We have used Dave Fox Remodelers for remodeling our kitchen, adding Bedroom to our house, and dealing with a troublesome kitchen hood problem. We have had nothing but good relations with all of Dave Fox people. They are not the cheapest but certainly the best at what they do.

We enjoyed our renovation so much. We are extremely thankful for the Dave Fox team who has made our project so convenient, sophisticated, and beautiful. The product quality is absolutely superb. We would like to compliment our project designer Courtney Burnett. She is talented, professional, and artistic on every aspect of this project.

Dave Fox did a tremendous job from start to finish with our entire project. They were prompt, easy to work with, detail oriented, great with communication, and their quality of work is second to none.

We needed assistance with a leaky shower that several other plumbers Had not been able to fix. The team diagnosed the problem, Greg helped us come up with the solution, and Laura found the perfect finishes to make our bathroom both beautiful and more functional. Kelly and the crew got everything done on time and everything came in on budget. The whole team is wonderful and hopefully we will be having them back to do another project soon!

Dave Fox remodeled our kitchen, down to the studs and subfloor. They married a beautiful and functional design with high quality craftsmanship. The project finished on time, and the team’s communication throughout the multi-month process was excellent.

My husband and I hired Dave Fox to remodel our master bathroom and add another full bathroom for guests. The finished projects are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. My master bathroom is an oasis! My adult children love having the extra bathroom during the holidays and other family gatherings. The professionals and staff at Dave Fox were attentive and helpful in working with me to realize my vision for the remodeling project.

We have no complaints about the entire process from start to finish. As there is with any project like ours, we had minor issues that were resolved.

We had the Dave Fox team remodel our upstairs bath, turning one bath and a closet and a small hallway into two bathrooms. The team was wonderful from start to finish. Our designers were amazing, and the build team was communicative and professional. They finished ahead of their stated deadline and on budget. The communication of budget changes (when we changed our minds about finishes) were very clearly communicated. It all went seamlessly. Some of the subs were messy, but all of the Dave Fox employees were wonderful.

They designed a partial kitchen remodel that included overhead vent hood, cook top, sink, counter top and back splash. We are very pleased with the results both functionally and aesthetically. The work was scheduled to minimize disruption to us and they maintained a clean job site. We had a very positive experience with the company and would use them again should we ever need their services.

Everyone involved is a true professional and extremely knowledgable. They clean up after their work every day. In the planning stages they will offer alternate solutions which often are better than you had planned on. The team at Dave Fox designed an entire first-floor remodel including kitchen, living room, master bed/bath, spare bedroom, new bathroom, foyer, front room. We knocked down some walls, added a full bath, added windows, removed fireplace, new carpet, new flooring, new lighting...it was a large undertaking, but they were always so kind and professional. We are beyond thrilled with the work and service provided. From beginning to end, the team was amazing. I would not hesitate to work with them again or to recommend them to others. We love our "new" home!

Everyone at Dave Fox is so professional and knowledgeable. We had never worked with a design/build team before and didn’t know what to expect. Keith, Andrea,Jon and Joe were fabulous. They kept us in the loop the whole time. Anytime there was a small setback (which is to be expected) we were told immediately. We live in a 50 year old high-rise which proved to be a challenge. The end product was exactly what we had dreamed of. We’d highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. We totally gutted both bathrooms. Divided a double size bedroom back to two bedrooms. Added a closet and changed an existing closet from a bedroom to a walk in hall linen closet. Enclosed under our entry stairs for storage and replaced our kitchen floor tile.

Loved our experience on building a 4 season room addition! Team was great, design was awesome and they kept the house so clean during the build. Will definitely use again for future projects!

We had a 280 sq ft room added. It is a general purpose room adjoining the kitchen and family room. The quality of the build is excellent, and we will use the same contractor for any future project.

