Power Room. dRemodeling was absolutely professional, from initial contact, through design phase, construction, punch list and completion. We received other estimates that were much less expensive, but chose dRemodeling because of its reputation as the best in Philadelphia. We are thrilled with the result. We think every dollar was worth it.

The newly remodeled kitchen, laundry and powder room look very nice, and we are enjoying them. The project took about 8 weeks to complete. The work involved moving one wall, which required re-routing some plumbing and air ducts and converting a window to a new patio door. Most of the drywall in these rooms was replaced to allow for rewiring and new wiring. The design process was very nice. The interior architect, Debbie, was very helpful and patient and provided excellent advice. Her drawings were excellent and informative. She also did a great job handling the ordering of materials and coordinating with us for the appliances and other items that we supplied separately. The options were well explained, and we were able to choose from samples and kitchen models. In this process, it is very important to pay attention to details to avoid problems later, especially on those things that are not standard (changes due to misunderstandings come with additional cost). The person overseeing the construction, Tri, was also very nice and helpful and tried to accommodate minor necessary changes and addressed errors. He did a great job communicating with the crew. There was a lot of people involved in the construction as they were specialized in specific tasks. The dry wall team (Edwin and his brother) and the electrician, Zou, were outstanding. The plumbers and the ceramic flooring crew did an excellent job. In general, the materials are of high quality except for some of the Waipoint cabinets (see below). The only step that we would not rate excellent was the installation of the cabinets. While I assume that the carpenter was good, with the time that he had allocated, he did not adjust several of the cabinet doors and drawers properly and made some errors. As result, I had to readjust many of the cabinet doors myself as they were poorly aligned. However, the biggest problem is the design flaws of some Waipoint cabinets with drawers. None of the ~10” soft-close drawers close well or completely. They are unstable and were not well aligned even after replacing the hardware. I spent some time readjusting them again after the work was completed, but fixing this will require some specialized hardware from a different vendor. Waipoint is the middle cabinet option at dRemodeling. Unfortunately, we did not try their drawers at the dRemodeling showroom. We never had a problem with our drawers in our former standard kitchen, nor you will see this problem if you test drawers of any size at home improvement retailer. When you budget your kitchen also make sure that your house is supplied with sufficient AMPs for the new appliances and any upgrades are budgeted. If you need an upgrade, it will be costly. In summary, I conclude that we would have rated dRemodeling outstanding if we had not encountered problems with the Waypoint cabinets. I would hire them again and I also recommend them to others, just make sure that you check all your cabinets specially i

dRemodeling did a great job with our master bathroom remodel. The designer did a great job listening to our wishes and created an open, spa-like feel. The attention to detail and craftsmanship of the lead contractor was exceptional. We love our bathroom. I would highly recommend calling dRemodeling for any bathroom project. We recently had a den renovation completed by dRemodeling. The finished product is a fabulous transformation! Materials and craftsmanship are both high quality. The project was completed in a timely fashion with all detritus removed - and the room thoroughly cleaned after completion. From designer, Devin to woodworker "D" , all personnel are friendly and skilled. *This is our second time utilizing the services of dRemodeling as two bathrooms were redone two years ago.

The DRremoding folks were very well organized, honest and careful. When we asked for design ideas, Julia, the main designer stepped up with good suggestions. Whenever we had an issue, during or after the work, the company was responsive and prompt. The craftsmen cleaned up their worksites each day, and were clearly experts in their fields.

DRemodeling redid our kitchen/dining room and did a spectacular job. We were demoing our kitchen and dining room which were separated by a wall and also filling in a space on that floor that was previously open to a skylight on our roof (two additional stories up). Every aspect of the project was great...schedule; choice of materials; design and finished project. We were out of our kitchen for just two months! We did a lot of our own research on appliances and some design choices, but they were very easy to work with in integrating the things we wanted. A couple of bumps in the road -- something wasn't measured perfectly and we had to pivot from a closet to cabinets -- but they owned it when things were a problem and worked with us to resolve everything. We're so happy with the finished product and would work with them again.

Firstly, want to give a personal shoutout to each person who worked on our kitchen, from beginning until it's final days (and I'm sorry if I missed anyone as there were a lot of people!): Amber Tri Vinnie Caio Justin Mircea Zu Pete Mikey Dan (owner) Teamwork makes the dream work--a true sentiment! My husband and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen but the hardest part was finding an honest company with a great reputation and plentiful, honest reviews. I think I had a list of final 2 but dRemodeling won our business because everything is done by them. Our first meeting was with our assigned designer, Amber, and she is as talented as is patient and helpful. She was super transparent and explained the process from beginning to end. She walked us through pricing, options, timelines, and anything else that goes into a remodel. She kept in contact the entire process and was always a quick call/email away with answers to any additional questions that sprung to mind. What I really, really valued from dRemodeling was the fact that they have their own demo workers/installers. I did not want to work with a company that used 3rd party contractors because there isn't much liability. And it's really hard to find a GC and trust them to complete a job well done if it isn't a referral. Everyone that came through wore a company t-shirt, was professional and polite. Tri was our project manager and he was so goooood. He would check-in to the home regularly and ensure things were moving along and getting done the right way. We had an issue with getting our brand new counters into our city house but Tri was able to track down ample people to make it happen the day of! A true gem to say the least. Even when the project concluded, there were a few minor little things I noticed after-the-fact but it was immediately resolved the very next day (no delay, no questions asked, just a resolution). And lastly, Dan, the owner. I didn't have much interaction with him but he did call me mid-way through the project to ask for any feedback (both good and bad) and see how things were. It says a lot when an owner takes great pride in their businesses; I respect that immensely. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience that adhered to our budget (a little over but by own requests) and timeline. In fact, the project start time was able to be pushed up. Thank you dRemodeling--you are all stars and we are overly satisfied with our new kitchen.

