Custom Design Tile is a family-run company that has been creating beautiful and highly functional living spaces for clients in the Washington metro region for over 30 years. We’re a full interior renovation contractor who focuses on kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Planning a remodel involves much more than the selection of materials and design. We’re experts in helping you visualize how you’ll use the spaces in five, 10 or even 20 years and then we design and build to your needs. When you hire CDT, you work directly with the owners – Brian and Mike Brennan. They are your direct contacts and available any time you have questions. We do everything from a secondary bathroom remodel to a full interior renovation. Brian Brennan is one of the region’s most experienced tile contractors and bathroom/kitchen remodelers in Virginia-Washington-Maryland region. He started the business back in 1986 and, more recently, made it a family affair by bringing his son Mike aboard. Mike graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 and finally came on board the CDT team in 2012. The Brennans are joined at CDT by a team of skilled and experienced tile artisans who help ensure that projects go smoothly, deadlines are met, every remodeling detail goes according to plan, and that the client’s vision is realized. Some of these artisans have been with us for a very long time – as long as 25 years! We always treat your home and family the way we treat our own home and family. Who would want it any other way?
