I agree that somewhere along the way, the pantry wall of cabinetry was increased in height to the taller 90" cabinet frames. Once the FINAL order was finally processed, the taller frames were on the order. I do apologize now, as I did before in writing, that I missed this, and have done what I can to help rectify the situation. The moment this was brought to my attention, I stepped up and provided all needed information to you and your wife on how and what needed to be done to rectify the exchange of cabinet frames. From what I hear, you now have a beautiful kitchen that cost you an additional delivery fee from IKEA. And, although you did ask me for compensation for the ordering error beyond the delivery fee, I did bring to your attention that not only did you take years to finalize the designs, but the continually "finalizing" of the designs cost me several additional, unpaid, trips to IKEA, to re-create and reorder your kitchen cabinets.
These comments truly come as a surprise to me since your last correspondence with me was that all was well once we got the correct pantry cabinets in place. We aim to leave every client fully satisfied with their experience and you can see from our glowing reviews, it is not the norm for someone to have a negative experience.
