We love the final results of our remodel. The kitchen and three bathrooms were updated exactly how we wanted, new hardwood flooring , a fresh coat of paint tied the whole entire house remodel together beautifully. Christopher was always available and responded promptly to all our text.snd calls. Oleg was there promptly every morning patiently waiting for us to get out of the way. They went above and beyond our agreed scope on some much needed repairs and didn’t charge us anything additional which was very kind. Thank you again Christopher for a well done job .

The quality of work on our entire house remodel was outstanding. Our kitchen went from outdated to absolutely gorgeous, and the three bathrooms feel like a luxury spa. The hardwood floors were installed flawlessly, and the paint brought the whole design together. They listened to our ideas and delivered exactly what we wanted.

My kitchen sink was leaking and producing water damage, which was a serious plumbing problem. After reading some excellent internet reviews, I gave CER Design Build a call, and Christopher was excellent. He was really professional, arrived the same day, and went over everything in detail before beginning the repair. I haven't experienced any problems since the leak was quickly rectified. For any plumbing issues, I heartily recommend them!

CER Design did an amazing job on our home remodel. We now have our dream kitchen, master bath and Man Cave with a nice bar. The workmanship is superb, it looks as though this kitchen was built when the house was built. Our home's value has increased significantly since the renovation. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the time it took to complete our remodel.

My new bathroom makes the Four Seasons' look like a Holiday Inn! Chris and team nailed it. They got me the luxury, spa-like bathroom I wanted, they finished in the timeframe they said they would, and their goal was to make sure I was happy. The crews sent to my home worked hard, and knew what they were doing and the desired level of quality and craftsmanship, and they were professional. The final bow on the package was Chris sending out a cleaning crew to polish up the whole house when construction had been completed!

Recently completed a guest bath remodel with Cer Custom Renovations. It's a daunting task when vetting these companies and contractors, but we immediately felt comfortable with Jose who clearly laid out plans and next steps, on top of providing a competitive and comprehensive bid. Jose was communicative, present, and ensured our project stayed on track - even with a couple of curveballs we threw at them. Look no further! It doesn’t get any better than CER! From the jump, Chris was on top of the communication! Whenever I called, I’d speak with him directly! It was so reassuring to know I was in touch with the boss himself! And no matter how busy Chris and his team get, they always made time for us! Evenings and weekends too! He never stops! That’s a special kinda customer service! We got updates with pictures and videos in real time. There is a lot that goes into such a big renovation and we definitely have a new appreciation for this work. Chris even got us checking out the finished space for the first time on camera. He’s super friendly and really understood what I was looking for both for the space and as a client. I’m so impressed by the quality of the work! But I’m even more grateful that Chris and his team took such good care of our place! It was a big project and we could count on Chris and his team every step of the way. Chris took the time to explain every aspect of the work, helped us find ways to bring our dream kitchen to life. Chris was always easy to reach and his team is very detail-oriented. I’m so glad we went with CER! When selecting someone for our project, we wanted to make sure there would be no surprise. Chris is very present and hands on. And I mean that literally! He was always available when we had questions. Even at 2am when I couldn’t sleep and was looking up countertops, I’d text him and he’d reply!!! He’s team no sleep either and I knew I could reach him day and night! Chris and his team were fantastic! They made sure they knew what we wanted! They found us high-quality materials and designs that elevated our vision while staying within our price-point. I never realized how much went into a project like this and Chris made sure to take care of every detail. The team is not only capable and creative but they are diligent and dedicated as well. Chris is on top of the trends, funny, friendly, and super accommodating. He films the progress and sends updates every step of the way. And the whole team was super friendly and easy to work with. We love our new kitchen and definitely recommend CER with no hesitation!

We had a complete kitchen demo and remodel done by Chris Riley and his team at CER Design Build. The project last roughly 92 days from start to finish.
The crew that we would led with was outstanding, Jose and his guys were very professional and respectful. We found that after the project was complete we missed seeing the guys.
The longest process of the entire project was getting the design out of my head onto paper. Chris architect was able to accomplish that and I have my dream kitchen. We spent roughly $128,000 on our kitchen and Chris made me feel comfortable throughout the project and answered all my questions. He was extremely prompt with responding day or night and even weekends on occasion. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Jose and would most definitely use Chris again.

