Denix Construction

We hired Denix to build a suite for my elderly mother. I would not hire them again. They hired incompetent workers and we’ve discovered so many problems. Too many to list here.

Denix was referred to me by my mother. I was impressed with them on the first visit and was very happy with the cost of the projects. We had our shower redone, and our tile floors installed, along with some other miscellaneous work around the house. all the work was completed within the time frames given and everyone was very professional and nice! I would highly recommended Denix for any of your remodeling needs!

I've hired Denix Construction to complete two remodeling projects at my house. The first was a bathroom. During construction unfortunately, or fortunately depending how you look at it, we discovered that my galvanized piping was leaking in the walls and ceiling. They were able to have their plumber provide a bid and replace my piping is a matter of days instead of the weeks I imagined to keep the job on schedule. Excellent work and customer service, love my bathroom remodel. The other project was to screen in my cover patio. I had a vision of what I wanted and Jeno was able to take my ideas and create a great addition to my home. My next project is to remodel the master bedroom and bath - will definitely hire them to do the work!

We love our wheelchair accessible bathroom! Jeno, Chris, and the Denix team did an amazing job to remodel our dream bathroom. We found Jeno and Chris to be hard workers, knowledgeable, and honest. We trusted them enough to leave them alone on a couple of occasions, which is something we never do. We can't thank them enough. A special thanks also goes out to Juan for a beautiful tile job.

We had our garage turned into a suite for my son and daughter in law the work was done on time and we were greatly pleased with the results. We wiould use them again if we need further work done.

Denix Construction just completed the remodeling/re-construction of our master suite shower area. They did a fabulous job, on schedule within our budget. We couldn't be more pleased. Matter of fact we are now contracting with them to install granite counter tops and updated fixtures on our master suite bathroom vanities. They also constructed a walk-in closet addition to our home approximately 1 1/2 years ago and did a great job.

Professional service from time booking estimate to completion of job. Hired for drywall / remodel job in my 3050 sw ft home. Very clean and detail oriented work. Will be using Jeno for a full bathroom remodel next!

Gino did an excellent job remodeling our 2nd Floor, from flooring, plumbing, baseboards to dry wall installation was executed with utter more care and professionally done. Though there was minor issue with the bath which Gino addressed immediately upon notifying him. I am totally satisfied. There is something with all the other general contractors that when asked for bath remodel they immediately would give me a higher price quote. I am not sure whether they presume that I deserve to pay that much for being a North Scottsdale resident. But Gino was totally upfront and very rational. I would recommend him to anyone who wants professional job done for reasonable pricing. I would like to thank Gino's crew, his son Chris and his wife and all the contractors who worked on my property, they cared for it, respected my privacy and delivered an excellent job.
