Chittick Construction & Design

We hired Chittick Construction to remodel our condo kitchen with new countertops, backsplash and cabinets, remodel the master bath with new cabinets, countertop and replace a tub with a walk-in shower and replace the cabinets and countertop in the spare bath. When we met with Alan and Kristen, they were well prepared and very professional and explained the process thoroughly. We are out of state owners that live 650 miles away and we were updated throughout the construction with texts and photos such that we felt like we were right there. We love the job that they did and would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend them.

As their name implies, Chittick is more than just "Construction". They are also a "Design" partner and were involved in our total master bathroom renovation project. They came up with some great ideas and were always accommodating in trying to figure out unique ways to make things work the absolute best way. They are also meticulous in their work and made sure that every tile and grout line were perfect, that cabinets fit perfectly, and that lighting fixtures were mounted perfectly along with wall switches. My only word of caution is that they are a small company and large jobs like ours will not be completed overnight. But, our patience was rewarded with a spectacular end product that has received rave reviews.

They did a master bath remodel for us and it was amazing! It exceeded all my expectations! I have an eye for detail and they executed the job with precision. Any problems that arose they were able to handle them quickly. They worked hard not only to keep us on schedule but within budget as well. There were no financial surprises at the end of the job. It’s obvious they have so much expertise in remodel and building of homes and are great resources to bounce ideas off of. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them for your next project!

We really made the right choice when we hired Chittick Construction to install our doors, windows, craftsman trim and crown molding in our home after hurricane Michael. Alan stepped up and went way beyond our expectation of work. He was always quick to call/text the few times his schedule changed. That was very much appreciated!! The great part was that he is a true craftsman and listens to input and feedback from the client. He kept us from making a couple of costly mistakes. He is great to work with and prices his work very reasonable. We would recommend him for any contracting project without reservation.

Alan and Kristen are simply the best, they have worked with us on several projects through the years, all of which exceeded our expectations and all within budget. The last project that they did for us was to transform a very poorly designed, large bathroom, into a beautiful, much more functional space. The quality of their work is second to none, they truly care about the finished product and making the home owner happy. They are such a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, creative and fun.

Chittick construction did a complete remodel of two of our bathrooms and our kitchen. Their work was spectacular and his integrity is unsurpassed. I have Recommended him to many of our friends that have used his services and they are utterly satisfied as well. These guys are the best in Bay County.
