Contacted Classic Kitchens and spoke with Jay who came out and gave us an estimate for our kitchen remodel. Jay gave us some great ideas and is very knowledgeable. After a couple of bids, we chose Classic Kitchens for a partial kitchen remodel and added a bar area. I was unhappy with our atrium/dining room with a load bearing post seemingly in the middle of nowhere. We wanted to turn that small area into a bar area. Jay (owner of Classic Kitchens) came up with a plan for the bar area that turned out better than we imagined. In addition, a custom designed wine rack was created for the area, and we were very pleased with the way it turned out (one of my favorite things besides the 48” range). Jay was very thorough in describing every aspect of the kitchen and bar design and provided renderings to help us with the process. We had a few changes/additions during the process, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate our requests. Even though we only did a partial remodel in the kitchen, they matched everything to perfection in the kitchen and it looks like a total remodel. Jay is very knowledgeable, and we were very comfortable with every aspect of the remodel. Ernesto (Supervisor) was very helpful, kind, and kept us informed at every step of the process. The tradesmen were professional, respectful of our property, and polite. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they left. We were very impressed with Jay and his company. We look forward to using him again soon for some other projects. We highly recommend Classic Kitchens.

We searched awhile for a contractor to remodel our master bathroom. The search included only quotes from licensed/insured contractors. A friend referred us to Jay at Classic Kitchen after having her kitchen remodeled. She was very pleased with the result. We requested an appointment for a consultation. Jay met with us, listened to our desires, and then provided some great design ideas. He submitted a quote with the renderings in the time frame promised. We were really impressed with the renderings. The quote was little higher than the others, but Jay uses quality products and the best cabinetry. Jay walked us through the proposed project from start to finish, which was reassuring and well worth the extra cost. After we made the decision to hire Classic Kitchen, we met Jay at his showroom which has most of the products needed for remodeling. The most difficult part was choosing tile, flooring, and colors. But Jay and his staff helped us with those decisions. We signed the contract in March 2023 with a start date in May. Jay estimated it would take 6-8 weeks for completion which was met. From the beginning of the project, we could see the expertise of the crew, all of them very professional and talented. The supervisor, Ernesto, was on the job site consistently to ensure the quality of the work and that the project was on schedule. We wanted a walk-in shower with a bench which Jay designed, per our request. However, during the construction process, we wanted to make a change in the location of the bench to provide more space on the shower floor. But we couldn’t come up with a feasible design until the project manager, Enrique, showed up with a suggestion. It was perfect! Overall, we are happy with the quality of the material and the final design, which exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jay and the Classic Kitchen team!

In 2019, we renovated the exterior of our 1977 tract home. Last year we decided to redo the interior. Even though I have 40 years of construction management experience and ran the exterior remodel myself, I didn't do residential work and needed to find a contractor to do it. After checking out several contractors and not being comfortable with them we met with Jay at his showroom. We had a good idea of what we wanted but had not selected all the colors or materials. We went to his showroom which has a huge selection of everything that you need to renovate your home and at various price points. We then made an appointment with Jay and went home and looked through the brochures we were given. The meeting went fine and working with Jay was easy. He helped us with material selections and Enrique put together estimates for what we wanted; complete renovation of both bathrooms, the master vanity, removal of all flooring and replacing with vinyl plank flooring throughout the house except for tile in the bathrooms, vanity and master bedroom closet. We removed the fluorescent light box and task light in the kitchen, drywalled over it and added 8 LED recessed can lights. Other than that, paint and flooring, we kept the kitchen as is. We also replaced the linen cabinets, china hutch, wall base and paint. The contract was signed in early January and work began on March 20th (lead time to get the cabinets and all materials prior to start of the work.) That gave us enough time to pack up the house and move as much as we could into the garage. Throughout construction, we had to move some things in the house and the construction crew helped us as required. (I never slept outside of my bed although my wife had to sleep in the guestroom with the dogs until the master bathroom work was completed.) The key was to do the master bathroom, vanity and closet first as we lived in the house and needed access to a working bathroom. As they were working on the second bathroom, they started removing flooring and installing the balance of the cabinets and started painting. Ernesto, their field superintendent worked with me on the schedule and quality control. The field employees were skilled in their trades and made the project shine! After nine weeks of construction everything was complete. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality and care exhibited by the field crews.