There is only one word to describe my final renovation. STUNNING!!! If that is how you want to feel when your project is over, you need to be working with dRemodeling. There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. Some thoughts about my experience: * My project was a pretty large one, and included redesigning the layout of the first floor and the basement. Multiple walls came down, were put up, or were opened up. With a 97 year-old rowhome, there were inevitably challenges along the way. When they arose, the issues were explained and I was provided with options for addressing them. * Knowing the foundational items were being done correctly helped to put my mind at ease. You can easily change the decor, but not what is behind the walls. * Their design services are invaluable. I cannot tell you how much it helped to see 3D drawings of the renovation, with the materials I selected. It helped me to tweak my design choices and rethink the layout. Also, the final renovation looked just like the drawing. * I really appreciated the transparent pricing. It allowed me to see the cost of the options I selected, and how it impacted the overall cost. I also knew what work would have to be completed before my next invoice would be sent. * The whole team was simply amazing! The handoff between the trades was smooth, and they partnered well together - from the demolition to the finishing work. I especially have to thank Tudor, who I met during a follow-up site visit (before the project began) and worked with throughout, for his attention to detail; Autumn, for her work on my initial design and material selection; Mike, for his oversight of a very challenging renovation; and Devin, for pivoting and helping to come up with a unique bathroom design when the walls came down and new challenges arose. * I had a TON of questions along the way, and everyone helped to patiently answer them - especially Mike, Autumn and Devin. I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Dremodeling review The quick review … It will be hard for us to ever consider hiring another crew to do work on our kitchen or bathrooms besides Dremodeling. This group is hands down the best renovation crew we’ve worked with and their work speaks for itself. Blown away at how they have transformed our home and created a special place for our family to enjoy for years to come. If you have the chance to work with this crew (especially Devin (designer), Mike (project manager), Dawitt (master carpenter / jack of all trades), Kyle (master carpenter / jack of all trades)) you absolutely shouldn’t think twice. The details… We had a BIG renovation project around a very busy time in our lives. Our kid was born in December and Dremodeling started their project the day before their birth. We moved out of our home and completely entrusted Dremodeling to do what they laid out in their scope of work. The project entailed: - Moving a staircase to the basement - Moving a load bearing wall - Moving a non-load bearing wall - Moving and re-doing a powder room - Replacing the floors - Building a closet - and the actual kitchen renovation itself We spoke to five other construction crews before ultimately selecting Dremodeling. Other teams told us our ambitions were crazy but Dremodeling didn’t blink twice and exhibited complete confidence in their process and their team. I should emphasize this is a team … if one person goes out for whatever reason they have a team which can tag in to make sure the project keeps moving forward quickly and efficiently with no drop off in quality. Dremodeling leaves no stone unturned and if you have questions or issues with your project they come back and fix whatever is needed to make sure the outcome is what you expected and to the highest standard of quality. You hear horror stories of other contractors finishing, you pay and they never come back. That’s not how Dremodeling works. They take pride in their service and it shows. One minor area for improvement was communication. We were out of town for much of the project so knowing all the details of what was going on was sometimes a challenge. However, when we were able to check on our project in person the quality was always top notch and they moved at lightning speed to complete the work. I chose dRemodeling to redo my kitchen because I wanted a turnkey operation, with one company responsible for the design, materials, work, and subcontractors. This worked out very well, with the project manager (Mike) and designer (Julia) involved with making sure the end results were as specified. I was impressed by the online questionnaire about my needs and preferences at the start of the project, as well as the periodic budget updates. The overall process was a bit lengthy because of COVID issues, but once the work started, it moved very quickly and came together seamlessly. And the kitchen looks beautiful!

We worked with dRemodeling to redo our kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. From design to demo to installation, they were great to work with. All staff are employees, not contractors, and it makes a big difference. They care about the quality of their work and they care about the company. I would use them again.

I hired dRemodeling for a major primary bathroom remodel. Devin was very helpful and responsive, providing thoughtful design suggestions, throughout the entire process. Dan and his team (especially Vlad and Edwin) were very professional and took pride in their work. In the few instances I expressed concern with something (as I have very high OCD standards), they ensured it was redone to my level of satisfaction. I was so impressed with their drywall work that I hired them to repair drywall throughout the rest of my home.

dRemodeling has great project management and design so you don't carry off garbage or get peppered with decisions while you're at work that you might get wrong and regret. dRemodeling is the first world option in renovation. (1 kitchen, 1 bathroom so far.)

dRemodeling renovated our kitchen and master bathroom. Both areas were a complete demo, walls were moved/removed, and an amazing new kitchen and master bathroom appeared in their place. Devon helped us with the layout and selection of materials and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The crew was professional, punctual, and extremely helpful. There is nothing that team couldn't do.

I am still in the middle of my renovation journey, but I had to stop and write a quick review. This review is for the design services offered by dRemodeling. If you are on the fence about working with dRemodeling, call them! I did a TREMENDOUS amount of research before selecting dRemodeling, and every person I have come in contact with so far has been very professional and knowledgeable. After the initial consultation, Autumn was assigned as my designer. I could not ask for a more patient designer. She has been fantastic! Collaborative, responsive, and great to partner with. She made what could have been a very stressful design process enjoyable. I cannot wait to see it all come together. I will post a separate review of the build phase once it is complete.

Two small bathrooms in our home were completely renovated. dRemodeling, recommended by a neighbor, was an excellent choice for this project. I chose to work with Devin, one of their designers, which proved to be a smart decision. In visiting the showroom, materials for the bathrooms were selected. Devin sent illustrated plans and was readily available for consultation and questions. Totally one-stop shopping! We met a number of dRemodeling team members during the process as each has a specialty. Every technician was extremely professional and pleasant throughout the renovation. Indeed a coordinated team effort! The finished bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. There is not one component I would change. Will be using dRemodeling again for a kitchen project.

A star was deducted for some work delays due to the high demand for the excellent quality and services dRemodeling offers. The Design Consultant assigned was very professional, patient, and helpful. The on-site techs exceed my expectations for quality and workmanship. Everyone was respectful of property, and ensured precautions for working inside during this Covid Pandemic (such as a large HEPA exhaust fan, plastic tarps for walls and over doors, nK95 mask supplies at front door along with sanitizing wipes, spray). As a very satisfied customer I am planning to contact dRemodeling again for my next remodeling project.

