It was great working with Debbie Meyer and California Design Solution. We recently remodeled our primary bathroom and guest bathroom and are now starting our kitchen remodel. Being new at remodeling, I'm glad I chose Debbie to work with on my projects because she really helped me navigate the entire process. I was a bit nervous about the whole thing and Debbie answered all of my questions and even calmed me down when I panicked about one of my design choices halfway through a project. I felt confident working with Debbie because she was accessible, had good design ideas and I felt I could count on her. Debbie really got a sense of my style and helped me with everything from making design choices to ordering products. After getting multiple bids from different contractors, I grew frustrated and gave up. The vision I had to increase the size of my kitchen by building out into my garage was put on the back burner. A few months later, I was ready to try again. I went on-line and found Debby Meyers on Houzz. She returned my call the next and came out the same week. She was warm and friendly. I immediately trusted her. I explained my vision: enlarge my tiny kitchen by expanding into my garage. She was as excited as me about the idea. She explained to me that she finds the projects. Yanis, Ben and their men do the work. Yanis came out a week later. Measurements were taken. A bid was offered. I signed on the dotted line. I trusted Debby. She set an appointment with a designer and me. We picked cabinets, flooring, and countertops. She guided me with calm expertise. The job started late because of COVID-19. Once the cabinets were in, we were off and running. Yanis and his crew are extremely hard working. My old kitchen was demolished. Wall were knocked down, new walls, electric, and plumbing were installed. It was a well-oiled machine of timing, expertise, professionalism, and hard work. Sacramento homeowner

We completed a very extensive interior/exterior remodel of our 70 year old Sacramento house. We initially utilized Debbie’s in-depth design background and advice for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Throughout the process she was always organized, responsive, and helpful. We were very pleased with all aspects of the kitchen and bathroom designs. The CDS skilled workers then undertook the substantial remodeling which included kitchen/bathroom, retexturing walls/ceilings throughout, installing additional electrical outlets and grounding all existing/new outlets, replacing light fixtures throughout, tiling kitchen/bathroom and exterior porch/steps, painting and reinstalling an iron railing/fence, and coordinating all permits/inspections. The working on-site managers/owners, Ben and Yanis, provided additional relevant suggestions which we implemented. On any such major project in an older house, it’s inevitable that unexpected items will arise; the team was excellent at problem solving and resolving such items at equitable prices. We are very pleased with our house’s dramatic transformation, and look forward to utilizing their capabilities again in the future.

I recently did a remodel of my master bathroom. I had a very large bathtub and a very small shower. I wanted to eliminate the tub and make that the shower and remove the shower and make a linen closet. With Debe's help and guidance I was able to accomplish this. She guided me every step of the way from picking tiles, to how high those tiles should go up the wall, to how the shelves should be placed in the new linen closet and what kind of door would work best for the spot and every other little detail to make my bathroom become what I wanted it to be and I couldn't be happier. She is thorough, kind, knowledgeable and very professional and just the person you want to work with to accomplish any project.

I pretty much knew what I wanted for our project but Debbie provided some brilliant suggestions and ideas which helped pull everything together. The best decision I made during my remodel was to hire Debbie (DLM Designer) and California Design Solutions. I renovated a bath room, a kitchen with eat-in dining, along with major plumbing and whole house window upgrades.The quality of work was top notch and completed in a very timely manner. Debbie's design ideas for the kitchen and bathroom were excellent and she has fabulous color sense. She recommended I add a linen closet in the bathroom, move the refrigerator to a much better location in the kitchen, and extend the counter top in the galley kitchen as well as add a built in buffet. Her designs for the cabinets included a much needed pantry also. The results are so beautiful as well as being very efficient. Debbie was very budget conscious and her knowledge was invaluable as we shopped for cabinets, appliances, flooring, and finishes for the remodel.Debbie was so easy to work with, so knowledgeable, so responsive and so very warm and helpful. What a treat it was to work with her. I very highly recommend DLM Design.

I work with Debra on remodeling two bath rooms. Master Bath had a granite vanity already installed. She took the time to work with to match granite with tile. Assisted me going to several tile shops, which was not an easy color to match. Worked with contractor to get me the bathroom I wanted. When paint color was not correct, she changed it at company cost. I went from a tiny shower to a large glass enclosed shower with a bench. The hall bath has a printed tile and spa tub, I love my remodeled bathrooms! I would not hesitate to work with her again on any new projects,