We got a complete kitchen renovation! The materials used are good quality materials, and the end result looks professionally done as it should. Everyone from beginning to the end were always very accessible for questions and/or assistance. My project includes a complete kitchen renovation, newly installed LED ceiling lighting for the family room, and we ripped out the swinging door for a more sensible pocket door for our daughters' small bathroom, along with scattered electrical work. We are more that pleased and plan on using Classic Kitchens, Etc. again for part two, which is a renovation of all three of our bathrooms. Can't wait!

This project involved remodelling the kitchen, and three bathrooms and was done safely, cost-effectively and and I fell in love with my kitchen again. Thanks Classic Kitchens for doing excellent work!

In early 2022, we decided to remodel our outdated kitchen as well as our living room. In the process, we interviewed several contractors and eventually decided to go with Classic Kitchens Etc. From the first meeting with Jay, we never felt pressured, he listened to our plans and wish list, and with his eye for design and expertise, he helped merge all of our ideas into a digital rendering of how the remodel would look like, before construction started. Once the construction started, Ernesto (superintendent), kept us informed of what was planned for each week and was on top of all the tradespeople that were on site. Midway through the construction, we decided on some additional changes, which Jay and Ernesto, did not hesitate to discuss and make happen. In the end, Classic Kitchens Etc., remodeled our entire kitchen and living room, which included raising an 8 foot ceiling to a 12 foot vaulted ceiling (including a 25 foot steel support beam, custom build on site), eliminating interior walls, relocating exterior windows, removing exterior doors, installing sliding doors and stucco and masonry work. Jay and Ernesto were very accommodating and understanding with any changes that we requested on such a project. We couldn’t be happier with the dream kitchen that Classic Kitchens Etc created. All of the employees, were very respectful, took pride in their craft, always kept an organized worksite, and it was evident that they were proud to represent Classic Kitchens Etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his team for your next project.

I must admit that my house was in need of some major love! With an outdated and inefficient kitchen, bathrooms in desperate need of repair, awful popcorn ceilings and carpeting that had outlived its purpose, it was time for a major remodel. After doing due diligence in search of a reputable contractor, I found Jay and Classic Kitchens Etc. They were not the least expensive bid that I received, but after spending time with Jay and sharing my vision, I was confident that they would deliver everything that I dreamed of for my home. Visiting their showroom to choose cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, sinks, fixtures etc., was not as complicated as it could have been. I appreciate the patience that Jay showed me during this stage of the process. His expertise and keen eye for design helped to guide me in making my selections. This was a major project with a significant amount of work, so I elected to pack up and moved out so that work could be done unencumbered. It was a pleasure working with Ernesto, the construction manager, and the various crews (i.e. demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, etc.) that came in to do work throughout the project. Ernesto kept me informed with weekly status calls and answered any questions that I may have had. The crews working in my home were always respectful, helpful and courteous and it was evident that they took pride in their work. I was so pleased with what I saw that I added updating the fireplace and powder room into the scope of the job. Enrique, their project manager, promptly provided detailed work orders for each new request for my approval and thereby eliminated any potential issues surrounding the additional expense. Jay and his staff at Classic Kitchens far exceeded my expectations and I still can’t believe that this is my home! Even my neighbors are in awe of my new kitchen and see the potential for their own. My LVP floors are beautiful and new staircase is stunning. I enthusiastically recommend Classic Kitchens to anyone and everyone who is considering a home remodel project whether big or small. They are the epitome of what you would expect from a contractor that commands a reputation of providing high quality service with and has a team of consummate professionals who will not disappoint. The entire process from first speaking with Jay Adams the owner of Classic Kitchen Etc., setting expectations, the design, modifications, selecting the materials, demo, and work performed by the workers/craftsmen was a great experience. The project manager Ernesto Herrera, kept us updated on the status and what would be next. We have been wanting to remodel our kitchen for over 10 years so we had ideas. I appreciate that Jay listened to our ideas and came up with a design that incorporated all our them. I am thankful for his expertise, experience, and vision. Jay saw things I didn't, like taking the backsplash to the ceiling by our windows that look out over the valley. Now it's like a picture frame and a great focal point of the kitchen. Also raising the kitchen ceiling to the rest of the house more than doubled the wow factor! One of the deciding factors in choosing Classic Kitchen versus other designers/companies was almost all the work was performed in-house, or by the same sub-contractors versus having the work bid out to sub-contractors. We never saw any finger-pointing, or this issue was somebody else's fault. It was more like they were all working together to deliver the best experience/product no matter their particular expertise. Going into the remodel we had challenges as my wife has health issues. The workers all took great care to ensure the barrier separating the living area and the demo area was always sealed tight. She also had complications from a surgery that hospitalized her three different times for 36 total days during the remodel. Everyone was sensitive to her issues and we always felt safe and secure as they worked around her health issues. It's been almost 8 months since the job was completed, and daily I still marvel at the final product.