We had DRemodeling tear down the wall between our existing master bath and laundry room and gut the entire space to create one large master bathroom. They were extremely professional, worked clean, and did a phenomenal job. Our master bath went from being the one room in our house that we hated to being our favorite! I would not hesitate to recommend them and would absolutely hire them again.

We decided to have our full bathroom remodeled in our house. Diana was our designer and listened to what we wanted and made our vision a reality. Dan, Myles and the whole construction team did an extremely thorough job with only a few minor setbacks. The initial labor proposal did come with a bit of sticker shock at the price but it was worth it. Their work is high quality and well thought out. I would use them again when I have another remodeling project.

All the personnel connected with dRemodeling are professional and very knowledgeable about their profession. I enjoyed working with them and getting a first class job accomplished at my home. We moved into a new home and couldn't think of anyone better than dRemodeling for our renovation. They did a beautiful job transforming our outdated "Brady Bunch" 1964 home. dRemodeling was one of two businesses received through Houzz but was the only one that followed through with contacting me. I have a midcentury house which had some original cabinets which I wanted to preserve in the reconstruction. Devin, the designer, did a marvelous job in her design and easily incorporated my ideas. She included many things I wouldn’t have thought of, making the decision to use their design services very well worth it. Costs and schedules were detailed and clearly presented. Small glitches were minor and were taken care of immediately. All the work was outstanding as was their attention to detail and responsiveness to my requests. The outcome was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

I badly needed a remodel to my bathroom. Diana came in, I explained my issues, she looked around and we discussed ideas, measurements were taken and we were on our way! My dark dingy bathroom now looks like it came out of a Victorian dollhouse! I love it!!

We had a great experience working with dRemodeling! Devin was our designer, and she did a fantastic job listening to our needs and preferences and coming up with a design that we love. She and Dan were also in touch throughout the work, which was completed efficiently and carefully. The workers were polite, worked hard (sometimes even coming on Saturdays and a holiday!), and cleaned up after themselves very well at the end of each day. dRemodeling moved our shower (creating a large walk-in shower with bench), changed the position of the door and converted a swinging door to a pocket door, moved the toilet and sink, and installed a custom vanity and shelves. They turned our very small space (roughly 6 x 7) into a larger-feeling, more functional room, with beautiful finishes. We have an old house, and the team was great about dealing with unexpected challenges and taking out the proper permits, which was important to us. You could tell that every step along the way they're careful not to cut corners, treating your house as if it were their own. We immediately decided to rehire them for our kitchen, because we're confident they're up to the challenge and will exceed our expectations again.

Hello, I interviewed 3 highly regarded remodeling firms for main bath remodel and stair replacement that needed to be completed in 30 days. My decision to hire dRemodeling was worth every penny. dRemodeling accommodated my weekend schedule and provided status updates on a weekly basis until the project was completed, ahead of schedule. High quality work by a professional team!

We found dRemodeling to remodel our bathroom through Houzz.com which recommended 5 businesses. Only 2 of the 5 responded to my inquiries and dRemodeling was the only one that had someone answer the phone when I called. We are very satisfied with the process and the results. ▪High quality workmanship - Because the house was so old, our project involved taking the old bathroom down to the joists. There wasn’t a right angle in the place and they had to start by reframing the room with sister joists. It also involved removing the tub, moving the toilet, and replacing old radiators and electrical wiring. There was nothing this team couldn’t do. And their attention to detail was extraordinary. We couldn’t be happier with the results. ▪Excellent design recommendations - We had some broad, vague ideas about what we wanted and their designer helped us choose a floor plan, tiles, and fixtures that updated the look of the bathroom, met modern building codes, and kept it consistent with the design of the house. We missed some of the details we requested (like the placement of the hand shower) and they did not make it into the design. However, overall, we didn’t really appreciate what a benefit the design work was until some acquaintances proudly showed us their DIY bathrooms. ▪Electronic automation - We appreciated the electronic process automation they used. Being able to receive and approve designs and pay invoices by email saved time and speeded up the process by not having to drive for in-person meetings or using snail mail. ▪Project management - The unsung hero was the project manager who coordinated the delivery of all the materials and custom cabinets and the scheduling of all the staff so as to minimize the downtime we had without our only functioning shower. While the entire project took longer than planned, it was because we were waiting for suppliers to deliver materials and the dRemodeling team was working around our personal travel schedule. ▪Professional staff - everyone we met who worked on our project was friendly and respectful. They were all hard workers. And every day they took the time to clean up when they were done. We’re glad we chose dRemodeling.

Worked with Dan Dragomir and his team on an extensive kitchen remodeling job. Pricing was competitive; company was responsive to questions and transparent about costs. Crew made every effort to meet our deadline. Project was completed late summer 2018. Have enjoyed lots of compliments; and more importantly my wife loves cooking there! I have been so impressed with the professionalism and attention that we received from the dRemodeling team. From the initial site visits with Dan, to the design phase with Devin, to all the way through with the project managers Val, Tudor, and Eamon. Each day the team was at our house at 7:15 AM and worked til late in the early evening. Devin made sure that all our design choices were made with enough time to keep our project on track as we were under a time budget (expecting a new baby) . We stayed on schedule and the team delivered a beautiful product. I could not recommend this company enough!

Devin was extremely patient and helpful to me and my husband as we agonized over the so many decisions we had to make. The crew working in the house was very professional and friendly. This is the second time I've contracted dRemodeling to rehab bathrooms according to my own designs. They've done custom work that I don't think most contractors could do and solved design problems that I hadn't foreseen. They are meticulous, honest and professional. I will use them again when I renovate my kitchen!

We used dRemodeling to redo our bathroom. We chose them for the ease of doing the project start to finish and their transparency on price, timing, project phases. They delivered on all of that. It was easy for us to scope out what we wanted, make revisions as necessary and the workers in our house were always pleasant, professional, and good at their jobs. The end product is very high quality. The only drawback I experienced was that their showroom is small and so making choices on materials feels a little limiting. If I were to use them again (and eventually we will to do our kitchen), I think I would go to a larger showroom for materials just to be able to see and feel a larger variety of materials.

