We love our new kitchen! From the planning and selection stages, with Cindy, to the completed job, we were kept informed of what would happen next. Richard and Jim both paid attention to detail. They showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly before they left for the day. We 100% trusted them. Our kitchen looks amazing and fits our needs perfectly. We highly recommend them!

Centerville Building & Design completed our kitchen remodel and we love it. Cindy, Richard and Jim were with us the entire way and designed, constructed and delivered a beautiful kitchen.

We are simply thrilled with our kitchen transformation!! And not only is it a beautiful upgrade but the process was smooth and enjoyable. Working with Cindy through the design phase was a delight. The construction phase was extremely smooth...Richard and Jim were punctual..the work space kept clean and they always let us know what was going on. Very pleasant experience all the way around and a beautiful kitchen too!

Cindy helped us design our new kitchen and Richard and Jim gutted the space and installed everything. We are thrilled with the redo. The work is done meticulously, and second best is not an option with them. They are reliable, always on time and they ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction. (They also had previously redone a bathroom for us.) We recommend them with enthusiasm, if you choose them you will be happy with the result.

Transforming a first floor room we rarely used into a beautiful full bath and guest room was accomplished through the skill, knowledge and creativity of Centerville Building and Design. The project was completed on time and on budget. In addition, the work area was cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day. This was a totally positive experience. Our house was built in 1970 and was in need of some serious updating. Since we hadn’t ever hired anyone to remodel even one room in our house, a complete family room, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room renovation was a very daunting thought. We even looked at buying a new house to avoid the renovating, but we love our neighborhood so we decided to give it a shot. After meeting with Richard and Cindy, it was clear we felt completely comfortable with them, their approach, and their process, so we went ahead with the project. There were many great things about this project but here are some of our favorites: •After Cindy came up with an amazing open concept layout and design, she led us to all the great places to pick out everything from floors, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, tile, faucets, sinks to lighting fixtures…and even door/drawer pulls. •We knew the exact cost of our project before any contracts were signed or construction began. •CBD uses a great project coordinating application (CoConstruct), so you can see the entire project specification, prices and billing, schedule, change orders, and completion status of all milestones. •Any change orders are done via the project application, so everyone can see and approve changes. •Richard, Jim and Todd are all just a little OCD (in a great way)! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is A+. •The guys were great with our kids each day when they came home from school, and were happy to fill us in on their comings and goings when we returned home each day. They always took the time to do the little things which mean so much – like bring our trash can in from the street on trash days. •They understood that we still needed to live in our home, and took great pains to clean up every day and do anything they could to make things livable for us. •Richard and Cindy were always willing to help via phone calls, texts and emails •They kept to the project schedule 100%, and communicated with us such that we knew what had happened today and what was happening tomorrow. Richard and Cindy were truly invested in our project. They listened to what we wanted, and did everything they could to create the home that we’d envisioned, with resounding success. We are incredibly fortunate to have found Richard and Cindy, and have already recommended them to everyone who walks through our home and is astonished by the transformation.

Centerville Building and Design did a complete remodel of my kitchen and a powder room. They patiently led me through the process of designing a kitchen that fit my needs AND wants with their knowledge and experience. They offered much appreciated guidance on the many decisions I had to make. They stayed on schedule, on budget, and left my house clean at the end of each day. They were thoroughly professional every step of the way. I have 3 bathrooms that need to be remodeled, and I won’t be looking for anyone else-I will be calling Centerville Building and Design!

Thanks so much to Richard and Cindy for our fabulous new kitchen and 1st floor flooring. From our first time meeting with them we knew they were the best fit for us. Cindy’s design was perfect and she was there for us every step of the way through all the decision making. Richard and Jim are missed by the entire family now that the remodel is complete. Each morning began on time and the day ended with Jim’s meticulous cleanup. The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail turned this project into our dream kitchen. Centerville Building & Design: Communication, Consistency, Quality If you have been thinking about any type of remodeling, design, home update projects, etc. but have been having a hard time finding the right people to help you make it happen – Look no further! Centerville Building & Design provide superior service through their communication, consistency, and quality. COMMUNICATION: At every step of the project from inception to completion there was never a question about the work that was going to be done, what was going to be installed, when things were going to happen, etc. With a computer interface as well as daily face to face communications there was never any delay to discuss questions, ideas, etc. Richard and Cindy flawlessly communicated with their employees as well as any other specified contractors (glass door installers, floor installers, etc.) throughout the project. (ie, there were ABSOULTELY NEVER any comments such as, “well no one told me”, rather everyone came in knowing all of the nuances we had requested about their aspect of the project.) CONSISTENCY: Our project was priority and there were no delays in work flow. The project was finished within the anticipated time frame. QUALITY: Richard and Cindy assisted with the selection of products and materials that are functional, durable, and gorgeous! They offer insight and guidance that can only come from years of experience to optimize the quality of work so it is never necessary to “redo” something or have to realize after it is done it doesn’t look the way you had expected. Their expert eye for design and passion for attention to detail will be greatly appreciated on a daily basis by my husband and I as we enjoy our fully remodeled condo. Centerville Building and Design has completed two projects for us on two different occasions. They removed and replaced a tile backsplash in our kitchen, as well as a partial master bathroom remodel. We have been very pleased with the outcome of both projects. Centerville Building and Design is quality/detail oriented, professional, and very easy to work with. They are open to input and quick to answer questions and concerns. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

CBD did a kitchen remodel for us for about $35,000. We couldn’t be more pleased. They were very personable and knowledgeable, gave us great ideas along the way, and had excellent workmanship. The entire job took about 2 months, start to finish, well within the proposed timeframe. Also, they cleaned up very nicely after each workday. Their after-the-job service was very responsive, the few times we called them back to take care of minor things. All in all, we would recommend CBD to anyone interested in minor or major remodeling projects.

Full Kitchen Remodel. Great experience during the entire process, starting first with the design all the way to the final walk through. Project was completed on-time. Quality craftsmanship and attention was paid to every detail. We will be using them for a master bath remodel. We would highly recommended Centerville Building and Design.