I was worried that it would be just a "plastic touch up" but they were great, strengthened, repaired and did not miss a detail. Their work was very clean and they were very considerate of my space. They were the most efficient at what they do. I tried other companies prior and had problems with corners being cut and unprofessional misconduct between employee and myself. I hired Chris and his team for a Kitchen Remodel on my town home in Atlanta. I worked with Kathy on design and picking out materials. I was very happy to have her as I did not know where to even start to look for materials. The process was easy , cabinets are very nice quality with soft close draws that I thought was very cool. The granite slab I selected is amazing and unique and was cut just the way I was hoping. What a tremendous difference from the old white chipped up cabinets. Our overall experience was pretty good , we received a new kitchen , new open walls , new updated plumbing and electrical , a new HVAC system , hardwood flooring , two bath remodels and a new painted interior. Kathy made the process easy we showed her pictures of what we liked so she designed it the way we wanted. The crews were very nice and respectful and always called me mam even when I told them they could call me Sarah which I got a chuckle out of. I'm happy the project is over and my home looks wonderful. My only complaint was the dust it was everywhere. They ended up bringing in a clean crew that cleaned everything very nicely.

Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.

Christopher did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. The custom cabinets blew us away. We were working with Home Depot at first, but after weeks of running us around we were fed up. I met Christopher after seeing one his trucks on the road I called the number and he came out later that evening. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very confident in what we could do with the space. They made us custom cabinets for about $7k less than what home depot was charging with better quality including dovetail drawers and soft close hardware. Oleg his manager was great and I even learned a lil Russian. The project was done in 4 weeks, ahead of the projected 9 week schedule. They had a cleaning service come in and clean our entire house. The kitchen is to nice to even use. We are so happy with the kitchen and working with Christopher and his team. I will be more than happy to give you a reference.

BEWARE: If you're looking for compassion, care, or good customer service keep looking. From my experience, these people will straight up pretend you don't exist. I can't even speak to their work, because we didn't get that far. They completely ignored me from almost day 1 after coming to see my house in January or early Feb of this year. I had to beg these people to get in contact with me. They strung me along for about 3 months (along with not responding to email for over a month, ignoring contract revisions/questions/requests, no apologizing, no engagement) as we were in the editing process of the contract. Then they suddenly dropped me (with like a 3 - 4 word apology in an email lol) after I told them the way they were treating me was unacceptable. If you meet them and get terrible vibes, you might think they're just busy because, hey, it's a pandemic, or maybe they have a lot on their plate, but you are wrong. They have zero interest in customer service (unless you're the right kind of customer, it seems). Avoid, avoid, avoid; seriously.

CER team was terrific, delivered the jack & Jill kids bathroom overhaul on time and within the budget. Skill sets in tile work, plumbing, paint, cabinetry all top-notch. The team was responsive, professional, and accomodating as COVID had 2 people working from home offices during the project (required pausing demo work for conf calls, etc...). The team was gracious and patient. They cleaned up every night, and by that I mean hands and knees washing the stairs up to the bathroom. When we hit any unforeseen challenges they had ideas to solve the problem and acted on our decision quickly.
We found CER on Houzz and selected them based on our initial meeting where ideas were put forth and a vision created. The bonus is they were competitively priced. You can pay more but you won't get more! Very happy and will be speaking with them for our next master bath project. Review in a nutshell: I would hire them again and would tell my neighbors to strongly consider them for any projects they plan.

My husband and I were very impressed with the level of professionalism received from CER Custom Renovation Design Build. We had our kitchen completely demo'd, added all soft close cabinets, a beautiful countertop, against a nice backsplash. My kitchen hadn't been remodeled in over 20 years, so adding all the tiered cutlery drawers, pull out trays, and swing out pantry completely transformed and organized our kitchen space. It was perfect! They were detailed, and took pride in their work and we really appreciated that. They were very accommodating with schedules and communication was done in a timely manner.

I am so happy I chose CER Custom Renovation Design Build to remodel my kitchen. The kitchen designer, came up with such a beautiful design. Plus, my kitchen is much more functional now. I'd also like to thank my wonderful project coordinator. In the middle of the project I decided to change the color of the granite, and he was so helpful. Happy to recommend CER Design Build to others based on their genuine customer service, quality of work, and experienced, in house contractors. They don’t subcontract the work, so it turns out very well designed. The kitchen looks immaculate. How my wife and I have always envisioned.
Couldn’t of achieved this goal if it wasn’t for a company like CER, who is led by Chris. Chris made sure the communication was top notch and we were all on the same page to eliminate any potential confusion that could arise. They put forth tremendous effort, they have our recommendation.