Things I value about dRemodeling (used them to redo an entire full bathroom): 1. The design process: Devin (the designer) and I were able to work 99% of the design out entirely through e-mail communication, which worked wonderfully for my lifestyle. Her attention to the tiny details and ability to communicate through language and pictures was appreciated. This company has worked out all the technology to make this process online easy and highly efficient throughout the entire process from design, material selection, and payment. I can't tell you how much easier this made things with my busy schedule. 2. The teamwork: I originally was nervous about hiring a company in which you really don't meet the people who will be doing the work. Moreover, different teams of people (all part of dRemodeling, no subs) move in and out of the project at different times. However, they all communicate extremely well and make the process seemless. 3. The communication: I value this highly. I would email the team quite frequently with questions, and I always received either a phone call or email response within 24 hours addressing every single thing I asked. I can't say how highly I value this and appreciated this. 4. The professionalism: Not only did they do an excellent job and do exactly what they said they would, but they also fixed any damages that tend to occur during demo (patched, spackled, painted a hole in the ceiling; spackled and painted a crack in a wall, etc.). No extra charge, no excuses, nothing. 5. The transparency: all costs were clearly laid out from the very beginning in a detailed cost estimate and updated frequently. No mysteries. I would definitely hire this team again.

The whole process, from initial consult with Designer Devin, to my questions to Dan Dragomir via office staff, and even on-site consultations with various dRemodeling specialists such as electricians or artisan tile installers, made our task of totally renovating two full and one half baths as smooth as humanly possible. All my questions, including scheduling and billing, were immediately answered--I was repeatedly so impressed with everyone at dRemodeling being genuinely courteous, professional and even personally reassuring as this type of major renovation was a huge undertaking for our family. We marveled at the depth of knowledge and custom work done at each stage, and even such details as "measuring twice" and always cleaning up after. dRemodeling was superb and we are thrilled with all 3 of our bathrooms! Our bathroom remodel was designed and renovated by dRemodeling and they exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the cost was right on budget. They are easy to work with and this is the second time we have used dRemodeling because they do not disappoint.

We hired Dan and his team to renovate a guest bathroom and were very happy with the results! Devin was a great designer and helped us turn our vision into reality. We hired dRemodeling to renovate our master bedroom and bathroom. The project started with design that was prepared by Lauren one of dRemodeling designers. Lauren prepared few options for us and we chose one we liked the most. She was very patient and professional when we had any questions or wanted to change things a little and her designs were beautiful! dRemodeling dealt with ordering all of the products and we did not have to worry about anything. Lauren was really on top of everything. Their workers were excellent and kept house really clean. We are very happy with the quality of the materials they used as well as how they installed everything. If we had any questions regarding the project Dan, Lauren or the builders would always find time for us to explain everything. We love our beautiful bedroom with vaulted ceiling and our luxury bathroom looks amazing. We would definitely hire dRemodeling again in the future. The other thing is they give you 5 years warranty which is really unheard of!

When we moved into our new house in 1993, we had chosen the carpets, tiles, appliances, cabinets, toilets, shower/tub, colors, and numerous better quality upgrades, but the friendly and agreeable builder had a cash flow problem that after a time left him with a smaller pool of people willing to work for him, with skilled workers scarcer still, so we had lots of problems with workmanship and incorrect installations, even when the products installed were generally of better quality. When the cold water was marked H and the hot C, we joked that it was in Spanish, with H for helado (icy) and C for caliente (hot), but when the toilets didn’t work, we felt less like joking. Over the years, friendly, local plumbers and handymen repaired or replaced different items, but some underlying plumbing issues were not resolved, in particular in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs powder room/laundry underneath it. We decided it was time now to get the shared plumbing problems fixed once and for all, remodeling the bathroom since it would be pretty much demolished anyway to get to the problems, and touching up the powder room, but this time we had to make sure we could find someone who could do quality work. How? We decided to read reviews in sites such as where you’re reading right now. Sure enough, there we found a very highly rated company, with a team that covered every skill set needed to do serious remodeling (as opposed to minor repairs, which they don’t do). This is how we chose dRemodeling. The results have surpassed our optimistic expectations. To begin with, their approach is detailed and systematic, so you know where you are at any point in the project. The first stage is the design, with spreadsheets of specifications and sources of each part and fitting, large plans drawn to scale, and computer graphics to show what it looks like in three dimensions. The design stage can be a standalone, as it would make the work easier for any team, specifying everything they need and where it goes, but we chose to continue with dRemodeling for the implementation, which was a wise choice, because they are also particularly skilled at solving problems that arise from unforeseen circumstances. With team members from many different countries, including this one, dRemodeling has a wealth of unique building techniques learned in the different craftsman traditions of countries all over the globe, along with a firm grasp of the latest technology. The many bilingual or multilingual workers have an edge in the problem-solving area because of the different ways different languages grapple with problems. It’s like switching into four wheel drive when the road gets more difficult. Defects in the original design and construction of the house, along with unorthodox quick fixes by handymen over the years, made for many surprise unforeseen circumstances that required skilled and careful rerouting. Lesser workers would have said, “You can’t do that here,” or, “we’ll have to rip it all out and start from scratch, for another 15-20 thousand.” One dRemodeling worker in particular, whom we observed more often, impressed us with his quiet, calm, steady precision and his creative problem-solving. Tiles were cut perfectly, without the usual breakage/wastage, and the sheetrock cut and removed to show what was underneath, or for rerouting, went right back where it came from, with seams polished flat. Sometimes it was not easy, but he left everything working perfectly, as we preferred it to look, and in accordance with all the building codes. Now we enjoy the luxury of indoor plumbing that works perfectly, better tub, shower, toilet, vanity, along with a high tech bidet seat and colors we like, even though they are not currently in fashion. It wasn’t cheap, but for the quality of work, and the extra work solving unforeseen problems, it was quite reasonable, and we actually saved a lot on materials, without the hassle of getting them ourselves, and at a much better price than what we would have paid at Home Depot or Lowes. Unlike many companies that buy materials wholesale and sell them to the customer at retail, dRemodeling shares their price advantage on materials with the customer. They earn their money as fine craftsmen doing quality work, rather than by selling materials for a hefty profit. When I get the half basement cleaned out, and save up some money, I want to get it converted into an Airbnb efficiency. Who am I going to call? THE remodeling company, dRemodeling.

