My bathroom project began with designer Katie listening to my desire for a perky bathroom space and creating a design with just the right look and products. She skillfully navigated supply chain issues that occurred during the project. Project Manager Vincent kept the project on track and kept me informed. The on-line logs and messages were really helpful. Vince and his assistant Victor were a delight to work with and I looked forward to their visits to my home. They were able to keep the dust to a minimum so there was not much disruption outside of the bath and adjoining bedroom, and my timid cat's life wasn't unduly disturbed. The subcontractors used for tiling, electrical and plumbing were professional and there was good communication between Muse and the subcontractors.
