This was my second renovation project with Tyler and Team at Contemporary Bath. The first was a full ensuite bathroom, which turned out beautifully. The second a 'save my kitchen reno' project, which also turned out beautifully. Tyler is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very professional. His team of installers are skilled and respectful!! Great experience on both projects. Highly recommend!!

The renovation to our basement was done in a very quick and professional manner. We had a heated tile floor added to our spare bedroom and the basement bathroom renovated to make better use of available space. In the process we had the corner shower changed out, storage added and the sink and vanity replaced. To finish things off a heated floor was also added to the bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner by Van. All of the work done was completed to my specifications and satisfaction. Our daughter had two bathrooms renovated by this same company and was very satisfied and this is why we chose them. The design guidance we received from Tyler was extremely helpful and kept the project within our budget requirements. Below are photos of the completed project.

It was a pleasure working with the team from Contemporary Bath. I am very pleased with my new bathroom! The access to my bedroom and bathroom was redesigned to allow better flow, privacy and beauty to my space. I love the spa like feeling with my new steam shower and stand alone bathtub. The mother of pearl tile above the vanities adds a little sparkle to the bathroom! I am enjoying my separate makeup area and my well organized walk-in closet as well. What a fantastic improvement! I also had all my kitchen, laundry room and powder room cupboards repainted and they look great! I look forward to having my other 2 bathrooms updated soon and will surely be calling on Contemporary Bath to do the work!

Tyler and his team just completed our 3rd bathroom renovation. The first in 2020 was a complete master bath/bedroom renovation which was stunning when completed. The 2nd & 3rd were completed in May and July of this year and we cannot say enough about the great work. Right from the time we contacted Tyler through the design stage and the project execution, the team is professional, responsive and respectful. Job site is always clean at the end of each day and the budget is always top of mind when planning and making selections. We can't say enough about the amazing job Tyler did helping us design and complete our project. His whole team from his designer Laura Vanhoutte to his main man Alden, Jesse, and all other trades were super to work with. They took the time to listen to any concerns we had, to explain the how's and why's and to help us with changes that made the finished product even better than we could have imagined. They were meticulous in their clean up at end of day and respected our home. Covid made so many things a bit more difficult but they pushed through. There were unavoidable delays with materials but they worked around that. I'm certain wearing a mask all day during the heat wasn't fun but they never griped. We had a complete renovation of our main bathroom, basement bathroom and kitchen over the summer of 2020. Tyler provided us with a beautiful plan for the work, a detailed and accurate estimate, and an agreed-to schedule for the reno. The actual work was led by Alden, a craftsman with extensive experience and expertise, who was on site almost every workday throughout the construction. Alden was always professional, courteous and friendly, a real pleasure to have around the place, as were Alden's assistant and the occasional additional helper. Tyler recommended a set of tiles, cabinets, fittings and hardware which were exactly as advertised, look great and have functioned flawlessly since the work was completed. Overall, we are extremely happy with the planning, execution and results of the work, wish we'd done it sooner!

We had Contemporary do a complete kitchen renovation for us. We requested an open kitchen design which required having the dining room wall removed. This proved challenging as the wall housed major plumbing to the master ensuite upstairs, electrical, cold air return, and a vacuum system. However, Tyler's patient, reassuring demeanour reassured us that this would be a hiccup in the scheme of things. It was, and overall, we found it a pleasure doing business with Tyler and his staff. He is professional and remains focused on customer satisfaction. Coming in on budget is always a plus, considering you never really know what you may encounter in any renovation. We love our kitchen!

Went to Contempory Bath to complete my 1/2 bathroom reno after an appalling experience with a totally incompetent contractor who did nothing right and had still not completed the reno after showing up on and off for approx. 3 weeks. Finally told him to leave. Contempory Bath came and and completed the reno, correcting all of the mistakes and poor workmanship of the previous contractor in just over 1 1/2 days in an efficient and professional manner. Couldn't believe the difference. Will be hiring them again when I renovate my master bathroom.

We chose Tyler for our complete kitchen and family room renovation because of his willingness to source very specific materials and accommodate storage requirements for appliances and cookware. Tyler was very patient in working on the design for extra dividers and shelves, specialized pullout cupboards and provided helpful suggestions, such as slightly elevating the upper corner microwave & toaster oven cabinets for better ergonomic access and handy drawers underneath them. When we ran into a majorproblem with the first granite company for our counters, Tyler dropped everything and helped source, order and very quickly expedite new granite from a different supplier. Other issues, such as re-ordering defective items were quickly dealt with. The crew and other tradespeople did an excellent job and were always very cheery, polite and cleaned up the worksite. We thought the cost of this renovation very reasonable given the large scope of work and we really appreciated Tyler's ability to coordinate the project, his kindness, professionalism and dedication to his clients.

