Centerfire Contracting

It's disappointing that companies like this exist, because they are the ones that give so many others in the industry a bad name. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning, but because they apologized profusely for missing the first appointment to do an estimate (red flag 1), and because they again apologized for not getting back to me from a few e-mails and phone messages, and even gave me their mobile number (red flag 2), I decided to let it go and schedule an appointment to have a patio cover extension built. Three days before the appointment, I hadn't heard to confirm from Centerfire, so I called them and left a message. No reply. Then I texted the receptionist. Again no reply. So it should come as no surprise that they didn't show up as scheduled. No phone call, no nothing. I have since called, e-mailed, and texted simply wanting to know why they behaved so unprofessionally, but of course they did not reply. I'm not sure where they get the photos of their work for their website, because if their work is as shoddy as their professionalism and customer service, then you'd be better served going with someone way more reliable.
