We hired Sky for our bathroom remodel, had two in-home consultations with him and approved our budget. A month later and he has never sent us our list of things we needed to purchase to prepare for the remodel. I left messages on his cell and work phones, emailed and texted without any response back. He has completely dropped any communication without any explanation. I'd be leary of getting involved with this company.

Charlotte Bath Crafters did a great job on our bathroom! They were in communication with us the whole time and worked with our schedules, even when we wound up having to go out of town for an emergency mid remodel. Would recommend and use again!

This is one of the best experiences i have ever had hiring a contractor. When my wife and i decided to do upgrade our bathroom we were very nervous on what we would find. Not only did they consult with us on various materials but they saved us money by helping us change the layout with out having to hire a designer... their workers were respectful, they cleaned up after themselves every day and even finished the project on time and on budget. we are so happy and feel very lucky we found these guys.

Great work on a pretty intricate bathroom remodel! Luke and Marty were incredibly accommodating to my schedule and even removed their shoes as to not mess up my brand new carpet (I didn't even ask!!). They put up with my constant questions and even made friends with the cat. Great guys, great work.