We recently had a basement bathroom remodeled. It was a challenging project where we wanted to put a shower in to an existing small powder room. Dan's team figured out a creative solution to get this done, something several other contractors who bid for the job were unable devise. We had Stephanie help us do the design, and her input was always spot on. The whole team was extremely supportive and patient as we slogged through the various design choices. We were especially impressed by how responsive to their team was in advance of starting the project. Once the project started, the team members were punctual, courteous, and extremely professional. They went to great lengths to keep our home as clean as possible during a potentially very dusty job. We were particularly impressed by the communication and responsiveness from the team. They use WhatsApp, which was really awesome and avoided many potential delays that can arise due to poor communication. Dremodling pretty much remodeled my whole house. They ripped out my wall to wall carpeting and replaced it with dark wide plank hard wood. It's gorgeous! A complete gut renovation of my very dated kitchen and master bath. For the kitchen I chose white shaker cabinets and contrasting black hardware. The quartz countertops are stunning. The kitchen belongs in a mansion! It's not only beautiful but functional. The master bath I went modern with dark browns and tan tones. The tile in the shower is sensational. dRemodeling completely redid my galley kitchen on Rittenhouse square in an apartment building that has lots of rules for contractors. I have been really happy with their work. They are definitely in reasonable lower price range that I was looking for and are very quick and reliable. I went away for the summer in early June and came back end of August and almost all the work was completed without any input from me. I worked exclusively with their designers (Stephanie Matzek was my designer) and was very pleased with her excellent suggestions and taste. She made great suggestions. I really relied heavily on her to make decisions especially during the implementation and construction and completion phase when I was out of the country. One amazing component of the work is that we only finishing making decisions on all the pieces in late May and yet the project was actually completed by September. In my work with other contractors in new york and California I never saw such quick turnaround. I really liked the quality of the subcontracting work especially the flooring work, the tile work, and the subcontractors for the cabinetry (Dura Supreme). Also the appliance company (Kieffers) did a great job. I have been extremely happy with the design work and suggestions. Every thing has been great. I only have positive things to say about my experience with dremodeling.

The project went very well. From the beginning, the assessment and proposal for our project was thorough and detailed. Once we agreed to go ahead with the work, the design process was terrific. We had a wide array of choices and all the time we needed was taken to help us find and choose room features which fit our home, our budget and our taste. Work was done carefully in a timely way, pretty close to the original timeline. Every crew which came to our home, from demo to electric to plumbing to carpentry, flooring, etc. was friendly, professional, careful with our surroundings, quiet, respectful and neat. Our kitchen was transformed from a dark, outdated, dysfunctional room to a bright kitchen with terrific flow. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and addressed quickly and we had easy access by phone and email to the owner and the designer. All in all, we are very, very pleased with both the process and the final product!

We hired dRemodeling to add a powder room as well as update our master bathroom and I must say they really did a fantastic job. The master bathroom needed some major love so they came in took our concepts and and helped us create what is now the most impressive room in our home. The powder room was a necessity and they turned it into a beautiful addition. The craftsmanship was wonderful and the guys were great and easy to work with.

The project managers and employees kept our whole living space clean throughout the project (5 weeks) - they cleaned up every day before they left. They are also very responsive. They have their own electricians and plumbers which we didn't find with many other remodeling companies. This clearly enables them to control and own the quality of their work. They don't work a few days here and there and then disappear. They work straight through until completion. We also received a master schedule and timeline at the start of the project which proved to be accurate. Stephanie Matzek was our interior designer and she is top notch. She continuously brought ideas to us to help tie everything together. Her inspiration provided us many materials to look at that we otherwise would not have known about. She's also simply a true pleasure to partner with and is highly professional. Stephanie is a real hidden talent that we'd highly recommend you tap into! We had our master bath done by dRemodeling about 5 years ago and brought them back to do our kitchen. We will surely use them again next time we re-do a room! We would highly recommend them.

This group gut-remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, and a fireplace. From start to finish they kept the house clean and well organized. I swear, they swept at the end of each day! dRemodeling did my master bath and it turned out amazingly well. Devin was incredibly easy to work with and made great design suggestions while considering my wishes and budget. The work itself was done cleanly and efficiently - there was never a mess during the construction and each morning, the staff came in and set up tarps on all the hardwood floors. The bathroom itself was a gut job where they removed an unused jacuzzi tub and now there's a giant walk-in shower with glass enclosure, a bench, and beautiful tile work. My endearing spouse took it upon himself to work tediously and with great effort to find the perfect designing business to complete our home remodeling project. Through the media services provided by the Internet, he was able to compare professional aptitudes, price listings, and the quality of professional work ethics and productivity of many companies in local areas and surrounding communities. Finally, we made a major decision to select an agency located in the East Falls section of our city that met all of the requirements in our mind’s eye to bring our dream kitchen into fruition. DRemodeling Design Studio and Showroom is truly a “one-step design center”. Most recently, this reputable company has been acknowledged as the ‘highest rated home remodeling company in the area”. dRemodeling is an excellent one-stop shop for design, selection of materials and complete construction. We had a small master bathroom that needed to be completely redone. Their designer, Devin, listened to our vague ideas of what we wanted and translated them into a clean, modern design with fittings and tile within our budget. They also handled all the prodcurement of materials and fittings -- an excellent service. The bathroom needed to be gutted and after the demo they discovered that the floor beams had been improperly cut and damaged so they sistered in new beams and leveled the floor before they could start the reconstruction. They added a minimal cost to the job for this extra work. Their plumber, drywaller, electrician and tiler were all excellent craftsmen and executed their tasks to a very high standard. Thay were careful about keeping the rest of our house clean with drop cl;oths, plastic wrapping, and cardboard floor coverings. .The job was somewhat behind schedule primarily because we were absent from the house several times, and partly because of difficulties in getting the necessary township inspections completed -- not dRemodeling's fault. We are extremely pleased with dRemodeling and highly recommend them.

