I'm very happy I came across DreamHome Remodeling during my search for a contractor for a property we recently purchased. David worked closely with us through the project, understanding we had both limited budget and a bit of a time crunch as we needed the house in livable condition before we moved in, and delivering a thorough and beautiful result. It was a house that had gone through previous residents with many problem DIY projects that we couldn't possibly have caught or fixed ourselves, and David and his team were thorough in helping us fix those issues along with the remodeling work we desired, and we couldn't be happier with the results. DreamHome recently remodeled my place in Los Gatos and I was extremely impressed by their work. Our project manager David Peraza was professional, reliable and always responsive. It’s was a great pleasure to work with him and his team. David kept me up-to-date every step of the way. He helped me in selecting finish materials and fixtures, he even took the time to find ways to save costs. David and his qualified and licensed specialists (engineers, electricians, plumbers etc) worked thru all the technical challenges, handled all the permit processes and city inspections. Overall, David’s team was professional, skilled, and delivered a stunning result on schedule. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
