1. Responsiveness: Excellent. ProBath mostly relies on texting to communicate and usually is very prompt. 2. Process: friendly detailed discussion on customer's job goals and outcomes. Offered useful suggestions on the scope of work. 3. Paperwork: after an extended discussion of what was desired, promptly provided a contractual document that included a succinct scope of work, a REALISTIC timeline for completion and a geerous list of allowances for fixtures, etc. Personnel: all work was accomplished by ProBath employees. A plumbing subcontractor was used for the actual water hookups. In each case, workers were competent, courteous, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. 5. Excellent warranty on the work, which was completely done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this firm again for a similar size job.

Mr. Brown was Extremely approachable and easy to talk to regarding concerns, changes, etc. He was aware of all codes and regulations required to complete the work w/o violations. He came in to complete an extremely messy and somewhat complicated job, that was partially completed, unsuccessfully by another contractor, which other professionals refused to touch. I am extremely pleased and relieved. I will hire him for future work.

Our basement is partially finished and we desperately needed a home office for my husband. 3D Residential did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the space. It turned out great. They were very professional and delivered on time. We will be using them when we are ready to finish the other half of out basement.

Isaac Brown is a pleasure to work with. We partnered with 3D residential to finish our 1200 s.f. Basement from scratch and also to modernize our Master Bathroom. Isaac is very responsive to feedback and client-focused. I had a strong vision for our needs, so we were seeking to partner with a firm that was somewhere between a full design-build firm and a mere contractor. Isaac did an exceptional job bringing my vision to life with his strong design-skills. The framing of my basement was well-thought out, and he was very accommodating to our requests and needs. His pricing was very reasonable and he would help us to get good deals or to identify where we could save and where we ought to splurge. We would highly recommend 3D residential.

3d remodeled my kitchen and helped me to create an open concept kitchen by removing the walls between my kitchen, dining room and living room. They installed cabinets, flooring, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

This past summer we hired 3D Residential to blow out and update our kitchen, a project which my wife and I had been carefully planning for quite some time. Long story short, 3D defies the old saying "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is." Led by owner Isaac Brown, 3D's home renovation service was the most affordable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly I've ever come across. While other home remodeling companies quoted job estimates in excess of twice what the job should have cost, as well as a completion timeframe of 6-8 weeks, 3D finished our kitchen for an incredibly low cost and within only 3 weeks. I was simply stunned. The attention to detail and pride in their work made me feel as though I no longer had to "babysit" the job, as I have with pretty much every other contractor out there. In short, run--don't walk!--to sign up this group. They have experience doing pretty much every type of job one can think of, and have the 5-star references to prove it. And as a postscript, we're asking 3D back this coming week to do another job in our house. Cheers!

We did a kitchen and 2 1/2 baths remodel with Lowe's (Montgomery County, MD). We worked with a good planner team at Lowe's to select cabinets, tile, tub, etc.The prime subcontractor for Lowe's was 3d-residential.com. They did a good job - especially the tile work, cleaned up each time they were here, and bent over backwards to fix any issues and accommodated a few changes we had after they started. The only delays we had were when some of the specialty items ordered by Lowe's were delayed. We would definitely recommend both Lowes and 3D-Residential. Excellent job. Very professional.

3D Residential did all the work on our kitchen upgrade that we ordered through Lowe’s, and we are very pleased with the job that 3D did for us. 3D workers did the construction work from initial demolition, installation of tile and backsplash, electrical work, and cabinet installation to final appliance hookup. The overall project took several months, but 3D had a good schedule laid out, and did a good job of coordinating the different vendors involved. 3D workers were also pleasant to deal with, and regularly left the job site in a good, clean condition and ready for the next phase. No accidents or unnecessary damage occurred during the project. 3D was helpful in making suggestions to deal with unexpected changes that came up, and at the end, in resolving small problems so that the job could be closed out with Lowe’s. We would recommend 3D and use them again!

Isaac handled a difficult remodel in an old house with an exceptional outcome. He managed to create a new kitchen, bath, and utility room that perfectly meets our needs and completely changed the look and feel of the home. He is easy to work with and has an excellent balance of listening to the customer's ideas while providing reasonable guidance to ensure a good outcome. He did such an excellent job that I rehired him to come fix a restoration project from water damage that was being mismanaged by the contractor recommended by my insurance company. Since my house is old and I constantly seem to be repairing something, I have interacted with many contracting professionals in our area. By far, Isaac has been the one to always come through and make the process less stressful.

We worked with 3D Design this summer on our kitchen remodel. Isaac was absolutely wonderful to work with, and we are so thrilled with our new kitchen. They took our 1950s kitchen and made it unbelievably stunning! When we have people over they cannot believe the transformation, we cannot ourselves! The kitchen was completely gutted, including 2 walls removed. As with any project, we had surprises.... but Isaac would carefully consider what the solutions were, and approach us with the resolution. We put all our faith in his work, and he certainly came through. The team was very respectful of our time and space, and we found them a joy to work with. We absolutely will use them again, and would highly recommend them to our friends.

3D recently renovated my master bath. It had a sunken whirlpool tub that was really not user-friendly and a chore to clean, in addition to a small stall shower badly in need of tile repair. They gutted the bathroom and created a large walk-in shower with a bench under an exisiting skylight. They created a closet where the small stall shower had been. The tile work was done to my specifications. Much of the work occured when I was at work. Issac provided a lockbox which allowed entry when I was not home. Issac and his team were respectful of my home and even didn't seem to mind my rather anxious dog. Although the job took several days longer than projected, it was still completed in the narrow timeframe I needed.

The focus on quality with 3D Design and Remodeling is wonderful. Isaac is also great at coming up with a full design of what I had pictured in my mind. I have used him a few times and am getting ready for a remodel of my kitchen, so I will most likely be using him again. He does not try to reduce his "bid" by giving small allowances on items that would then raise your cost. He gives realistic allowances for what you are looking for - I generally like the higher end items, and I have kept it very close to budget. All of his workers keep the remodeling "zone" clean at the end of each work day. I highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs.

Isaac and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom considering it was a 1950s style with a lot of concrete. I cannot believe my eyes when I look at my new bathroom...it has been updated and the tile work was spectacular. I sought 3 quotes for the project and 3D design offered the best option. Their price quote was very reasonable considering the level of the upgrades. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