Nightmare, no bathroom ,no shower and no money back
This was a horrible experience. Ordered more then a month ago and paid in advance a big mistake to do. A different workers will come occasionally none of them was a professional who knows what he was doing, asking me what they should do, I understood from them that the are not CER workers and just hired by Mr. Christopher E. Riley and he didn't provide the with any documentation or instructions. I have noticed that they did an unprofessional work with only basic tools as hammer and sledge hammer on the walls and old tiles. This page is to short to describe all what happened and will be provided with pictures and other evidence in court. It seems that Mr. Christopher doesn't care about his reputation and he already has established other names for his company which is probably one man operation.

I was referred to CER after having a nightmare with a previous contractor. Kathy showed up to my house, listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions. Their professional manner goes beyond compare. I received a quote within a few days and the work was ready to start soon after I signed the contract. Every worker was professional and reliable. They were punctual and worked throughout the day to complete the work. Most of the work the previous contractor did had to be ripped out and redone. When it was time for the inspections the inspector was only there literally for 2mins and he was gone. On his return I got a chance to speak briefly with him in regards to the work being done if it was good quality. He looked at me and said that we were in good hands that the work was being done at a very high standard not to worry. That night was the best sleep I had in weeks. Very happy with CER.

After working with Kathy Schmick for over a month to get the design and pricing right for our start-up business and finally settling on the design and price the day before, she abruptly contacted me and told me that they had gotten a larger job and would no longer be able to work on our project. I emailed her to respond to find out if there was anything we could do and if I could get the owner's contact information and have heard nothing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been tracking the progress of your quote for the work to be potentially performed at your place of business , I have personally made at least 5 changes and several trips to your location to modify scope of the work and pricing. It's very difficult to price a project when a client makes total changes from the original scope of what they wanted initially. We are always accommodating to our clients needs in this regard. Upon every meeting of every client we always inform that we take on projects as a first come first serve bases and we stress open communication in a timely fashion. With that being said we have an obligation to our clients that have signed agreements and deposits to give them our full attention as they deserve to have that. We informed you weeks before our final meeting with you before any contracts and deposits were signed that your project time lined conflicted with our schedule and that we could not take it on. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused for you however we have to stay committed to our clients both moral and legal obligations and are always straight forth in this regards. We do wish you the best moving forward with your project and all the luck in the New Year.

So we setup an appointment with Katherine for my home to be renovated. Everything needed to be removed and changed. The floors for the whole home, kitchen , bathroom, bedrooms. They did a spectacular job! Katherine told me that it would take a few months to be completed..which was totally understandable but they managed to complete the work a few weeks earlier which was a plus! Oleg was incredible and a pleasure to work with. These guys come everyday and work long hours.Their prices are very reasonable and Katherine was so helpful. The workers to were knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I asked in a polite manner and really took pride in prepping my home and would always ask if everything was ok and if it was ok to work past six. Our kitchen space is impressive after taking out a few walls and rearranging the layout. The bath tile is remarkable better then I expected. The recommendations Katherine made for the fixtures were exactly what we were looking for. This is a very professional business whom I have recommended to my family and friends.

We contacted C.E.R. Because of the great reviews they had on here. We received a follow up call from Katherine and I must say she was very thorough in her questioning and explained the process. We met with her and felt very comfortable , she understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish. It has been over two months since they finished our space and we are loving it and is better than we imagined. Oleg and his team were wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and explained things to us that we didn't understand. The project went really smooth and was actually completed ahead of schedule. We really enjoyed our expierience with them and have highly recommended them to a few colleagues.

Our experience with CER was really good our master bath turned out amazing. Kathy was very easy to work with and knew exactly what it was that we wanted. I started the process months ahead of time and selected all my fixtures , tiles , and vanities. Initially when she met with me she spent about two hour going through possible layouts and tile design and was able to provide me with a ball park budget that seemed fair and we agreed on a price and work was started 2 weeks later. I wanted my bath for the thanksgiving holiday and it was delivered on time and on budget minus a few things beyond anyone's control. The tile work is amazing , alberto did a great job! I am very happy overall and will be using their services again when I'm ready for my kitchen in the spring.