Complete transformation of our home. Classic Kitchen was definitely the right choice for this project. Professional and nothing but quality work. From the owner Jay to the foremen Ernesto and the entire crew all were a pleasure to work with. Project was completed on time and completely changed the appearance of our home. All new cabinets and countertops in Kitchen, Laundry room, Powder Bath, Guest Bath, and Primary Bath. All new Luxury Vinyl Flooring through most of the house. Nothing but compliments from friends who have seen the house and others are now having Classic Kitchen remodel their homes. A five star operation for sure.

My wife and I just got our bathroom remodeled by Classic Kitchens, and we are so happy with the results.We did not have a lot of experience with this, so we needed to find a company to really support us with the process. Jay was extremely professional, organized and meticulous! He had all of the materials (tiles, faucets, cabinets etc.) on site to mix and match, so we could easily visualize what the final product would look like. He also redesigned our bathroom layout to provide more room and comfort. It was such an amazing improvement! Once the bathroom was under construction, the process was seamless. The workers have been with him for years, so they have definitely perfected their craft. They arranged their working hours so that they always came when my wife and I were at work. They also were extremely tidy after a day’s work. You couldn’t even tell they were there if it were not for the changes being done to our bathroom. And most important, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating to our little dog Freida. We plan to use Classic Kitchens when we remodel our kitchen. We won’t even consider another company!

Couldn't be happier with our contractor and completed project. We've been planning our kitchen remodel for some time and have met with several contractors. I found Jay with Classic kitchen Etc and after a LONG talk of our expectations and design, we decided to work with them. I made a lot of design changes along the way which delayed our project, but Jay and his crew were extremely patient and accommodating. (They answered all my calls which is very important to me) Everything turned out as promised and it is BEAUTIFUL!

My kitchen was totally demolished and remodeled. Jay, the owner, helped with the design and helped choosing with the materials. What I loved about the process is that it was a "one stop shop" His shop, Classic Kitchens, had all the materials to choose from. Many contractors will have you shop around all over town picking out your materials. Not with Jay, he had all the examples of materials to choose from. We’d only imagined adding a bathroom to our small home, but the project grew into a major expansion and remodel of the entire house and garage. Luckily for us, Jay and Classic Kitchens came out to bid the job. We were immediately struck by Jay’s honesty and expertise. My experience in working with Jay Adams and the Classic Kitchens, Etc. staff was very satisfying. It was challenging to complete a kitchen remodel during Covid 19, especially with the shutdown of many businesses that were making the cabinets and windows, etc. that were needed for the project. Everyone was extremely professional and made great efforts to provide a safe environment for everyone as well as to keep the project moving forward and to be responsive to my needs. When small glitches came up they were addressed quickly and communication happened on nearly a daily basis. I would definitely use them again in the future for another remodel.

