Being a family company means that you will get to know us and we will get to know you. When you call you will get to talk to the owner. We will come to your home to listen to your ideas and incorporate our experience to achieve your design goals and vision of the project. Using our state of the art design software, we will create a layout, as well as 3d images for you to view what the finished product will look like, and provide estimates for labor and materials. We will then refer you to where we have found the highest quality products in Columbus for the most reasonable prices. If you accept our estimate, we will then schedule the day to begin your remodel and your dream space will become a reality.

It was wonderful working with this company. The estimation process was quick and the project started and finished on time (bathroom floors and glass block wall built for shower with new glass door).

We have used Craftsman Service company on a few occasions to tackle our home renovations. Their first job was to redo our master bathroom as well as guest bathroom. They were great to work with from start to finish. They showed a 3D rendering of our project during the design which was extremely helpful for us to "visualize" our project. They are EXCELLENT in communicating throughout the project - whether just to give you updates or to talk through problems. Their estimate for the job was spot on - and they even returned unused materials to help us save money! They are also respectful in cleaning up every day as well as trying to accommodate our family/schedule (they did demolition around my baby's nap time!). Their work is high quality as well and we have received several compliments on their craftsmanship!
The second job we hired them to do was to create an additional bedroom/storage/laundry area in our unfinished basement. Again, they did a great job of helping us to visualize the space, and performed as they had on the previous job in regards to communication and work. They even accommodated us during the project when our daughter was born early and we weren't available for several weeks (they even sent flowers!)
Overall this is an excellent company to work with on home projects - not only is their work quality, but their professionalism, communication and service are what make this company A+

I had never done a renovation before, but my small masterbath was in horrible shape. I heard such good things about this company that I had them come out to give me an estimate. I was very impressed from the start that I could pick out all the needed components at shops and with personal attention from professionals they recommended. Or, I could shop anywhere I wanted. They would pick up my purchases (including tiles, shower door, etc) which would have been terribly difficult for me. For items purchased by the company for my project they would submit to me the receipts and not overcharge for anything! I felt very confident that this was the right company for me!
From the first day, Luke, the project manager, was reassuring and calming as I expressed questions and concerns. Adam, who did the tile work, literally drew the design I chose on the wall and had me inspect it before he proceeded. The project was done perfectly well! We went from having a very worn bathroom to a luxurious, amazing one that we appreciate each day. We love everything about it.
I loved working with this company and as soon as my budget allows, I will contact them for more projects in the future.

They just completed a complete renovation of my master bathroom, and did a great job. True to their name, their craftsmanship was excellent. The project was done on time and on budget. My 100+ year old home in Harrison West needed a more functional bathroom with modern amenities. I wanted to tackle the project myself, but knew it was over my head. They were able to come in and give suggestions on how to make use of the space + what finishes would look great. We were living in the house when this renovation was going on, so keeping things clean on a daily basis was important. I forgot to bring this up before they started, but was impressed to see the area clean after every day of work. Highly recommend! Thanks.