Our Renovation project was unique from the start. We new it would be challenging because we were living in New York while it took place which is a little unconventional we know but we had no choice. In choosing a contractor we were looking for someone with great vision and insight. Out of all the potential contractor we liked Chris the best and felt his personality meshed well with ours. One of things we liked was his communication , very accessible when we called or texted and would always respond promptly. We hired Chris to do a total house renovation on our new 60s style traditional in Buckhead community. We renovated the Kitchen , three Baths , Flooring , Paint , and created a media room in the basement. The project overall went smooth with a few unexpected uh ohhs here and there. We were able to communicate via face time to have real time meetings , a first for us but very effective. The cabinet work is superb the granite is to nice to use , our master bath feels like a spa and the media room is very cozy and we've been getting the most use out of that , the kids just love it. Very happy with our new home and we owe it all to him and his team. Very nice people to work with.

We were referred to CER by a friend whos house we had visited over a holiday weekend. My husband and I were very impressed at what we saw. Our friend gave very high regards in reference to here experience with them. We called chris right away and set up a meeting with one of his designers. We explored different options and cost. They put together a package for the scope and we agreed. I must say that the process was very easy everyone on his team were very professional and nice. The work on our basement space was very very very good , from the paint work to tile to carpeting and the theater room exceeded my husbands wildest expectations. My parents have moved in and they love the space and are very comfortable. Thank you again for a job well done. The space was worth every penny.

I hired C. Riley Custom Renovations to renovate my kitchen. I was very hesitant at first from all the horror stories I heard about home renovations gone wrong. But I must admit I was totally amazed about how easy the process was. I called C.Riely Custom Renovations and I spoke with a professional member of the team I was given an appointment that was convenient for me. I met with Mr. Riley who explained to me what exactly the company could offer me and I was given a free estimate with no pressure to contract. Approximately two weeks after I signed the contract with C. Riley Custom Renovations they were at my house ready to work. They totally gutted my kitchen, which made me a little nervous, but that didn't last long from their they just created magic. They were very professional at all times and moved quickly but accurately. I would totally recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you once again for all your hard work Mr. Riley

I hired CER Design Build to complete my kitchen and family room renovation. I initially contacted 3 contractors and after meeting with Chris I knew I wanted to work with him and his team. Chris provided me with a quote without 24 hours of our initial consultation. He then sent his project manager, Oleg out to take a look and they started work two days later. They were prompt and professional and the end result was a beautiful transformation. My house was built in 1953 so the two rooms were full of wood paneling and decor from the 1970's. Now everyone that comes into the house says "This looks like a model home!" I would definitely recommend CER Design Build.

We were first recommended to Chris by our neighbor whose home we frequent often. After seeing her master bath we were really impressed by the workmanship and the good things she was saying about Chris. We had Chris come over to take a look at our spaces and he was able to give us a ball park cost on what this would cost us. His figures were in line to what our research informed us so we decided to move forward. Oleg, his team lead, went over everything with us in regards to what to purchase and scheduling. I must say like clock work these guys showed up 7am and worked long hours sometimes until 8pm. The tile work was amazing from the first two days of it being laid down so I knew the space would be incredible. Chris introduced us to Richard his finance manager and was able to get us financed at a very good rate without having to do a second mortgage. That process was very smooth and easy. We are very happy with the spaces and have already recommended him to a friend and now are in the process of doing a kitchen remodel. They even had a professional cleaner come to clean our home which was nice and thoughtful. Would highly recommend.

Initially we met Christopher after meeting with several other contractors that we really didn't feel a connection with. From the start we were a little skeptical because we talked for over two hours and he took no notes or did any measuring. He gave us a list of inventory we needed to purchase and to our surprise is was more detailed list than the other contractor who spent 30 min or so measuring every little thing so we knew he was our guy. He sent over the next day a 4 page proposal with all of the details we talked about and few options we didn't . Our master bath project was underway. Everybody that came into our home was very pleasant professional cleaned up everyday and worked long hours. Victor the project manager was excellent in his communication skills and set our minds at ease. Our house was built in 1930 but our new bath is better than any 5 star in Vegas or the Caribbean , we know because we love to travel. We are beyond happy with what was done and will use Christopher again and have already referred him to a friend.
