Dreamwork Kitchens undertook a cosmetic renovation of our large kitchen installed in 1988. While we previously replaced the appliances and countertops, we had done nothing to update the cabinets. We were happy with our kitchen layout so it did not make sense to replace our quality cabinets. Dreamwork helped select new doors, drawer fronts and trim to provide an updated modern appearance. We were offered an expansive selection of doors and drawer fronts covering a wide range of prices and we selected quality wood doors and drawer fronts. Dreamwork also took care of arranging necessary electrical upgrades and for our wood floors to be refinished.
The entire process was seamless and painless thanks to the efforts of Liz, Paul and their staff, each of whom took ownership of the project and addressed our needs as if they were applying their efforts to their own kitchens. We cannot think of a contracting experience that was more pleasurable.
The project was handled with precision and on schedule, and the result was the same as we would have achieved by replacing the cabinets. We also avoided the substantial inconvenience that comes with replacing an entire kitchen as the work took two weeks rather than the two months that would have been involved in a cabinet replacement project.
We could not be happier with our experience or the quality result, to say nothing of the substantial cost savings relative to kitchen cabinet replacement.

We needed a combination of cabinet replacements and refacing. Dreamwork Kitchens was happy to take it on. Paul was very patient and professional, listening to our requirements. We got great advice and computer generated drawings. The cabinets arrived when promised and the measurements were perfect. The quality was better than expected.
Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Now that the dust has settled on a very busy few weeks, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all three Bookbinders (Liz, Paul and Doug) for our newly refaced, refurbished and positively reborn kitchen.
It has always been my dream to bid farewell to our 1990s-style “almond” cabinet faces and turn our “heart-of-the-house” room into the kitchen of my dreams. You made it happen, and completed the job on time, with attention to every detail, and on budget! Your crew foreman Manny deserves special praise for the precision of his work, his never-failing courtesy and good humor, and his willingness to go that extra mile to make it perfect. And it is.
Jim joins me in saying thanks once again for delivering to us a practically-new kitchen that I’m certain will give us pleasure for many years to come. Please feel free to use us as a reference in the future.
Best regards to all three of you,
Sue Serphos

Company helped me find the help I needed
I needed a small granite job done in my kitchen after my stove died and the new one would not fit where the old one had been. I walked into Dreamworks after being turned away by other kitchen remodeling companies. Liz explained that while Dreamworks did not do this type of work, they knew a company that did and warned me about using general contractors rather than granite specialists. I called MarbleWorks in Yonkers as she suggested and now my beautiful new stove is nestled next to a perfectly polished granite countertop, cut precisely as I needed it to be. Thank you so much, Liz and Dreamworks!

I hired Dreamwork to update the kitchen in my new house. The kitchen was in decent condition but wasn't my style so I wanted to give it a new look but not bust my budget.
I reached out to Dreamwork because they have a stellar reputation when it comes to refacing cabinets and I thought this would be a good way to give the kitchen a new look without spending the time or money to gut the entire kitchen.
From the beginning of the process, Dreamwork was wonderful to deal with. Both Paul & Liz (the owners) understood my style and gave honest opinions regarding the design. As the process went on I added more elements than we originally discussed (custom upper cabinets, pull outs in all the drawers, under counter lighting, updated all appliances, etc - it basically turned into almost a full remodel) and they had no problem adapting to all my changes.
During the construction process, the team that did the work was spectacular, Manny and Mike not only had a high attention to detail and did excellent work but they are very nice and accommodating.
Ultimately, my kitchen looks exactly how I hoped. I have a mix of refaced and new custom cabinets and you cannot tell what is new and what was refaced. In addition to the cabinets, they updated the back splash, replaced the floor, installed new lighting & appliances.
The whole kitchen came together beautifully which couldn't have happened without Dreamwork. I am happy to say the project was done with minimal drama, was on time & on budget. Thanks to Liz, Paul, David, Manny & the whole Dreamwork team!!

I called Dreamwork kitchens to do some work on our two bathrooms. About 5 years ago, they updated our kitchen, including refacing our cabinets, new countertops and kitchen sink, new backsplash, installing new appliances, new hardware. Our kitchen looks great as if we had ripped it out and started over .We were very pleased to work with Paul and Liz and his crew. They were knowledgable, and went out of their way to meet our needs. The crew that actually did the work was clearly capable and experienced. They did quality, work, in the time frame that they promised and left the house clean and as usable as possible at the end of each day. After 5 years, the kitchen looks as if we just did it and are looking forward to our next project with them.

We used Dreamworks for two projects . The first was new countertops and a refacing of cabinets in our master bathroom, which came out beautiful!
We liked the owners Liz and Paul and their staff ( David , Marco, Manny, Mike)
so we decided to use their expertise to redo our kitchen.
For our kitchen, we got all new cabinets and countertops, a two person working desk area and a wonderful new design. We LOVE our new kitchen. It is such a joy to be in and so worker friendly.
Everyone from Dreamworks is easy to work with and we trusted them every step of the way. Even when those little things went wrong we knew Liz and Paul and the crew would make them right. They are prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeble in their field. I highly recommend them.

Refaced my kitchen cabinets transforming it from a cold, sterol look to a warm, cozy, environment I enjoy every time I'm in there. Workers were smart, clean, pleasant...cleaned up every night when they left, finished in 7 workdays! Designers also very helpful.

We worked with Paul for the design of our Kitchen and we could not be happier. The job was done on time and on budget. What few issues we had we found that the Dreamwork team took ownership of the problem and corrected them quickly. I would recommend working with them and I will work with them again for my next job.

Our kitchen came out gorgeous. Liz did a great job coordinating colors, countertops even though we did not replace our existing "pink" tera cotta floor. All work came out great, and our schedule were very neat and responsive. Any problems were dealt with promptly with no question. A great experience.
