First, I've never received a review from someone we've never actually met, never done an estimate for, and definitely never done any work for... . I guess there's a first for everything. I hope you can understand my confusion as you have gone to great lengths to exhaust all social media outlets to paint a negative picture of my company. I'm not sure why though.
As soon as I learned that I wasn't able to make our initial appointment I contacted you to move the date with ample notice to adjust your schedule. I did not cancel it. While driving an hour and 15 minutes to your home from my previous appointment I called twice. Never received a call back or an answer from you. I called again, as you can imagine it makes sense for me to get your job measured and an estimate to you, because that's how I feed my family and that's the business I'm in. Especially after driving over an hour to get there. I still waited at your residence for your arrival and/or a phone call. Neither happened.
When I was pulling back into Victoria you called and asked me to come back. Another hour drive which I wasn't able to do again that afternoon. We figured out that the time was wrong on the revised appointment change. The time from the first appointment transferred to the revised scheduled date. We explained, and I apologize for that, again. Unfortunately, sometimes things like this can happen in any business. Being transparent, communicating openly, and trying your hardest to make the customer happy was and is our intentions. Good luck and best wishes in the future with your home remodeling.
