Dave's Carpentry

Dave remodeled two guest baths for us and we are extremely pleased! He made a great effort to Avoid disrupting our lives, and he succeeded!! He used the materials we selected and the redesigned bathrooms are, in our opinion, perfection. We replaced carpeting in one bath with limestone, and Dave was able to find a match to the limestone in the rest of our house, which is approximately 17 Years old. His fabricator did a beautiful job with our countertops, which were very timely installed. We couldn’t be happier, and we now have a new friend as well as a great contractor!

We are so happy with the results of our remodel. Dave was prompt, reliable and did an exceptional job. He cleaned up at the end of every day and always showed up when he promised. We are looking forward to working with Dave again on our next project.

I hired Dave to remodel my kitchen and laundry room. From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. This was my first home improvement project and I had every kind of concern one could have. But Dave and his whole team were fantastic. They immediately set me at ease. I was impressed with their excellent workmanship, friendly and approachable manner, and trustworthiness and respect for my home. For the first week of my project I had to be out of town and I had no qualms leaving them with a key and letting them come and go as they needed to. And when back in town, I work from home. They were extremely respectful of noise and other disruptions as I did my work from the next room. The project went very quickly and stayed on budget - I could hardly believe how easy it all was! I also want to give a shout out to Dave's primary designer, Lauren Narciso Designs. Lauren was fantastic! She brought tons of samples and had a great selection of things for me to review and choose from - she really helped me achieve my goals, tackle the tricky questions, and turn my kitchen into a room that truly matches my personality and style. I've now got the remodel bug! Luckily I feel like I've found a great team to help me with any future project.

Dave is a master at what he does ! He did such a beautiful job on several projects at our home ! He’s our go to guy and I don’t ever hesitate to refer him ! He is clean , prompt, and fast ! And he does not rip you off !! We are so grateful to have found him !

Let me start off by saying how professional and accommodating Dave was over the course of the bathroom and fireplace remodel. I interviewed 7 different contractors and right away knew Dave would be my choice. He knew exactly what I wanted and had some additional design ideas. My wife and I knew what we wanted and Dave designed it in a quick and beautiful manner. I would recommend Dave to anyone seeking remodel or even new additions. Cut to the chase... I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone I know and he will be my first (and only) contact for any future projects. Dave does things the way I would if I had a clue or the ability. Great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The impression I got while Dave was in my house was more like he was a friend helping me with a project. Dave allowed me my 'creative' input while steering me away from things that may not stand the test of time. Dave was timely and punctual and did a lot of extras without asking that I truly did not expect. Dave responded to changes and obstacles without missing a beat. Pretty simply, Dave was a pleasure to work with and we are delighted with the end product.

My husband and I purchased a second residence requiring significant renovation. The idea of taking on a project to transform this residence into a future home while living and working remotely was a bit intimidating. Dave understood our vision and connected us with an interior designer that did too. With a plan in hand to make this our home, Dave has worked with us and our budget every step of the way watching over our investment as if it was his own. His broad knowledge in various disciplines of construction have proved invaluable and we couldn’t have made this a reality without him.

I am an interior designer and I use Dave's Carpentry 9 times out of 10, I would use him 10 times over but it is not always my choice. I have been working with Dave for close to 7 years on and off and I would highly recommend his workmanship and client relations. I have never had a dissatisfied client. Dave has done many projects in my own home as well, Bathroom and Kitchen Remodels, both of which I am personally highly satisfied with. Dave is a great asset to any project as his many years of experience, respectful and honest character and attention to detail often catches things others may look over. I have worked with other contractors in the past and none of them compare. My favorite thing about Dave is he is a "no problem" type of guy, whatever the issue or task at hand he will figure a way to do it and do it correctly.