Tyler really listened to what we wanted and provided a plan and quote based on our discussion. The scope was a full kitchen, 1-1/2 bathrooms and a fireplace conversion from wood to gas. He measured twice and all the cabinets fit perfectly. His office staff was patient while we made design choices and on time for our meetings. The work was beautifully implemented and work areas were cleaned up each day. We were a bit concerned towards the end of the job as it appeared to be rushed, but they were back within two weeks to finish up the minor outstanding items. One cabinet door was damaged in shipping and one piece of granite was cut incorrectly and both of these items were replaced quickly. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Right from our first encounter at their showroom to our finished bathroom they were always pleasant and professional. The design team worked with us to select the right materials and colours for our project. The work was scheduled and started on time. During construction the work site was always clean and tidy. At the end of each day any mess was cleaned up and equipment was stored away. During the construction we requested some changes to the original plan. Contemporary Bath and Kitchen completed a complete renovation of my main bathroom, partial renovation on my 1/2 bath, front entry tiles, fireplace tiles and hearth, kitchen floor, kitchen counters and backsplash and a complete painting of the main level. I found CB&K to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the renovation. They completed the work in the timeframe discussed intially at the consultation. I hired Contemporary Bath Kitchen and Lighting Center to do a major renovation in my condo. They completely gutted and renovated 2 1/2 baths, tiled the entryway and laundry room and repainted my laundry room and pantry. The people at contemporary were welcoming, listened to what I wanted and helped me to create a fantastic upgrade to my home. During the initial consultation at my home, they were able to give me ideas of possible options to optimize the space available and include the features I wanted. The cost estimate was completed in two weeks and was thorough and accurate. The designer was very creative, knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the process. She showed me lots of options for every choice I had to make (tiles, custom vanity style/color, granite, tile design, grout color, fixtures, lighting, etc...). I was very selective and changed my mind a few times before making my final decision. The designer was patient and let me take my time. I had a two person team that completed the actual physical renovation in my home.They were knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled. I appreciated that they started and stayed on my job until it was done. Only two people did all the work, so I didn't have a parade of contractors in my home and I got to know them. They were pleasant, consistently on the job and always took care to clean up after themselves everyday. I was able to live in my house during the reno with no problem. They worked for 2 months and the job came in on time and on budget. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!! Many of my friends have used them as well and been very happy with the results. I would use them again in the future.

Contemporary Bathrooms have renovated all three of our bathrooms on two separate projects. We were most impressed with the fantastic job on our first bathroom that we had no problem on deciding who would renovate the other two bathrooms. From start to finish there was great work ethic, pride in the design, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We have already recommended Contemporary Bathrooms to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. Although we have never had any issues with any of the craftsmanship, Contemporary Bathrooms provides a one-year warranty for their work which adds another level of comfort.

Contemporary came recommended to us by friends and the entire process beginning to end has been relatively effortless. The job was fairly big and consisted of a complete upgrade of our master bathroom (bath tub, shower, vanities, granite counters, mirrors, tile floors/back splashes, toilets etc), an upgrade in a 1/2 bathroom (toilet, tile floors, granite counter tops), as well as re-tiling a laundry room floor, a new sink, counter top and back splash along with a difficult pantry to tile. Tyler and all the Contemporary people were very helpful in selecting the right products and colour choices to bring the project all together. The thing that impressed us most was the quality of workmanship and the effort to keep the construction mess to a minimum. As work was progressing Alden and Brian would present options on how to lay tile or position the new bath tub for both functionality, cleaning and visual purposes to ensure the best results. Very much appreciated. From a timing perspective the job has taken a little longer than expected do some missed measurements on mirrors, some additional accessories we added on and some vacation time. We would not hesitate to use Contemporary Bath and Kitchens again.

We had our master bathroom renovated by Contemporary Bath ...Tyler, Sherri and his whole team were very responsive to our needs and made excellent suggestions. I changed my mind about the main shower tile when it was delivered. Sherri came out immediately and made a quick change that I approved of and didn't affect the timing of our project. Yes, I would recommend them and use them again for my main bathroom.

We chose Contemporary to do our recent ensuite bathroom renovation because of the way they showed interest in our project, they provided us a detailed quote of the job and were competitively priced. Contemporary also provided us with a list of references of clients we could contact (which we did). We checked their rating with BBB and found no issues anywhere. This assurance made us feel confident they could handle our project. Our project was to gut and renovate with modern and updated fixtures and finishes. We were pleased the way the job site was cleaned up everyday and workman's tools were safely stowed away. As with every project, unforeseen issues arise and it was easy to come to an agreement with Contemporary on a solution. What we appreciated most was once we had paid in full they continued to make our project a priority to complete. They stayed with us till the project was completed to our satisfaction. A nice group of people, recommended.

We hired Contemporary Bathrooms to renovate three bathrooms in our house in 2010. Tyler Norberg was very skilled as a project manager and we were very pleased with the result. We were also pleased with service following the renovation.

The service and workmanship provided by contemporary Bath was excellent. The renovations in our kitchen and bathrooms were completed in the expected time. Although we had several different workers they were all very professional and their workmanship superior. We had no complaints at the end of the project.
