We love our “treehouse” and would hire CMT Builders for any of our future projects. Charlie is a skilled craftsman with proven attention to detail from the groundwork, to framing, all the way through to the fine trim work and screen installation. He even created an invisible door to access underneath the deck. The permit process was smooth with our town since he was familiar with the building codes, receiving thumbs up at all inspections from an enforcement officer known for being by the book. He was patient with our material selections, educating us every step of the way to ensure we were selecting a product that met our expectations. The end product was exactly what we envisioned and will most certainly last as long as our house is still standing.

Working with Charlie has been a pleasure. In addition to great skills and years of experience, he keeps in touch and communicate well. We appreciated the process and how he handles the ups and downs. We are looking forward to our next project and will definitely call Charlie!
