We hired Choice Home Remodeling and it was a disaster. Very sub standard work. The installation team did not install items correctly and the work was very sloppy. They came back numerous times and kept on making the issues worse. We were very disappointed since they used to be a very professional and reputable company. Beware before you hire!

While their customer service and professionalism is great, their product is not. In under a year I had a service man come out 3 times, two for paint chipping and scratches, one for the door lock no longer aligning and the frame warping. Now here I am just over my one year warranty and yet another scratch is on my door. This large scratch was from my small key chain on my purse. The others they said may have been from my cats but they were in the form of paint chips, not scratches. This door was advertised as scratch proof, scratch resistant. I paid almost $4000. This door can not take anything other being handled with with white gloves. It’s upsetting to know you paid top dollar and was advertised as something it is not. This door scuffs and scratches from almost anything and looks horrible since it is black coated with white underneath. Do not use touch up paint provided, it does not match, which the service man agreed he has heard that before (why still give it out). He has a product that matches better but was unable to give us any. I was planning on going with choice to replace all windows with my home but will now look elsewhere.

We selected Choice Windows and Door for both a kitchen and a bathroom remodel. From start to finish, they have been great. Alyssa helped with design for both rooms and we couldn't be happier about the finished product. The people who came to our house to do the work were all very professional and very friendly. Any issues that came up during construction were handled without it becoming a big deal. All work was completed on-time, according to the project schedule we got up front. I used their services twice and would recommend to friends.

My wife and I hired Choice Windows and Doors to replace our siding, windows and back door. We met with Kyle first. He was very personable and thorough in explaining our options. He was also professional in explaining which options would give us the best value for our money. He did not pressure us into upgrades or spending more than we wanted to but simply explained our options. His suggestions for energy efficiency have been accurate. The installation crew was top notch. They completed the job on time without leaving a mess. Even our neighbors were commenting on how professional and thorough this company was. Our house looks brand new at a reasonable cost. Don’t risk spending your money on a company that you can’t trust. With Choice the end result will be quality.

We have used Choice for our windows, doors, gutters, and a bathroom remodel. We have found them to be very personable, easy to work with, and if there is ever a problem they come right out and resolve it. We had a unique situation with our bathroom design as we opted to install a dumbwaiter. Courtney Bird was great with helping this unique design feature which will allow us to access the dumbwaiter from both the Bathroom and the Kitchen. We are currently working with them on our kitchen remodel as well.

We had a very good experience with this contractor. The kitchen designer, Courtney, did a fantastic job helping us coordinate all the items in our new kitchen. The schedule coordinator, Sue, was fantastic. Everyone showed up on time. Our craftsmen did a simply beautiful job. They met their completion date and we were very happy with the service we received.

We had a wind storm on (Wed) March 8th that ripped the siding off the attic side of our home. With an impending snow storm in the future, I called around to different area companies to repair the siding. Two companies said they would be out after the weekend to give me an estimate and could start the work the following week. Choice Windows said they would be out tomorrow and could probably start a day or two after. Next day, Lonnie was there with an estimate and had also found other areas of our home where the siding was bulging and loose. We informed him of the snow that was to arrive in two days and he shuffled one of his employees work schedule to accommodate getting the work completed before the snow had arrived. The work was completed within the estimate, in a timely matter and by a polite and knowledgeable employee, Tim. He worked diligently and professionally. We appreciate the time he took to answer our questions.

I have used Choice for a couple of home projects. They updated my kitchen adjusting cabinets to fit new refrigerator and assisted in planning new counter tops, back splash, sink and appliances. I also selected a new front door and had them install as well. They were excellent in my opinion from the planning to the installation stage.

From the estimation process to the finished job, we were very pleased with our window replacements. The installers were skilled with what they were doing and were attentive to assuring that a quality job was done. We were very impressed with the knowledge and honesty throughout the project. The fact that the company has a store front locally gives us assurance that they are not a fly-by-night operation. We know that if there was a problem in the future that they would make things right.

Choice windows was prompt to visit and give me a proposal for window replacement. They were on schedule for installation and their employees were very nice and cleaned my yard and inside rooms every evening before leaving. I had them come back with one cosmetic concern of mine with two windows that I did not have replaced but it was rectified to my satisfaction immediately. The product is extremely nice in appearance and so far this winter, I feel they definitely have contributed to more efficient home heating.

