“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. We recommend USI to everyone, and will continue to use them on all of our remodeling needs. I sum up Chris and Gordon this way, "Chris and Gordon are promise keepers."”

Very clean operation, considering the prior insulation was powered/deteriorated cellulose. No associated plumbing or related issues with work for several years now.”

“Terri and her team did an amazing job renovating the house and backyard. The project was very big started in February and finished in November. Before that, we actually fired a GC because poor job quality and super high price they asked. The project includes interior renovation (February to August) and backyard building of a cabana by the pool. We are very satisfied with their work. The interior includes painting, cabinetry, electric, bathroom renovation and convert attic space into storage rooms. Their work quality is great, and Terri knows a lot to suggest ways to make the room look better, such as a better combination of colors for base board, crown, door and wall and ceiling colors. They built five whole build-in cabinets that filled in the whole wall and they are great. Their bathroom remodeling is wonderful, the amazing pattern they eventually made along with our bathtub is totally beyond our expectation. For the backyard cabana project, they built a large cabana with kitchen and bar, nicely finished with a lot of features. Next to the cabana, they built a bathroom with shower. They also built a gas fire pit behind the cabana. Terri managed the whole backyard project including determined the pool company for us and made sure the progress of the project. Terri is very responsible for her work. When there is anything we do not like or need a little bit more work, she always does that immediately. We had a smooth communication. Everyone on her team is also very nice and polite, always protect our belongings in the house from construction, and never be loud to affect our life. They are great people too. Most important, Terri's price is reasonable and unbeatable. We will definitely work with Terri again in the future.”

“I contracted Kitchen, Bath & Home ten years ago to install cabinets in my kitchen and I was so pleased, that I recently had them back to put identical cabinets over the washer and dryer in the utility room. Both experiences were superlative in the quality of the product and responsiveness of the crew. Owner Jesse Johns personally worked with me for creative storage solutions in very challenging spaces, and I couldn’t be happier. The cabinets are beautiful, functional, and after 10 years look like new. When I asked for a minor repair for a pantry pullout, Jesse offered a total redo at very reasonable cost that is much more workable and attractive. The company stands 100% behind its product, and the pride of craftsmanship shows.”
