new granite countertop in the kitchen and the other was a bathroom remodel. Randy George was very helpful answering questions and guiding us through the process. Mike Cooper was the contractor we selected. He did an awesome job! We had been told by a different company that replacing the countertop was not possible because of a potential problem with a corner cabinet. Mike was able to easily remove the old and install the new with no problem at all. We love the way our new bathroom looks. Cavalier is the best!

Cavalier kitchens and bath did our entire home, top to bottom! Working with Liz is a joy. She is professional, knows her products, and very easy to talk/work with. If we had any more space for cabinets, she would be the one we would call .

Saying I am so very happy with the refreshing new look of my kitchen and bathroom is an understatement!! Elizabeth Henkel of Cavalier Kitchens and Baths designed a plan to update my kitchen while saving the cabinets and granite countertops. Through extensive measurements and research she was able to get new door and drawer fronts that arrived in individually numbered boxes ready to install! It now looks like a brand new kitchen! The bathroom was a complete remodel. Elizabeth's caring, pleasant personality, excellent design vision and patience guided me through all the decision making to a wonderfully productive end! Designer Elizabeth Henkel helped me create my dream house! My experience was 5 stars from the beginning to the end. I was asked by the contractor to work with Elizabeth because of her thoroughness and professionalism, best thing I ever did! She helped me pick out cabinet colors, coordinate the hardware but most importantly she rearranged the position of cabinets to better serve my needs. Her floor plans were easy to understand and exactly what I wanted. She made sure everything was installed correctly and took care of a minor issues asap (which was unbelievable considering the extent of the project ! Again, I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Elizabeth and the Cavalier company!

I recently built a new home and my builder referred me to Cavalier Kitchen and Bath and specifically Elizabeth Henkel. She was wonderful to work with , very knowledgeable and able to take my ideas and her skills, to give me exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.

Our experience with cavalier kitchens has been perfect. We can't say enough about Jennifer and her design skills. We had a very unusual space to work with and it cost us 80k to complete. Spending that much on a kitchen had us nervous to say the least. Jennifer worked with our contractor and made it happen very smoothly and my wife loves her new kitchen. We will have Jennifer do our master bathroom next. We would highly recommend Jennifer and cavalier kitchens.

We were extremely satisfied with the services and products from Cavalier. Our salesperson, Randy George, was very professional and competent in helping us create the kitchen of our dreams. He was very knowledgeable about the products, helped with creative ideas and was a pleasure to work with. The final product exceeded our expectations!

We just completed our second project with Cavalier, a bathroom renovation. For both projects, the staff was very professional and knew their products. The quality of the products we purchased was excellent and well worth every penny. The staff member that helped us through both projects was Randy George. Randy was a pleasure to work with and dedicated to ensuring our project went as smoothly as possible. He knows people work during the day and will communicate 'after hours' if needed. The best part of the whole project was the fact that Cavalier stands behind the products the sell. The largest issue on the bathroom renovation was the poor quality of one of the tub parts. Cavalier agreed that the quality of the piece was not up to their standards and worked with us to get a replacement that was absolutely perfect for the installation. The only additional cost to us was the the difference between the replacement part and the original part. Short version is Cavalier and their staff are experts on what they sell and they sell nothing but the best quality materials.

If you have the opportunity to go to Cavalier please ask for Randy George. During our kitchen renovation, I was there about 3 times a week asking questions, changing things, getting advice. He doesn't sell the product or lead you to something you are not interested in. He gives you advice. I particularly like that in a salesman. He's knowledgeable on what he is doing. I had a total kitchen renovation and he guided me on the whole project. He also gives you a list of contractors who do the work for you. I picked one who was outstanding. I highly recommend Cavalier and Randy George and would go back to them.

We have been happy with the quality of the product and the initial planning, but we were very unhappy with the follow through. The main problem was the countertop. We were told the day before that we needed to drive to Frederick, MD to pick out the slab, effectively taking that choice away from us. We were also put two weeks behind schedule, because the countertop suppliers took so long to come measure the template. When the installers finally arrived, they claimed they would be "forced" to make several unnecessary cuts. Our contractor's site supervisor stepped in, thankfully, and was very angry. He said they were trying to use remnants instead of the slab we had paid for and that Cavalier was not watching out for our interests nor for the quality of the work. When the countertop came, it did indeed need only one cut to work. We were left shaken and very uncertain of the integrity of this company. This is a shame, because we used Cavalier 15 years ago for our bathroom and had a lovely experience, but I would not recommend them now.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we had at Cavalier Kitchen and Bath. Finally decided to up date kitchen with granite countertops and pantry cabinets. We met one of their designers, Joshuah Robertson, he helped us pick out everything and was always there to answer our concerns. Would recommend Josh and Cavalier Kitchens to anyone. Very professional and courteous.

I was treated like family the moment I walked into the showroom and met Joshuah Robertson! He made me feel as if my small bathroom remodel was the most important thing in the world to him! He guided me through every step of the process and assisted me in making choices that were in line with my "vision". He even helped me find a contractor! When a problem arose with one of the suppliers, he jumped right into the fray and worked out a solution that was definitely to my benefit. I definitely would recommend planning your new kitchen or bath with Cavalier. I'm sure all of the agents there are true professionals, but I cannot recommend Josh highly enough!!