We found Choice the first time though our kitchen contractor, and they have been our go-to place for windows and door work ever since. Our house was built with an absolutely crazy amount of windows, which of course is why we love it, but it is also the reason we have had to do a lot of window and door replacements. All of the windows were recalled before we bought the house, and unfortunately for us, the prior owners took a cash settlement rather than fixing the problems, so we have been upgrading a few windows and doors every year. Choice has been great at helping us pick cost effective and "green" choices that fit our budget, while keeping in tune with the style of the house. On time and under budget many times.

Choice has done a number of jobs for us; replaced a large fixed picture window in our bathroom, shutters on the front of the house, and kitchen sink. They also provided the names of several painters, one of whom we engaged to paint several of our rooms. Their prices were reasonable, they did quality work, they were timely, and they cleaned up after themselves. They have also provided us with a proposal to put a sizeable addition on our house, incl another 2 car garage, a fully self-contained in-law suite with porch, bedroom, living area, kitchen, large walk-in closets, and master bath. Once we are ready to start that project, we will surely be back to engage with their expertise further! I highly recommend CWD&M!

We have used this company for window replacements at our former and current home. They also did a kitchen reno at our former home. We have had nothing but good experiences from the sales to the installers. We had one issue with peeling paint that was under warranty and it was corrected within the week after we notified the company. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The installer was on great as well. Nice showroon, lots of products and examples to choose from. We hired Choice to do an addition on our home, converting a vaulted ceiling living/dining room area into a two story addition, with an extra bedroom and laundry room onto our existing upstairs area. They also added an enclosed porch area onto the back of the house. The project was completed quickly and cleanly. There were no unexpected expenses or any other gotchas.

From start to finish Choice proved to be the "Right Choice" for our kitchen renovation. Courtney was amazing, immediately making my wife comfortable with losing her kitchen for 8 weeks. We hired Choice Windows Doors and More to replace aging front and rear storm doors and a pair of French storm doors on our home. Their salesperson was friendly & knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Each of the doors had to be "custom" sized and the front door had an arched top. The installation was completed on schedule. Every piece was sized perfectly and their installer was exceptionally competent and personable. The doors are very well made and we are extremely pleased with their appearance and feel they add value to our home and help save on heating costs. It was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor and we plan to use Choice again.

Compared to three other companies and their presentations, Choice representative Kyle Chapin was the best, Kyle inspected the windows we wanted replaced and provided excellent solutions for the project. Kyle was very professional, and presented options for the patio door, and glass inserts in the front entry door. We had Choice replace our kitchen counters and backsplash 1 1/2 years ago and that was completed to our satisfaction. My Wife and I would recommend Choice for any home projects to everyone. about 15 years ago I had used Choice to replace the windows in my house. all of these years later I purchased a new house and Choice was my first call to replace 2 of my entry doors. Choice Windows, Doors and More is hands down the best group of contractors we have ever had in our home. Period!! Their attention to detail is way above the top and exceeded all of our expectations over and over again! The entire process takes time to get everything in order and from the moment of inception of our kitchen concepts, to the design process and the project start and finish, we were totally satisfied all along the way. Of course during the renovation, we added a number of other side projects throughout the house and they were all handled in the same top notch professional manner. I recommend this company to anyone who asks me, "Do you know a good contractor?" Yes, we do now!!

Choice Windows and Doors is out contractor of choice for all door and window project. They have replaced our walkout basement doors that were only 4 years old and leaking with each moderate rain event with their quality product and we are now totally dry. They have also done storm door and screen slider for our deck...we don't even get quotes anymore because their pricing is always fair, their craftsman neat, polite and skillful. We highly recommend this quality firm.

Choice windows, Doors, and More installed an Anderson storm door to our front house. This required them to modify the wood structure in order to install the door. Both the salesman and the installer did a complete, professional job. The door was ordered and made available in the time frame committed It was then installed quickly and professionally. We will use Choice in the future if we require their products and services, and would highly recommend Choice to others looking for the same quality and service we received.

I would never use Choice Windows and Doors again. I redid an entire house with new windows and doors and the first time I had a seal break on a 5 year old sliding door they would not stand behind the door and offered me a $1000.00 bill to replace. I chose them initially because the guaranteed their product. I guess they write the guarantee on toilet paper.

I have worked with Choice twice now and have always been beyond satisfied. I first contacted them for windows and was so satisfied I contacted them about doors for my home. All the staff (from initial assessment to installation) explains everything so I understand, cautiously works throughout my home and works quickly and efficiently. I was recommended to them amd I recommend them to anyone who asks. I cannot wait for them to be installing a deck as well.

I upgraded my powder room and had a great experience, They are helpful, courteous and very professional. From the receptionist to the installers, the project went well. Three years ago, they completely re-designed my kitchen and I'm still thrilled with it. I can recommend them with no reservations.