We started out wanting a redo of our 35-year-old kitchen. We noticed Classic Kitchens, Etc. off the 10 Freeway and decided to stop in and look. We were very impressed with the products in their showroom. So, we asked for a visit from the person responsible estimating what our kitchen redo would potentially cost. Jay Adams paid us a scheduled visit where we discussed what we would like and how much it would cost. The same day, we had Jay look at our master bath and give us an idea of how much that would be. We ended up hiring Classic Kitchens to renovate not only our kitchen and master bath, but our living room and hallway way as well. They also painted the outside of our home and put a new roof on the entire house. Once construction began, we found Classic Kitchen’s construction workers to be very professional and hardworking. The quality of their work was excellent. Jay visited our construction regularly to ensure that all the work was going as planned. We found Jay to be a very likable and professional person to work with. Our renovations are now finished, and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, they exceeded all our expectations! We were so impressed with Classic Kitchens, Etc. that we have begun a new phase of renovations to our bedroom and closet area. We also plan to update our guest bath, two more bedrooms and patio next. We would highly recommend Classic Kitchen to anyone interested in upgrading their home.

Jay started our kitchen remodel last year in October. A year later, I'm still in love with it! He totally updated our 70's kitchen and brought us into 2019! We did new flooring throughout our entire downstairs, knocked out a wall for an open floor plan and completely changed the look of our downstairs! About 9 months after completion, we had a minor fix that was needed and his team came out promptly to fix it. Living through a full remodel is no easy task, but the finished project was well worth it! I highly recommend Jay and his team.

We just started remodeling 2 of our bathrooms and choose Classic Kitchen Etc based on reviews on Houzz, google and yelp. Classic Kitchen was not the least bidder but Jay’s communication skill sets him apart from the other bidders who were also five star reviewed. The two bathroom projects started on 09/16/2019 and are forecasted to be completed on 11/04/2019( based on a start date 09/23/2019 so completion date can be earlier). So far things looks great ( demo completed and some framing done). I will update this review at completion. We are excited to see the completed remodeling. Jay and his crew has been amazing so far.

Remodeled our master bathroom using Classic Kitchen, etc. and couldn't be happier with the final reveal. Jay and his employees are focused on every detail of the project making sure the customer is completely satisfied. They called to let us know who was coming, the names of the workers, what they would be doing and when their work would be completed. We have had several projects during our life living in this house (30yrs) and this project has the best results due to this fabulous company. So happy with our bathroom. Classic Kitchens recently remodeled a bathroom for me. Initially I found Jay through Houzz when I was just looking for another quote to compare with the company I was planning to hire. As soon as Jay showed up, he was making suggestions and talking about some of the details for the project that three other companies totally disregarded. All of the things would need to be addressed eventually, but only Classic Kitchens thought of everything from the first interaction right through the last. The different experts that came in to do their work (tiling/plumbing/carpentry/paint/drywall/electrical) were all 100% professional, kept me informed daily, and were totally responsive to any needs or concerns. I am very particular as a DIYer about the process and the attention to detail. These guys completely exceeded my expectations. I added a few things as we went along and Jay and his team were completely agreeable with the changes on the fly. As for the costs, Classic Kitchens were not the most expensive but they were comparable with the most expensive. Throughout the project they proved why they were worth the expense. Especially after comparing stories with other friends that have gone through similar remodels. The project was slated for 2-3 weeks and ended up taking 4 weeks because weather didn't let some materials cure in the expected time. My wife was so happy and comfortable with Jay and his team, she is already charting our future kitchen remodel.