When we were looking for help to build a bar in our basement, we didn't know where to start but we got several recommendations from others in our neighborhood to go check out Cavalier. When we reached out to them, we were put in touch with Joshuah Robertson. Josh was great... he guided us through the entire project, start to finish. He not only helped us conceptualize and then design our bar, he then helped us find the right contractors to professionally install and finish the entire bar area. His previous experience as an installer was invaluable in helping us anticipate many details we would have otherwise overlooked... this was key in making sure our expectations were both met and exceeded. As for the quality of the workmanship, we are very pleased with both the cabinetry and counter tops! Cavalier had a wide range of materials and options for us to choose from and fit within our budget -- we had no problem finding just what we wanted! We were delighted with our kitchen remodel which turned out better than we could have imagined. Key to this effort was the expert advice and service by Cavalier Kitchens. Liz Henkel assisted us with our remodel of our kitchen. Our home was built in 1924 and the kitchen has not been updated since the 70's. We met with Liz numerous times at our home and at Cavalier's showroom prior to the start of construction. Liz went above and beyond. She made the process as seamless as possible. She assisted us in selecting cabinets, countertops, hardware, and more that fit our budget. Liz was also able to recommend appliances, lighting, backsplash, etc. She kept our budget in mind throughout all selections. Once construction started, Liz monitored the contractor's work with a keen eye to detail. My wife and I knew that we had an ally in our corner throughout the whole project. Now that the project is complete, we could not be happier. We enjoy our kitchen every day all thanks to Liz and Cavalier Kitchens & Bath!

We were constantly impressed with everything he did for us such as designing unique features that fit in seamlessly with the entire kitchen and made the kitchen pop. When the kitchen was done it looked like it may have been in a magazine and this is all thanks to the expertise of Randy and Cavalier Kitchens so we would highly recommend them to everyone.

I found Randy to be extremely helpful at narrowing down the multitude of choices and working with the vision I had in mind. Orders were timely and the coordination with the contractor and other suppliers meant the job was completed in a reasonable time. The results matched the provided plans and in some ways exceeded expectations. Very satisfied.

Cavalier helped us do a partial upgrade to our kitchen. Amanda designed an excellent island which is just what we wanted. The new quartz counter tops are top notch. All through the process, we received courteous and knowledgeable assistance, as well as quick responses to emailed questions and concerns. Amanda knows the products and was able to steer us in the correct direction when we envisioned issues. The subcontractors used by Cavalier were also very professional and did great work. We would not hesitate to use Cavalier again. Since this review was initially posted, Amanda helped us find the perfect solid surface back splash to compliment our new quartz counter tops. As always, her taste and sense of color and balance were spot on. Tommy made the templates, cut the Corian and installed it in the time frame promised to us. His work was exemplary and his attention to detail was amazing. We could not have asked for more professional treatment. Once again, Cavalier has lived up to its reputation for excellence.

We are extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel. Joshua Robertson was our project designer/manager. He was able to listen to my ideas and translate them into a workable plan. When issues occurred he and Cavalier helped us work through them. They certainly stand behind their products. The result is a beautiful, well designed kitchen that is easy to work in, nearly self cleaning and super organized. It is the dream kitchen I always wanted.

Amanda was great to work with in designing our kitchens & baths as well as working with our contractor. They were very patient, full of ideas, and were great communicating & keeping flow of information going. As with any large project, a minor SNAFU here & there was inevitable. Amanda and Cavalier did an outstanding job of working with our contractor getting them rectified. We are also thankful for Amanda's recommendation for our fantastic builder!

We worked with Josh to remodel our master bathroom. We wanted a bigger shower so he helped us design the bathroom after the removal of the bath tub to make this happen. There were a few hiccups along the way but Josh was always right there to help us out and get the project back on track. We would definitely use Cavalier again and gladly work with Josh

We remodeled our 1950's bathroom into a clean modern style. This was our first extensive home improvement project, so Jennifer helped guide us through their products and helped us create a reasonable budget for a complete bathroom remodel. Their contractor (Mike Cooper) was fantastic. He made recommendations & worked with Cavalier to get changes made during the project . (We liked their Toto toilets so much that we purchased an additional one for our 1/2 bath.) Highly recommend Caviler because the bathroom was completed on time and on budget.

I am so glad I chose Cavalier Kitchens & Bath to install my new quartzite kitchen counter. Josh was very professional but still down to earth and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to go out of state with me to help me choose the quartzite for my counter. Completion date given me was met and the work quality could not have been better. Thanks to Cavalier and Josh the whole expierence was stress free AND I love my new counter.

We used Cavalier to help design our kitchen and bathrooms for our new weekend house. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way from picking out the cabinetry. marble, colors, everything! Wonderful experience. We did an extensive remodel of our master bathroom which involved taking down walls and doors and totally reconfiguring the bathroom. The contractor recommended by the Cavalier was wonderful and the products we purchased from Cavalier to complete the bathroom are great quality and look beautiful. We emailed Cavalier's website when we were thinking about remodeling our kitchen We were surprised to receive a response so quickly. Randy George came to our home twice to assist us in designing the kitchen "we can dance in". After a visit to the showroom for the final choices we were able to remodel our kitchen and love it. This organization was phenomenal to work with to redesign our kitchen. Randy George came to our home and re-designed the kitchen --it is now spacious and open and so functional.
