We have used Shannon and his company twice - once a few years ago to do a resurfacing of our living room fireplace, build a hearth and mantle and paint our 14 ft high living room. We had 3 other contractors come out and say the job couldn't be done (we wanted to turn our semicircular fireplace opening into a rectangle to look more modern) but Shannon completed it without issue. We were out of the country while he did the work and when we came back the job was finished as promised and the house clean. More recently, Shannon did a complete gut of our kitchen, as well as raised our ceiling to make it uniform by placing very long hidden beams. The final product was incredible. My wife was pregnant and our child was due early May. Shannon started end of January and was done on time, near the end of April (in fact he finished early). To get a job of this magnitude done that quickly was astonishing to me. Especially contrasted by the fact that we had another group do our master bathroom, and it took them about 5 months (we went with this group as they only worked on bathrooms and we were doing a steam shower so wanted their 'expertise,' definitely regret not going w/ Shannon to do our bathroom as well). Shannon is so friendly, honest, communicates well, and competent. His team likewise is fantastic - they would be at our house on time, leave on time, and clean up each day after themselves. It's really hard to find a good dependable contractor who consistently communicates and does great work. Shannon is one of the best, checks all the boxes, and we will never use anyone again.”
