DL Flooring & Design.

After a month of trying to find a good quality company to install new tiles in our shower, we found DL Flooring and Design. That worked out very well for us. I contacted the company on a Saturday morning, and by that afternoon we had reached an agreement on the scope and price of our project. The company spent the last few days doing the work and everything about the project was great. The workers showed up on time every day, they were extremely neat, they cleaned up every day before they left, and most importantly they did a really nice job. In addition all my interactions with their office were very fast and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

We hired DL Flooring & Design to renovate our galley style kitchen. They took out a wall, and tweaked some more. Before/After photos tell the story, the results speak for themselves and we were very happy start to finish. DL communicated great, kept the job on schedule and budget, tackled a few unknowns with conviction, and even did some things outside the scope to keep us (in their words) “as happy as possible.” Old School customer service, man! DL contributed great ideas during the design and walked that fine line of bringing their (much appreciated) expertise to the table while enabling us to make the space our own. I guess simply stated it was all very cool. Great staff too. We left town for a few weeks and trusted them in our home to complete the work. Also I never asked but I don’t think this was DL’s biggest job, and we felt we received the same attention as their biggest clients. It ain’t that complicated - I am an Engineer by occupation and I know bottom line that level of service doesn’t happen unintentionally, it is expertise and genuine commitment and pride in your work. Lastly DL’s price was reasonable and I feel we got great value. So I guess the first words I can think of to wrap up this review are “thank you.” And more words such as: "yeah! Looking forward to getting DL back in here to give the bathrooms new life!" Thanks guys!

DL flooring and Design did such an amazing job on my clients home I hired them on the spot to help me with my 2 baths. Their craftsmanship is impecable, they were fast, clean and trustworthy. They listened to my ideas and improved upon a few as well. I couldn’t be happier.

A+++ for DL! We had almost our entire house remodeled by DL. Everything except the bathrooms of our 3BR house was updated including totally new opened up floor plan, with walls removed, all new kitchen, all new tile flooring in whole house, new interior doors, new baseboards and all door molding, new recessed lighting, etc. Too much to list. COMMUNICATION: I have to say, you will not find a contractor with better communication. I can't even think of a single time the phone was not answered or a text was not replied to. TIMELINESS: They gave a timeframe for the job and were exactly on time. They do an excellent job with managing subcontractors. Every time we tell our friends how long the job took (6 weeks from move out to move in) they can't believe it. QUALITY: You can tell when someone takes pride in their work. We were there almost daily checking on the house and there were no corners cut. They went above and beyond in some aspects. PRICE: The price was up front, reasonable, and there were no surprises... what else could you want. BOTTOM LINE: I wouldn't even consider anyone else if I had to do it again!

Dhya and her team were exceptional in every sense of the word. They managed my project from start to finish. Consummate business professionals. I live across the country and they send photos and videos at every single stage. They did a complete remodel of my condo in Boca and it has exceeded expectation magnificently. Sometimes finding a remodel company that fills all the necessary criteria to do the job is difficult. I bought a house to flip and Di Luca Flooring delivered exactly what I needed and wanted. They did flooring in the entire house, kitchen and bathrooms. When you go into flipping, the job has to be done as fast as possible but with the same quality and attention that a personal home remodel needs. They delivered not only that but they went above and beyond. They are flexible in a sense that they fit to the idea you have and this flexibility extends also to problem solving. They have an open mind and broad view when it comes to that. In addition, they went the extra mile to accompany me to pick the products I wanted. Now, the actual installation was incredible. The leveling of the flooring was perfect! Everything was done with such ease, my questions were always answered and they religiously reporting back to me. When done, they did do a follow-up to check if everything was okay.