Our project consistent of one full bathroom (children room), a partial shower repair/remodel in the master bathroom, and a full shower remodel in a third bathroom. All phases of the project were impeccable. Great design, nice choice of mid to high end materials, very professional execution. I would strongly recommend them for any of your bathroom remodeling needs.

My dRemodeling situation differed from most in that I pretty much already had my space gutted, my design finalized, and my items purchased by the time I met with them and signed a contract, which was mostly for the labor. Dremodeling was very helpful, though, in taking care of a few items I still needed help with, such as purchasing shower doors and a marble countertop. Basically, because my entire space was gutted, I really needed professional, experienced help in putting everything back together. Dremodeling rebuilt my space completely, from framing for a new ceiling to reworking the plumbing beneath the subfloor. They worked very hard, and did very professional work. They were very conscientious about cleanliness, and kept me apprised of all their progress. They were very respectful of my design, and made sure we were on the same page before they executed any of the work. My space was challenging in that the footprint was a bit smaller than the average master bathroom, but they did not take any issue with that fact. There were a few blips, which can be expected in such a major undertaking as this, but these mostly had to do with communication issues due to a few of the workmen’s less than stellar skills with the English language, but Dan Dragomir was always available to remedy any confusion that would arise from this. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the work they performed. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, and any additional costs due to any work completed that was not in the original contract were also reasonable and clearly spelled out. I really love my new bathroom, and would recommend dRemodeling to anyone looking for a contractor to remodel a master bathroom.

Our Master and Hall Guest bathrooms were “sloppy builder’s specials” that had aged 28 years. Both rooms desperately needed a complete re-gut and renovation. After 8 months of vetting a number of Contractors – we are very exacting – it really felt that we were never going to get our project started. We had a number of challenging requests [did I mention we’re exacting?] and we never felt 100% comfortable with the people/companies that we interviewed. This all changed from our first meeting with Dan Dragomir, and it immediately felt that we were in the right hands. He not only gave us the confidence they can accomplish the work, but he was actually ‘excited’ to take on the project – excited! His budget was detailed and clear, and he was always transparent. Our initial positive impressions of dRemodeling followed through the entire project, and with every phase and detail. The dRemodeling team met every challenge with professionalism and brilliant craftsmanship. There were a number of structural issues that required “work-arounds” or redesign, and every crew member unfailingly met the challenge - thank you Tudor, Vlad and team. Communications (phone, e-mail, F2F) were consistent, reliable and always available. His design team is first class and pleasure to work with on such large project; Devin is terrific! And just as important, the construction crew was always respectful of our home and privacy, always cleaned-up after each work-day, and we never felt any imposition. The end result? We couldn’t be happier with the renovation and our new modern bathrooms. It is so gratifying to see the design come to life and know that each step of the work was well done. I hired dRemodeling to re-do my entire 3rd floor bathroom. We opted to use dRemodeling both for the design and construction of the bathroom. Ashley and Dan worked with us to come up with a design that fit our style and our budget. They were very flexible with a sink install for a custom vanity we ordered. In addition to remodeling our bathroom from the ground up, they were able to fix a leak and the drywall damage that were caused by the old bathroom. If there was a bump in the road in the project, the team was able to find a solution that worked and took the proper measures to remedy the situation to my satisfaction. The team was very responsive to e-mails and the installers were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our house is old and all bathrooms in the house are outdated and poky. This specific bathroom had a very small shower stall especially for my 6'5'' frame. I tried a number of recommended contractors and also quickly searched the internet. DRemodeling was the only company I found that in my opinion had credible positive reviews and hardly any negative feedback so I decided to try them out. Although in general I have pretty low opinion about internet based reviews and generally don't trust it too much (restaurants are the worst). However, in this case I am very glad we went with Dan's company. What made all the difference is is the design options Dan offered when visiting us at home. He straight away saw what others never even considered. He offered to entirely move the location of the shower stall which allowed to at least triple the size of the shower whithout making the wrest of the room feel smaller. The company also offers designer services as part of the whole package and it was very useful for us because both me and my wife have very limited ability or passion for home improvements. But the end result would definitely be acceptable even to most discerning customers. But again we are not real suckers for fanciful materials and design and prefer aesthetic simplicity. But I am sure Devin (designer) is capable to accommodate a wide range of needs in this department. Dan's labor estimate was very close to estimates I received from other trusted contractors (one of them is actually a neighbor who is less friendly after this). All the guys working for Dan were great and my schnoodle thought a world about them. To make long story short I and my wife are really enjoying this bathroom and only regret that we didn't renovate it long time ago. We are also planning to renovate our second bathroom soon.

We worked with dRemodeling for a complete makeover of our main bathroom and we are so happy with the finished product. It is beautiful, functional for our family, and was right on budget. Our designer, Ashley, was very responsive throughout the process, often offering 2 or 3 options to choose from, when a question or problem arose. The carpentry is impressive, matching the other woodwork throughout our 100-year-old home. Our project involved taking a closet from an adjacent bedroom, and we were impressed that Dan's team did such a great job with all of the finishing touches of not only the bathroom, but matching the paint and trim in that bedroom, too. The timeline turned out to be longer than we expected, but overall, we are totally satisfied with the renovation and customer service!

I used dremodeling for my kitchen renovation in center city Philly. I met with Dan at the end of August 2015 and my kitchen just got finished about 2 weeks ago. Very happy with my kitchen renovation. My 1970s kitchen has been updated and looks very modern now. Process was fairly seamless. During the renovation Dan provided me with weekly updates. Contracts were provided in a timely manner, cost of renovation was very fair. dremodeling has several projects going on at the same time so I was on the waitlist for a couple of weeks before my kitchen could start. All individuals I met from dremodeling were very professional. Devin was quick with feedback, suggestions - she was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I used dRemodeling for our 1st floor renovation in Bella Vista and were very happy to have worked with them. We moved the kitchen from the front to the back of the house and added a half bath and entry way, so it was a fairly complicated project. Dan, Devin and the whole build team were great to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. Being first time homeowners, we especially appreciated their patients with our questions and concerns... they were a really fun team to work with. They were clear on our timeline, costs, etc and were in constant communication throughout the entire process, emailing weekly with project updates and what we could expect in the coming week. Any hiccup was clearly communicated and dealt with quickly. Any changes we requested were understood and priced out so we wouldn't run into any major surprises. In the end, we came in on budget and on time... and the final product looks amazing. Honestly I'm not sure what else you could ask for from a remodeling team! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, we plan to use them in the future for other updates on the house.

