Doing a remodel/renovation in your home is not only time-consuming, costly, and takes up a lot of energy, it is a very personal project and thus welcoming strangers into your space and entrusting them is a very big decision. Most folks don't have a ton of experience, including myself, and thus I feel very lucky to have found Ray from Devart8 construction as my project manager. From the very first day, it was easy communicating with Ray and I felt that he always had my best interest at heart. He pays attention to the details and even though the entire project got delayed due to external circumstances, Ray always kept me up to date and always checked in to make sure I didn't have any concerns. As this was my very first construction project, I really appreciated the guidance and advice Ray gave me to help me with the many decisions one has to make and I honestly felt like we were doing this together. The end result - I have new kitchen, flooring, bathroom that I love and was able to create a fourth bedroom off of a master suite from space I wasn't utilizing - increasing the value of my home. If I can work with Ray on all of my house projects, I will, and highly recommend him and his team!

Bathrooms were our final piece in the renovation of our home. My wife and I did a lot of DIY work, but when it came to plumbing and bathroom stuff, we rather have the professionals work on it. So Eugene and his friends came by to show us some designs, and from there they made the bathrooms of our dreams. Thanks for the great pricing too you guys! Our backyard needed some new additions to make it livable, we originally thought the porevcious homeowners backyard design was okay, but we wanted a better place for our kids to play around. So we called CRBA because they were close by and askled for an estimate. They got it for us quickly, and made a kid friendly design that adults would even love to chill in. They got to work while we relaxed, and now our backyard is a paradise.

Definitely needing some remodeling was our bathrooms. We wanted something fresh because the person who sold us the house didn't really upgrade the bathrooms as much as the other sections of the house. So we called CRBA, and they came by to speak with us. After it was finished, they renovated every bathroom and even added some fresh air fresheners to make the entire area smell pleasant. Thanks once more Brian and Eugene, you guys were great.

Eugene showed to us that house remodelling doesn't have to be an expensive and difficult process. He asked us for input on the best course of action after we demonstrated what we were after. We wanted to remove the carpet from our upstairs living spaces and do hard wood flooring instead. CRBA came by with a quick estimate and timeline, and got to work! We were very pleased with how fast they got everything done, and they even threw in new floor moldings to make our home that much more moden. Thanks so much Eugene.

We needed to update our roof and backyard, so we asked Construction Remodeling In Bay Area if we could kill two birds with one stone. Not only did they repair or roof and added new shingles, but they also built an amazing deck alongside a firepit. Those winter months are now a little more cozy.

We turned to CRBA for an advice in order to sell our house. The company rep suggested we first make some renovations so the home worth more. With CRBA help we’ve renovated the bathrooms, kitchen and master bedroom. It worked!! When the house was sold we realized that we got out of it mach more money, then we originally expected. Thank you CRBA for the good advice and the outstanding work you did!!

Without any type of knowledge on home renovation, we asked around and our family members recommended us to Construction Remodeling In Bay Area. before making a jump into anything, we wanted to make sure our budget was kept within. Nino and Eugene did a great job getting everything we wanted, and made sure to stay within our budget.
