Dreamscape Homes is an innovative and fully committed custom home builder. We offer builder direct services with customer service that is second to none. Dreamscape Homes was founded by Bob Quartoroli who offers 30 plus years of real estate knowledge. Bob will work personally with you to make sure the home building process goes as smoothly as possible. Homes start in the low $200's up to mid $800's. Our current model, open in Castle Creek, is an innovative open plan with three bedrooms and two baths. As you walk inside from the garage, there is large walk-in pantry. In the kitchen, there is an over-sized island, built in appliances, granite counter tops and more. Located in the great room is a custom floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Huge walk-in shower with glass block window and a built in closet organizer in the master bedroom. Pella windows come standard. There are 10' ceilings in the kitchen and great room. The open floor plan offers the feeling of a much larger home.