Dave Fox recently completed a transformation of my main living space. Removing a wall between my living room and kitchen creating a lovely, inviting space for entertaining. Initially when I contacted Dave Fox I was under the impression I would need to add an addition in order to create the type of space I had envisioned. Luckily, Keith & Courtney were able to see something completely different using the original structure of the home to give me more room to entertain our large extended family. I couldn't be more please with the results!

We redid our master bathroom (granite countertops, rock wall above sinks, expanded shower, tile on the floor& around the tub as well as in the shower, new lighting & mirrors), had granite put in our kitchen and half bath, new backsplash, and specially made bead board added to the base of our kitchen island All of the Dave Fox workers were courteous, polite, hardworking & great at cleaning up after themselves. The work was finished on time. We ran into some unexpected issues when the project began (leaks we were unaware of). The workers offered advice and actually did some extra work to enable us to continue with the project in a timely manner. All of the workers were excellent at their jobs. We enjoyed working with Keith (salesman) and Tonya (our design person) who gave us many ideas. We are thrilled with the finished product!

A complete renovation of our master bathroom was done. Everything from beginning to end was handled smoothly and professionally. We are exceptionally happy with process, people and materials. There was always clear communication and they made it easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The designers were great and came up with an open layout that I could not have come up with on my own. The whole team was communicative and prompt with issues. My husband and I had a great experience working with the Dave Fox Design team. We went to Florida for 3 months while they gutted and remodeled our kitchen. The project went seamlessly - they checked in long-distance a few times with questions and pictures. Our kitchen looks fabulous - and "lives" very efficiently! We trusted that they would do the project right - a very reassuring feeling while we were out of town. The whole team was easy to work with - listened to us and aimed to please. In 2015 my husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen, living and dining area. We chose Dave Fox Remodelers because of their excellent reputation of doing top notch work. We were not disappointed. Our first contact was Steve Dempsey, the architect. He arrived promptly and came up with a design that worked well in our space it encompassed all the changes we'd requested. Steve as all our contacts with "our" Dave Fox team were active in the project through the multiple months our home was worked on. If there was a question or problem on site you could be sure that Steve would be on the job checking it out. To us the "piece de resistance" was when the project had been completed it was seamless. One couldn't discern where the new began and the old stopped. Our area looked as is it had been built that way from the beginning. Our second team member was Michelle Mixter, the design coordinator. She began with function rather than frills. We needed to tell her how we wanted to use our kitchen and position each cupboard and drawer accordingly. The dishes are located adjacent to our table, the knife drawer is next to the prep sink and chopping area, the pots and pans are under the cook top and so on. Bottom line is our kitchen works for our needs and lifestyle. She used a pyramid approach where the first items chosen are those with the widest variety of options, in our case cabinetry, followed by hardware, countertop etc. it made a mind boggling task doable. Our finished product looked like the kitchen we dreamed of! It was our vision not something that only the designer's ideas. Michelle proved to be a tougher task master than we would have been, when it came to perfection. She insisted an area be redone if it did not meet her criteria precisely. Often the flaws she saw we didn't even notice until they had been pointed out. Dennis Nelson was our project manager. He and Tim, his assistant, treated the project as is it were their own home, not just a job. They became almost like members of our family whom we actually missed when the project was completed. Dennis insisted on using sub contractors he considered the best of the best whether we needed to wait a few extra days or not. Each individual did amazing work and was well worth any wait. On the final walk through we were given a binder with both specs on products used as well as cleaning instructions and warranties on the products used. Dave Fox also will come back if you have any issues arising from the remodel. FYI the first resource both Steve and Michelle told us to use in finding our preferences was Houzz. Many of our original thoughts about how we wanted the project to look changed after surfing Houzz. Those changes included cabinetry choices, floor covering and colors to name just a few. How fortunate for us that we had your website to use to reference for the newest ideas in design! Thank you.

Dave Fox remodeled our upstairs hall bathroom. We replaced the vanity, sink, lighting, and got new floor tiles and tiling around the tub. They did a fabulous job and we would use them again!

