We hired Charles Home Improvement for a complete renovation of our condo, including a full kitchen remodel, bathroom gut and rebuild, new lighting, flooring and painting throughout. The project had an extremely tight timeline and he worked tirelessly to help us meet our hard deadline. The cabinetry craftsmanship in the kitchen and custom built-ins is excellent. The quality and fit are beautiful. The island with waterfall countertops turned out stunning and has become a showpiece of our space. The bathroom transformation is equally impressive and the new flooring and paint brought the entire condo together giving the clean, modern look we were striving for. Overall, we’re very happy with how the project came together. We appreciate the effort that went into completing such a large renovation on schedule.

Even with the supply issues during the pandemic, he got our full basement finished on time and without many hiccups. This is our second time using Charles. We would get our whole house redone based on what he did with our master bathroom. The kitchen took about 8 weeks due to shipping damage to backsplash times, but it was worth the wait. The designer took my sketch and ordered the perfect cabinets. They are RTA but look custom and are very good quality. Charles listens and will adjust to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Charles and his team did a phenomenal job on our house!!! They renovated 3 full baths, completed redid our stairs and reconfigured them, and installed office doors! I can’t believe how fast they got all of this done and their quality of work was impeccable. Everything turned out way better than I ever imagined! Charles was very responsive, gave us frequent updates, and came to check on the projects multiple times a week. I was so impressed. First of all let me say that Mr. Charles made my dreams come true! I had fired a designer due to non communication and sloppy work. Mr Charles came in to survey the situation and assured me that he could complete the scope of work within the timeframe that I needed. Did I mention that my daughter’s wedding was going to be performed at my house in 2 weeks time? The team went to work and boy did they impress. They kept me informed. Updated me on challenges. I mean, they were just fantastic. The painters were top notch. Fireplace, beyond my wildest dreams. I asked him if they could do an accent wall (20 feet). Guess what? They did. Please hire this company!! You couldn’t ask for better.

One of the best ways to know if your contractor did a good job is when the buyer's inspector is highly complimentary of the work. The inspector asked when my next home reno project would be on TV! Joking, yes, but still the comment speaks to the level of care that everyone laying out their hard-earned dollars wants to achieve when entrusting their home improvement project to a contractor. Charles Home Improvement completed a very extensive project on my 64 year-old house in 2022 using quality material to produce a quality product. The house sold in four days in January 2024. We needed a full renovation of our bathroom to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped people. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to our home and truly listened to my complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With SIGNIFICANT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. I met Charles at the Tile store in Buford he was shopping with an assistant. I asked if he was a contractor., he said yea. This was the best experience Ive ever had with a contractor Number one his trustworthiness and he’s a man of his word.
