Great experience from the very first day we entered the CSI show room. Archana, who helped us with our kitchen design and material selections was extremely helpful. The communication throughout the process was very efficient and thorough. The construction team could not have been more professional. CSI designed and constructed a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen for us. The job involved moving some walls, taking the walls that weren't moving down to the studs, replacing the ceiling, LOTS of recessed lighting, crown molding with led lighting, under counter led lighting, fantastic Schrock cabinets with LOTS of features (spice cabinet, toe kick drawers, pull outs, soft close)...it is a totally new kitchen. Archana, our designer, is creative. She listened to everything we said, and then would present options and her own thoughts. We had a difficult area to work with...the old pantry which was under the staircase to the second floor. I didn't want a pantry, so she figured out a way to make use of the space for additional cabinets and counterspace. And the construction left me with what I call "my secret pantry" - a space behind the cabinets that backs up to the staircase is an odd shape and was left unused. CSI left an opening to that space for me, and it's terrific for some really odd-shaped and/or large items that don't fit anywhere else! All new appliances! CSI worked with us even though we did not purchase the appliances from them. We found a terrific deal on a brand they did not carry. CSI did all the installation and we never felt they held it against us that we didn't buy the appliances from them. CSI was also accommodating to the fact that our budget required we leave our floors as the slab right now. We will go back to CSI when we are ready to install heated ceramic tile throughout the first floor of our home (a $20,000 job the way we want it done). CSI set up all the wiring we need for that job, so everything is ready to go when we find the money. Everyone involved - electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers - was respectful of our home. They were friendly and answered the many questions we were asking about how things were being done and why. We LOVE our new kitchen. My husband and I have stood in the middle of it and said that we never could have imagined how beautiful it would turn out. We will go back to CSI for other projects in the future.

My husband contacted this company because they carried the cabinets in a home we were renovating. Linda Esserman was assigned to us and she went above and beyond our expectations. We were trying to mix old cabinets with new, painting the old ones. She worked diligently to accomplish this and had a painter come to give an estimate. In the end, we decided that all new would look much better and she provided side by side estimates and guided us through the process. Although we have not been able to complete installation due to construction delays, I expect the job to be professional and trust Linda to see that it happens.

We have worked with CSI for many years. Longevity is usually a good indication of the integrity of a company, and they uphold that standard. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is what sets them apart. We look forward to many more years of partnership.

Our first experience with CSI was a Kitchen Renovation. After hearing my sad story of various other companies design failures, Steen had a design plan for us within a week. He hit the nail on the head with his design and even incorporated a little bit of our culture into our Stone Kitchen Hood. He absolutely made our idea into more than we even had hoped it would be. As others have said, every attention to detail was given for all aspects of the work done. His staff was also a pleasure to have in our home and my girls were sad to see them leave. They were very respectful and made sure to keep the areas being worked on clean and free of any possible damage to existing floors, walls, etc. They are truly the best and we highly recommend them for custom projects. Andy, Deborah, Greg and David, and so many more were absolutely fantastic. We are thrilled with our new kitchen, dining room and sun room. From design to remodeling to finishing touches, we felt like the CSI team really cared that we would be happy with our finished product. They are the real experts but we felt like it was truly a collaborative experience from beginning to end. We are very happy with our new kitchen design, colors, finished floors, granite countertop, soft-close cabinets, backsplash, sunroom and all new appliances. We definitely would recommend them to others.

This company would get 5 stars if it had finished as strong as it started. I love their professionalism, their product, customer service, and work ethic, but when we got to the small stuff at the end of the job, they petered out and left me hanging for a month.

I have photographed a few locations now for CSI Kitchen & Bath Studio and have noticed their attention to modern styles/finishes... and that their customers LOVE THEM! Coordinating jobs on location has super easy attesting to the fact that they are absolute pros! I look forward to the next shoot and discovering the next treasure eye candy design.

We hired CSI because of the attention to detail during the time we were making our decision on contractors. We are in week four of the projected six week project and they have done everything they have promised in a timely professional manner. They have been very quick to answer any questions we have had. All workers have been on time, courteous and they have left the site clean every day. Even drywall week there was no dust outside the work area. We still have two more weeks until completion but to date they have been right on schedule and right on budget. In house staff has been great to work with and always available when called.

Just finished a renovation project on a 25 year old house I bought. The outside was traditional and I wanted to transform the inside to a more contemporary look. The owner of CSI, Steen Claussen, came out and designed a fabulous contemporary kitchen that opened up the space to the living room. The bathroom that was rather dated is now like out of a magazine. Most of my friends favor traditional interiors but are amazed at the sleek design that still projects a welcoming warmth. I have received nothing but complements. The work was done on time and with an eye for detail that I have not found in any other contractor I have ever hired. I would highly recommend this company!

We hired CSI to handle our kitchen update as well as some improvements to our powder room and laundry room. Tom Strott, their sales representative, was extremely professional in every way. He helped us hone our vision and assisted in selecting our appliances, stone and plumbing items. Greg, our project manager, was equally professional and helpful. He coordinated all the subcontractors and personally took care of many smaller adjustments himself. Follow up has been very responsive and we are very happy with the finished project.

Very professional, good contemporary design, and is aware of the different styles and models of new appliances. Keeps the place clean during and after work. Courteous staff and workers. Costly but effective. It is a wow kitchen!
