We recently completed our second project with Craft - this time our master bathroom and bedroom bar. We had another fantastic experience and the results exceeded our expectations… again. Michael was great to work with and the entire process was so collaborative. We had input throughout and worked side by side to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. No surprises on cost or timing, and not them telling us what had to be done. Daily collaboration with us to deliver exactly what we hoped. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We recently had our basement finished, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Our friend who handled the project was incredibly detail-oriented—he paid attention to every small step and made sure everything looked perfect. He was also very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, always listening to what we wanted and explaining things clearly. Most importantly, he delivered exactly what he promised and finished the job right on time. We’re truly impressed and grateful for his hard work. Highly recommended!

We reached out to Michael during the middle of an unexpected kitchen renovation after finding water damage to our floors. We had been working with another company who was HORRIBLE and ended up firing them and going with Michael and his team after a neighbor recommended him. Our only regret is not going with Craft Kitchen from the beginning. Michael was prompt in getting us a quote for the job and worked with us and our limited budget to give us a kitchen that we love and that looks amazing in our home. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but Michael's expertise in design helped us choose what works best in our space. He was always available for communication, quick with responding when we had questions, and his team was very professional and worked tirelessly. I cannot recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath enough!

Craft Kitchen and Bath finished the project early and we are very happy with the end result! Material selection was easy and available in the showroom.

Good service. Quality work. Responds to questions in a timely manner. They did a complete makeover of a hallway bath (tub, sink, toilet, flooring, vanity, countertop, medicine cabinet, mirrors, lighting, and painting), and master bath shower (shower with bench seat). They took their time and did not rush things. In a word, the work was flawless. Highly recommend their services.

We had a great experience with Craft Kitchen and Bath remodeling our Master Bathroom. The designer spent a lot of time coming up with a design that we would be happy with and paid attention to small details. The cost of the project was reasonable compared to others. The crew on our project was super detail oriented and very good about keeping the rest of the house clean while working and cleaning up after themselves every day. My bathroom was the least loved room in my house but now I absolutely love walking into it! I am extremely happy with the results!

CRAFT KITCHEN & BATH REVIEW: Recently about a month ago Craft did a kitchen remodeling upon My request, Starting with Karen the Designer, Faith the Coordinator, Rambo, The main man, electrician, plumber, and do it all has a done an outstanding job. Craft Kitchen and Bath did a remodel of my Kitchen a couple months ago. The kitchen was the original layout from the 80s. I wanted something newer, fresher and more modern but with the limited space was not sure what could be done. I worked with Karen and told her what my vision was. She was amazing. She took my vision and made it a reality. She has decades of experience, and it shows. I could never have imaged the makeover she accomplished. Faith and Karen were constantly at the house monitoring and ensuring everything was done according to the initial design. I would highly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath. And can not express my gratitude enough to Karen and Faith for their never-ending attention to the project.

Thank you to Craft Kitchen and Bath for completing our prime bathroom remodel. After getting several estimates from other contractors, we chose Craft because their estimate fell somewhat in the middle, and we liked their showroom products. We liked the concept of “one stop” shopping for the major items (cabinets, tile, flooring, etc.) which could be seen in the showroom. There was also flexibility to purchase items outside the showroom, such as lighting fixtures, toilet, accessories, etc. Throughout this whole process, Karen Michaud was very instrumental in not only helping us make good design decisions, but becoming our go to person when we had any questions. She was always quick to help when we were researching for products and kept our goals in mind. Once the project started, Project Coordinator, Fatih Kutay, was mindful of keeping the project moving in a timely fashion and kept us apprised of the schedule. The two-man (sometimes three) on-site subcontractor crew worked very efficiently and cleaned up the work area every day. For the most part, the head subcontractor did confer with us as to our preferences. Having said that, the few issues that arose were handled to our satisfaction and in a timely manner by the Craft team. We love, relax, and enjoy spending time in our beautiful renovated prime bathroom!