I love my new kitchen! The contractor & his workers were very professional & handled all problems immediately. I did not have any big problems, just minor incidents which will occur during any renovation. Everything was handled in my favor & Dan (the owner) always went out of his way to please me. The entire project took about 3 1/2 weeks. I was worried that the project would take several months. They made sure that they stayed on schedule & completed it in the time estimated. No short cuts were taken. The workers took pride in their work. I was also very happy with their design service. Devin was very patient & had many good ideas (including paint color & hardware). She created the perfect kitchen for me.

By the way, we were living in Washington, DC and only came up to supervise the project on weekends. Communication was key. The entire team was professional, stayed within budget. We are extremely happy with the results!!!!

We couldn't be happier with the kitchen we got or the work that was done for us. They were able to start a few days early. Most days they also showed up early to the job site. When we ran into a problem with the floor heights, people came in on a Saturday to fix it so that they kept on schedule. They mostly got what we were looking for with the kitchen and when they didn't they were very good questions and communication. We ran into a few unexpected issues that made things a little more expensive. The floors being not level I mentioned above was probably the biggest. I feel that the extra charges were well explained and fair and due to the diligence of the workers, they didn't really effect the schedule for the job. We now have a kitchen that functions so much better than what we had before and that has been getting rave reviews from the people who have seen it.

We used Dan and his team for our master bath renovation and were beyond satisfied with the work. The team was well organized, knowledgeable, well priced and met all of our expectations. I would and have recommended them to anyone exploring contractors for their renovation needs.

Last summer I hired Dremodeling to remodel and complete my unfinished basement. I could not have made a better decision. The basement started out as completely unusable. concrete floor, no drywall, exposed wiring in the ceiling. Dan came out for our initial meeting and we bounced around some ideas and Dan and Cheyanne came back with a proposal that was just about every thing I wanted. first the basement was divided up to a living area and then a two storage areas. the built an alcove underneath the stairwell that increased the storage space while keeping the "mess" out of sight. they built wonderful panels around the utility meters that flow smoothly with the lines of the walls. Initial demolition was smooth and quiet. The biggest challenge were the support post in the middle of the floor. Dan's crew built "boxes" around the beams turning them into nice looking supports that look great. They also removed an ugly "fixture" that the previous owners put up for who knows what reason, giving it a more open floor plan. Entire project took about 6-7 weeks but there were no major setbacks involved. couldn't be more pleased with the results.

We had a great experience with dRemodeling. From the first design consultation to the last walk through,the dRemodeling team was always professional, considerate, accommodating and efficient. From the moment I contacted Dan for an estimate, he was responsive and attentive. He came the next day after I called him (he was on time) and he took the necessary measures. He then suggested I get a design consultation with Cheyanne-dRemodeling designer-so I could have a better idea of what I wanted. At first, I was hesitant about paying the design fee, but I was happy I did! it is really helpful to have the 3-D render of the kitchen so you can visualize it (I reconfigured the entire kitchen plus a new window). After a couple of back-and-forth emails, I got the design I wanted and Cheyanne sent me a list of material options/prices so I could pick whatever suited my style and budget (they work with specific cabinet companies and they suggested I use them, which I did-they seem like good-quality plywood/hardwood cabinets) . Within three weeks Dan scheduled the demolishing and his crew started working on the kitchen right away. They came at 8am everyday and left by 4pm (I came home every day to a clean working site). There were a couple of unexpected issues (like an electric box that needed to be updated in order to plug all the new appliances and some rotten studs that needed to be replaced) but dRemodeling team let us know right away, gave us the revised project cost so we can decide what to do. At the end, the project took around 8 weeks and we were very happy with the results. Our kitchen looks amazing! We will definitely use them again in the future!

dRemodeling was hired to redo a kitchen from scratch. This involved removal of old cabinets, soffit, and floor tiles. Installation of new cabinets, laying of floor & wall tiles, change of exhaust vent into a different outside wall, running of new electric lines for outlets to meet code. They gave us a quote which had a breakdown of cost, something that is hard to get with some contractors. The crew (Tudor the perfectionist, Mishcha, Viti & Sergio) maintained time, was courteous and was open to suggestions if applicable. They cleaned the project site at the end of each day. The project was done within six weeks and there were no unanticipated cost added to the bill at the end. We love our kitchen. Thank you Dan for having great group of people working for you, and for having good work ethic.

Dan and his wonderful, professional, talented team did an amazing job with a complete kitchen remodel in an old row home in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend dRemodeling for any of your remodeling, construction needs. I will definitely hire him again!

Dan and his crew remodeled our kitchen in 2011. This involved laying a new terracotta floor (with some repair to damaged joists). All appliances and cabinets were removed and new ones installed. We also had a pantry shelving closet added in the adjoining room. The flooring and other work extended there. Much of the plumbing and all of the electric service had to be replaced. The walls and trim were repainted. New radiators were installed in the kitchen and adjoining room. The sink was relocated and an L shaped granite counter was installed. A dishwasher was added and placed under the granite counter. Finally, a granite counter was attached to one of the walls to serve as a food preparation area and/or breakfast counter. We were completely satisfied. The price was appropriate but not cheap or overly expensive. You get what you pay for. Working with Dan and the crew was a joy. Dan kept track of progress and receipt of materials. We were always kept apprised of what had been accomplished and what and when the next stage would be. The fact that dRemodeling works on only one job at a time meant that there were no needless delays. The work was finished well within the contracted period and on budget.[Dan sent us detailed accountings throughout the process]. The crew was a pleasant group who were always respectful of both us and the house. The kitchen was isolated from the rest of the house by a plastic curtain on the doorway from the kitchen to the dining room. All rubble and trash was removed quickly. At the end of the project they cleaned the area thoroughly. Whenever there were any questions or problems either they or Dan would approach us before proceeding. It was obvious that Dan and the crew knew what they were doing: carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting and laying tile were all done with great skill. We have had not cause for complaint. In fact, we have recommended dRemodeling to our friends, two of which had their house completely gutted and remodeled. Their experience matched ours. I suspect that dRemodeling get a great deal of business from word of mouth and recommendations like ours. We plan to remodel a bathroom and a powder room. There is no question but that we will have Dan and his crew do those as well.

