It took longer than expected from start to completion, but after going through the full gut and complete renovation of our master bath and a remodel of our 2nd bath, we are completely satisfied. I now understand why the process is long and I appreciate the attention to detail with measuring, cutting, and making sure everything fits precisely (glass, tile, floor). Joey did an excellent job in our design when we worked with him pre-construction. He gave us exactly what we wanted. Materials are high quality. Workers were very polite. We are completely satisfied.

Professional, family team that cares for its clients and exceeds expectations. Joey helped us design an amazing look that not only repaired a prior poor install, but also saved us money. Tony is an extremely talented installer who took the time and effort to plan vanishing joints and hidden seams. We liked the work so much we ordered two more shower remodels!

The Shower Shop did a wonderful job on my master bath. Two weeks after purchasing our house the shower in the master bath started leaking. Two years, two contracted and five leaks later I found The Shower Shop and not only did they do beautiful work rebuilding my shower they were respectful of my budget and concerns. They were happy to show me everything they were doing, what previous contractors had done wrong and how it was being corrected. Knowing that my remodel is done right in all places you can't see as well as beautiful is why I will trust them for anything I do in the future.

We recently updated our master bathroom (tub and shower). We decided to upgrade to the marble shower base and we are glad that we did. The work that they did on our bathroom transformed our bathroom and brought it out of its sad little existence. Our shower is beautiful! They were punctual and they completed the project quickly and as promised.

Their Web Site is VERY informative. Joey is on top when it comes to knowing what works and doesn't work. His crew is a real professional group of young hard working guys who stay until the job outlined for the given day is completed. I had a shower stall completely torn out and replaced as well as an outdated counter top with 2 sinks replaced with beautiful granite. Joey and my wife selected complementing marble for the walls of the shower with a glass tile accent strip, along with an onyx low profile shower pan. A granite seat in the shower and corner shelves from the granite counter tied everything together. The project manager Gabriel was very informed and stayed on top of the project from beginning to end. I would recommend Joey and his group to anyone that wants the job done in a timely and professional manner.

This is the third time I have hired the Shower Shop. They updated my guest bath, powder room and laundry room this time. The work was completed on time and I loved the final out come. I would hire them again for and out her updates to my home. Excellent work.

Upgraded shower in master bathroom. Joey has great design ideals and helped us coordinate material selection to match the rest of the bath room.. Contractors/Installers were very tidy. Covered everything in plastic including the walls during tear out and install. Project turned out great and no problems so far. Little slow to complete the work but we were not in any hurry.

We wanted to have a complete remodel of our Master Bath and Joey Gates of The Shower Shop and Gates Group was the person to make it happen. He listened and planned every detail until we were satisfied. His crew delivered nonstop professionalism. We now have a gorgeous Master Bath that will meet our needs in the years to come. We removed our tub, relocated plumbing, had a huge walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, 2 grab bars and a bench installed. The shower is designed to be very low maintenance with engineered marble walls, onyx floor, and quartz bench. We had new cabinets with quartz countertops and new lighting also installed. We wanted a bathroom that would meet ADA standards and be absolutely gorgeous and we got it! I highly recommend The Shower Shop and The Gates Group!