My husband and I moved into a 1962 home which still had the 60’s pink wall tile with a pink tub in the guest bathroom. It was dreadful and had to go. I hired Home Accents because they would do the whole job from top to bottom. From putting in a new drain, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, hardware and even textured and painted the walls. The Home Accents show room is beautiful and Jay is a great designer and knows what colors and textures look good together. Something I really needed help with. The workers that came to do the work were on time, got right to work, cleaned up every day and did not mind me asking questions about how things were done. The job was done on time and within the estimated amount. No unexpected cost.

Home Accent put together a design for our kitchen remodel and included an island which we never thought would fit in our kitchen but they made it work. Now we have our dream kitchen. This is the second time I have used Home Accents. They are very professional. Jay has some fantastic design ideas and I will be using them again in the near future.

Jay and his team helped me design and redo a very small 1960s bath. It took a little longer than expected, but I was very pleased with the results and the professionalism of all the trades involved. I would definitely use Home Accents for future projects.

Home Accents remodeled our master bedroom and master bathroom. Jay was great. Always ready to listen and offer design suggestions. We were able to stay close to the original budget even with the changes that came up. The only downside was the project took a little longer than anticipated but the result was worth the wait. I recently purchased a brand new home which already had the flooring selected. There was tile at the front door entrance hallway which ended into carpet only to turn back into tile in the kitchen area. This look really chopped up approximately a 800 square foot area. I contacted Jay Adams at Home Accents to see how he could assist me with this esthetically challenged area. Not only did Jay show up the same day I called, he also came up with a great design which would not only join the two areas but would also give it a complete custom look. Needless to say I hired them and I could not be happier with the job they performed. They met my extremely urgent deadline and performed at a most professional level! Home Accents remodeled my teenage kids' bathroom. After providing me with a detailed estimate just two days after my initial appointment with them, they were able to start the job the following week. I was provided with a schedule of what work would be done each day, and what time the contractors would arrive. Jay was usually available when I called, but if not, always returned my calls quickly. Each of his contractors was experienced and respectful, and took care to complete their work with as little disruption to my family and home as possible. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I am so pleased to have found a contractor that I can trust to complete any home project I may have to my satisfaction. I look forward to using them again in the future.

We had our full bathroom remodeled and Home Accents in Ontario were amazing to work with. Jay is the owner and he runs a very professional business. He told us that the start date to finish date would be approximately 3 weeks and he was right on target. His crew showed up everyday and work was cleaned up daily. This is our second room to be remodeled by Jay and Home Accents. This kitchen had certain design challenges that had to be considered (space restrictions, mid century plumbing and electrical, water heater relocation etc). Elements that were key to providing our finished kitchen were the custom cabinets and hardware, stainless sink and faucet, lighting, and massive waterfall countertop. Our choice of cabinets left no room for error with our chosen appliances. They fit like a glove. I hired Home Accents to install granite countertops in our remodeled kitchen based upon our excellent experience with them in installing floor tiles throughout our house (they installed half the tiles and agreed to come back a year later to install the rest when we were ready for the kitchen remodel). First class job, no mess and concrete sanders with dust bags attached. All tiles laid to 1/16th inch flat!!!!! They came along with us when we chose the granite, made templates of the countertops and accompanied us to the granite yard so that we could select the cuts in the granite pattern. Then they transported the granite to their shop, cut it, edged it to our specifications. This was 3 CM granite, three 10ftx6ft slabs costing $2500 very thick and extremely heavy. It was installed exactly as required, countertops, peninsula, back splashes and behind cooktop hood, on the date we selected, edges sealed nicely to match surrounding paintwork, no mess, no damage in extremely tight circumstances. The one join on the countertop was made so well and with pattern matching that it is very difficult to find!!!! They went beyond by showing us how to take care of it and polish it. The cost of the job $4500 was not as expensive as competitors we comparison priced!!! A wonderful experience again and would thoroughly recommend the to anyone wanting a perfect job!!! Each worker that come through my home was exceptionally professional, friendly and skilled at their job. My floors were covered each day, they vacuumed each day along with making sure everything was put away properly.
