CK Rogers Design. Build. Remodel.

Little over 2 months ago she called and asked for cost and time frame to replace her tub with a shower only. She was quoted a cost and told they would start immediately for 2 to 3 weeks. Every 1 to 2 weeks shed have to call. They'd' send someone who started, but wrong. They'd send another person who'd do a little more and wouldn't respond for another week or so. They finally finished but the bill was $600 more, 2 months later with substandard contractors they had to keep needing to use.

CK Rogers built a beautiful home for us with incredible quality and attention to detail. The Project Manager and all of the sub-contractors were very friendly, patient, and easy to work with, and each was expert at their trade. The end result is outstanding!

Ck Rogers did a complete remodel of up main floor and a partial remodel of our daylight basement. We love our new house. The contractors were pleasant to work with and with the exception of the painter the workmanship was very good to excellent. The designer was wonderful to work with. I would recommend them.

We recently worked with CK Rogers to do a significant remodel to our home. Although we kept our existing cabinets, most everything else in the house was upgraded or replaced in some way both inside and outside. I was hoping for a Tuscan theme in my home and shared some photos from Houzz with the designer I was working with. She did a great job selecting a small set of options for things like countertops, plumbing and light fixtures, carpet, tile, doors, bannister, and paint so I was able to quickly make my final selections. I also happened to find a beautiful hammered copper stove hood online and they were able to get that hood for my project. I was quite impressed with the way they worked with their sub-contractors both in terms of the initial job bidding as well as with scheduling during the project. The project manager who worked with me was fantastic. If he wasn't at the house that day he always checked in with me to ensure I knew what was happening the next day and who would be in the house. If some unexpected thing came up he was immediately on top of the situation and had the right people there quickly to keep progress moving. The designer was also very responsive to questions or additional things that came up I wanted to add to the project. She quickly researched options and was able to get any materials ordered quickly. We were leaving on a long vacation so had a hard deadline to complete the work. The initial estimate was 2-3 months and I am really pleased the work finished in 2 months and 4 days! When we left on vacation there were just a few very small things outstanding that were resolved upon our return. I feel like we have a new home at this point with custom finishes. I am extremely happy with the results and everyone who has seen the work is very impressed as well.

I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel in my 1940's house in Boise. I am using CK Rogers Design and it has been the easiest and most thorough remodel ever for me and I have done several in South Florida. The Woman I worked with , Alexis, in designing the new kitchen, floor plans and planning was very detailed and knowledgeable about the products in their showroom and the way the process would unfold from soup to nuts. Now as the project has started the GC has been prompt, stuck to the work scheduling and has excellent tradesmen. They are all accessible and easy to discuss details with. Even though I am living without a kitchen until the project in complete, I do not feel and stress or inconvenience just because I know they are organized and moving as fast as possible. I absolutely recommend CK Design, and BTW the cost is in line with any quality work one would find in Boise.

I hired CK Rogers to remodel my two small bathrooms and they did a fantastic job! I had a limited budget and they were respectful of that and stayed within it. Each bathroom has a distinct look - one is sleek and modern and the other is traditional. Our designer did a great job of helping select cabinets, lighting, paint, fixtures and finishes to complement each one - definitely not a "one-size-fits all." Plus she had some good ideas for accessories that increased our storage. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel!

Clint does an awesome job and has a great eye for a beautiful look in a home. His work is very professional and he is a pro at what he does.

After 24 years of living in a very tired house built in the 70’s, it was time to say good-bye to our harvest gold Formica countertops, baby blue bathroom fixtures, and dark cabinetry/woodwork. Having checked Angie’s List for recommended contractors in our Boise area, our first call was to CK Rogers. Clint impressed us from the very beginning and we quickly decided to put our trust in him and have his company, CK Rogers, tackle our major remodel. The employees at CK Rogers are true professionals. Our designer, Alexis, was a joy to work with! She was able to take our vision, make some wonderful suggestions, and guide us in the decision making process that eventually turned our vision into reality. Alexis is an exceptional designer who truly listens and provides clients with options that make often difficult decisions, much easier. We found our project manager Gari, and lead carpenter Michael, to be great to work with…friendly, understanding, and excellent at their craft. This proved to be true of all CK Roger employees, as well as the trade contractors they used. Ours was not an easy remodel! We chose to live in our house through this process, as every surface was either touched or altered in some way. CK Rogers was very sensitive and accommodating to our needs as work was done all around us. To add to CK Roger’s burden, we have 3 dogs that were not always happy about having their home invaded by “strangers.” Being displaced for several months is never easy on a family, but CK Rogers made this difficult time as easy as possible for us. So, gone are the 70’s! We love our “new” house and are very pleased with the final results. Thank you CK Rogers!

I needed and update on my kitchen and powder room. I also needed to refinish my wood floors, as well as, an additional new flooring in my family room and powder room. Those were the biggest projects, but I had many more: new master bath shower inclosure, master bath carpeting, and mirror closet doors. I also had new carpeting in the office. The front door which ended up being a huge project, needed to be refinished. All of this and much more......New light fixtures, additional kitchen cabinets and new blacksplash..... I was truly amazed that once the work was started, it went so smoothly. All of the subs were of the highest quality and so easy to work with. The project manager and all who directly work for CK Rogers were so professional. I am so glad I picked CK for my projects.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and laundry room. Not knowing where to begin, I went to a local home remodeling show. I was overwhelmed until I stopped by the CK Rogers booth! That is when I met Trisha Vaughn. Within a few days Trisha and her team came to my home, listened to what I wanted as an end product, and went to task. The following week I met with Clint Rogers (owner) and the design team. I loved the designer products and suggestions they came up with. I decided to hire this company to oversee the entire remodel. From start to finish I have been so impressed with these talented craftsmen, quality of detailed work, and professionalism. I would definitly recommend this company!

CK Rogers completed a substantial remodeling that resulted in a full bathroom and kitchen pantry. Tricia Vaughn designed the work transforming our concepts into a concrete plan. She was delightful to work with and highly efficient given her comprehensive knowledge of the construction process and materials and products available. With a great plan well defined, Clint Rogers drafted the budget and put in motion his construction team and sub-contractors. All of these professionals did their jobs superbly and in a timely fashion. This was especially important as there were three small children underfoot in the house during the construction. The project was completed on time and within budget. We also used the CK Rogers handyman service, specifically Jim Thrope to put up shelves in the garage, paint some rooms and other maintenance projects. He did a fantastic job, a very pleasant guy that brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his work. It was an unexpected pleasure to meet and work with these great people. they have great professionalism and take real pride in their work.

Tricia worked with me in coordinating tile and trims to remodel a bathroom for my parents. She was very respectful of our budget and handling a change in choices when I realized the tile clashed with the wood in the bedroom.
