Central Construction Group, Inc. did a wonderful job with our home remodel! From day 1, they were very professional and considerate of our budget. This project started as a kitchen remodel, however we had a long list of other things we wanted to update to our home. We walked Brian through our wish list and he provided us with a detailed estimate that helped us prioritize our project. Brian’s estimate was very comparable to another local company, and we chose to go with CCG because we loved the idea of having an Interior Designer walk us through every step of the process. We greatly appreciated Stephanie’s input from providing 3D images to choose from, to attending all vendor appointments with us! They continued to be cognizant of our budget throughout the selection process and provided us with updated work orders in a timely manner. CCG even went above and beyond with stepping in to correct another company’s error (we had window’s replaced by a separate company during the same time frame). We would highly recommend this company for any remodeling needs!!

Central Construction Group is a knowledgeable team of professionals with many years of experience ranging from design through construction. Because of this, their ability to trouble shoot and problem solve while on the project is first class. Great care is taken to protect areas not part of the construction. Communication is constant and transparent throughout the process. The end product transformed our home.

We did an add-on and major renovation to our home. The quality of construction from CCG (Central Construction Group) was absolutely top notch. The owner Brian, was easy to work with and whenever there were any questions or issues he was very responsive to my phone calls. Our Project Manager John, stayed on top of the subs, and would not accept anything other than top notch work. John's vast experience in this trade was very helpful as we considered different design changes or "change orders" along the way. I would highly recommend CCG for any major renovations you are considering.

I have used Central Construction for three different projects. Each time, I was very pleased with several facts: 1) they asked and listened to what I wanted - not just told me 2) top notch workers who were professional and very polite 3) they stayed consistent to the contract 4) good materials were used, they answered all my questions, and cleaned up after each day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After a botched kitchen renovation in a prior year, Brian and Stephanie worked with us to finally finish (and redo several things) our small kitchen and dining area. They were great to work with and answered all questions promptly. The crew that worked on-site also did a great job and were respectful as a new baby was brought home before it was completed. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

Brian and crew did a complete renovation of our kitchen and a bathroom. They did an amazing job and met the completion timeline requested. Brian was excellent at responding to emails and phone calls and offered solution oriented answers. Stephanie was very helpful in helping us think through design options and getting us to the right places to select cabinets, flooring, etc. We would definitiely recommend CCG and have to friends.

Central Construction Group completed a major kitchen renovation for me and they did a wonderful job. The project was fairly complex as it involved expanding the footprint of an older home and involved the placement of a structural beam. CCG executed the design flawlessly and were pleasant to work with throughout the process. Brian (owner) and Mike (day to day Project Manager) are quite competent and also very reasonable individuals. I highly recommend Central Construction Group.

I photographed a kitchen addition that Central built. It was one of the easiest kitchen shoots to date. The lines were so clean and details so fine that Photoshop didn't need to show up. I look forward to their next project!

Central Construction Group is a Contractor of mine. They are very professional and very knowledgeable in all the aspects of design and remodeling. They give their customers detailed kitchen plans with color perspectives which in my opinion that is very rare (I am a kitchen designer and I rarely do color renderings) and that just goes to show how much they want their customers to visualize their space and be happy with what they are ordering because it is a big investment. I really like working with them and I think they are a great company!!

What I appreciate as a designer, is that Brian seeks to understand the design and the spaces intended and calls for clarity and understanding. Brian and his team at Central Construction Group did an amazing transformation of our basement. He was very knowledgable and provided great information and options to keep us within our budget. I am happy to say this project was spot on with our budget and timeline. Brian was very respectful of our time when scheduling and when he said someone would be arriving within a specific time frame, it happened. All inspections were passed the first time around and there were never any issues with "re-doing". He and his team were courteous and respectful. I am happy to say we love this addition to our living space and use it constantly. I have had many remodeling projects over the years and I can honestly say that our best experience was in working with Central Construction Group. I do the electrical work for Central Construction Group and being familiar with their work and the final results on many different projects I would recommend them to anyone considering a project. They focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.

As a designer of luxury additions and kitchens, I prefer to recommend the general contractor so I know my client will get top notch treatment. There are a few great ones in this town. But in this case the client brought the contractor in, and what a pleasant surprise it has been! Brian Oltmanns and his project manager Mike have been wonderful to work with. The level of communication between them and the clients, who naturally are inquisitive about a process of which they know little, has been fantastic. Their subcontractors are excellent. They have exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Central Construction. I look forward to working with them again. I will post project photos at a later date.