I had my kitchen completely remodeled. This included knocking walls out and repositioning wiring and plumbing. I got new cabinets, flooring and backsplash. The crew was very knowledgeable and competent. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

They exceeded our expectations in every way, but particularly in the area of relationship building. From the first meeting with their team we felt like we had known them for years. The lower level finished product is beautiful, and actually won a "Project of the Year" award from their professional organization. We have just finished our second round of remodeling with the Dave Fox Team, the addition of a Four Seasons Room off our Master Bedroom. It is even more beautiful than we imagined, and we use it every day as a quiet space to relax. This summer they will be replacing our cedar deck with a low maintenance product and building an outdoor patio/fire pit area. We recommend this company to anyone who asks. They really are a "one stop shop" when it comes to making changes to your home.

We hired Dave Fox Design Build Remodelers to remodel our masterbath for re-sale purposes. They were extremely professional and knew exactly how to address our needs. We planned together the changes we would make. They provided a detailed plan outlining all costs and timeframes and explained it completely and I felt totally comfortable with the plan and that we were all on the same page. The work was done exactly as outlined. All personnel on the project were extremely professional and everyone always did what they said they would do and when they said they were going to do it. Everyone was always respectful of our home and very careful about making sure any dust or debris from the construction was minimal and cleaned up completely. We finished early and on budget, and we can't be happier with the results. We achieved exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them and the people on the Dave Fox team completely.

Provided detailed estimate that was right on with final cost of partial master bath remodel. Quality of work was excellent. Will hire again for future remodel projects.

After meeting with 3 remodelers we hired Dave Fox for our complete kitchen renovation. The designer and project manager listened to us, understood our vision, and displayed sincere confidence they could make it come true. Dave Fox was the very best fit for us in all criteria areas: expertise, experience, communication, design, accountability, and personality. Our project team worked with us to design and create the dream kitchen we envisioned. We gutted the existing kitchen, took down soffits and the wall to the family room, expanded 7 feet in length, replaced the wood floor, added windows and a door to the patio, and added an old barn beam to divide the family room and kitchen area. Deadlines were consistently met. Any changes were communicated in a timely manner. The workmanship - cabinetry, woodwork, flooring, lighting, electrical, painting, framing, drywall, demolition - was completed with the highest expertise and at the same time with the utmost thoughtfulness for our home and privacy. Our renovation took 5 months and we wouldn't change a thing. The end result is a show stopper kitchen that we absolutely love! We will hire Dave Fox again for any future renovations/remodeling.

We have used them for a few remodeling jobs. First was a kitchen, sunroom, screened porch and hall remodel. Fantastic! Second was a large master bathroom with a laundry room, morning bar included. Once again, fantastic. They have in so organized and painless. We have used a few other companies in between the two jobs we had them do. The reason we went back to them was the organization they provide. We did not have that with other companies.

We did a complete renovation of our master bath. Our main goals were to make the room handicapped accessible, easy to clean and to increase shower and vanity space. In order to gain every precious inch, we removed a linen cupboard and stole a foot of depth from the back of our daughter's closet. We had a variety of specialists in and out of our home. Everyone was courteous and hard-working. No one smoked in or outside of my home and workers cleaned up after themselves every day. I was kept up to date on each step of the project and never felt as if our job was a lower priority to Dave Fox. The project is complete and we love the new space! By moving the location of the shower and vanity, the room seems so much larger. We were also able to keep the window, which I had thought we'd lose in order to gain storage. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Fox Home Remodeling.

We had two bathrooms remodeled by Dave Fox. We worked with Wendy who was very nice. Our project manager was Terry who was very difficult. We experience many problems with one of the bathrooms. The good news is that they lived up to their warranty. The bad news is that the shower area had to be ripped out and redone at least three times. One time the issue occurred because they accidently had put concrete in the drain. One time a rubber membrane was put over the entire floor of the shower allowing no water to get through. The bathroom (master bath) was unusable for months at a time as they tried to fix the problem. I would choose another firm, especially if you have a bathroom renovation or are working with tile.