I used dRemodeling in 2012 for a full kitchen remodel, then again in 2014 for a master bathroom remodel. I am pleased with their work and certainly recommend them to anyone asking me for a contractor. What is most important to me, is that I TRUST them to come through on the work, They are very professional, serious about doing quality work, and get back to me immediately with any calls or emails I send. The men who come in to the house to do the actual work are always friendly, clean and professional. Dan, the person who comes to look at the job and prepare the estimate, is also very knowledgeable and professional. I will say, however, that while Dan does all the initial measuring, I would recommend when the work starts to check in on the materials to make sure they are the correct size. For example, I was told to order a certain size shower door, but I knew the number didn't sound right and measured it myself and realized Dan's measurement for the shower door was not correct. Also, when Dan came for the kitchen in 2012, I told him right away that I do not like microwaves over the stove, but he ordered the shorter cabinet for over the stove. I did not put a microwave there, I only have a vent, but it sits way high because of the shorter cabinets. Unfortunately, I was too busy with a child in the hospital and couldn't address that problem in a timely manner, so I live with it, but that was my decision. The bottom line is, these people are trustworthy and skilled workers and I highly recommend them and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

We hired dRemodeling to design a new kitchen in our Philadelphia rowhouse. We were extremely pleased with their design services, and subsequently selected dRemodeling to handle the construction of the project as well. We could not be more pleased with the results of the project, as well as the process of working with owner Dan Dragomir and especially our designer Devin Mearig. The kitchen renovation project came in right on budget with the exception of a few relatively minor additional expenses that were discovered during demolition (which we had anticipated based on our discussions with Dan prior to the work beginning) and, even more importantly, came in right on time. We relocated out of town during the project and kept up to date through phone and email communications with no problems. When the project was finished, dRemodeling included a professional cleaning of the entire house (not just the workspace in the downstairs) so that we could come home to a clean space. Since we are in a rowhouse with a narrow footprint, there was limited space to work with, but dRemodeling managed to create an open, modern, light-filled, kitchen space that has completely transformed our day-to-day living experience in our home. We would highly recommend working with them.

We had D-Remodeling install a electric fireplace into our wall and put up a stone wall around it, along with an outlet in our ceiling. Overall excellent job.

We used dRemodeling to redo our bathroom and even two years later we're still very pleased. The process before start of construction went smoothly, the project itself went very well including that they did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day, and we've had no problems since. We're contemplating another job and will definitely be contacting them when we make up our minds to do it.

I've used dRemodeling for two major renovations - a kitchen and a bathroom. While the outcome of both is lovely and what I envisioned, it's not without some glitches along the way. I had a vision for the kitchen and did most of the product design elements on my own through various sites. I felt the designer on the kitchen project was not as experienced and we had issues with some cabinets and the threshold. For the bathroom I was assigned a different designer and she did a great job selecting all of the materials. Again, minor glitch on the toilet placement but otherwise a beautiful outcome. I do have plans to use them for future projects. The two projects were scheduled across 12 months and the pricing range is for both.

This was the second time that I had the pleasure of working with dRemodeling. I didn't hesitate to get in touch when I needed to have a tiny powder room at another property renovated with limited time and budget. I greatly appreciated that Dan and his very professional staff not only completed the budget on time and under budget, but the design exceeded all my expectations. Devin is an amazing designer and was able to create a little jewel that satisfied my needs and wants. When you have investment properties, you need to have people you can depend one. dRemodeling is a valued member of "my team". I highly recommend them!

It's been many months since Dan & Co did our kitchen, and I'm only now getting around to writing a review. It was our very first remodeling project, and dRemodeling made it as painless as is probably possible. I liked that they have great designer (hi Cheyanne!) on staff, and she does all the research/ordering/coordinating etc. I did research on hiring a separate designer also, and Cheyanne's services were just as good, especially for the fact that design services are rolled in the price. All in all, we had a great experience with this company, which I expected because I also called references before hiring them. The only negative thing I heard about them was that sometimes communication is not seamless. They often have different people working, and different subcontractors and not everyone is on the same page. For example, one day I checked on the project and found that some of the cabinets that were installed were scratched. The guy who was there said, "Hmm. Well it's not that bad." I freaked out and called dRemodeling and did not get a call back. But low and behold the next day, replacement parts came and they were swapped out without a word. These guys are detail oriented and professional, but being new at this, I was worried about everything. But be reassured....despite the miscommunications, the end product was gorgeous and is my favorite room in the house.

Dan was responsive with providing an estimate. He measured and provided a detailed estimate a couple of days later. I received other estimates and while dRemodeling's was a bit on the higher end; the detailed estimate, design help, and standing behind his work won me over. They seemed like a better business than the others we looked at. We were dealing with a tight deadline with a baby on the way. Dan's crew started the job the next week. We had very communicative discussions about the finishings and overall look of the bathroom; it was very helpful for my wife and I! The job took a couple of days longer than estimated, but it was completed before my wife had the baby. We are very happy with how it came out! The pocket door is great and gives us more room in a cozy bathroom. The tile work and finishings look great. I would work with dRemodeling again and recommend them.

We recently bought a house with only one (tiny) bathroom and had dRemodeling come in and completely re-do it. Part of the renovation included a much-needed layout change suggested by Dan. The bathroom now feels much bigger and of course much nicer. We love it. The guy who did almost all of the work was very nice and easy to work with despite a bit of a language barrier. The communication could have been a little better at times but overall we had a great experience working with the dRemodeling team and would use them again in the future.

After an amazing experience working with dRemodeling 5 years ago to redo a guest bathroom and powder room, we took the plunge (no pun intended) to upgrade our master bathroom We added heated floors and a vent, removed an old radiator, enlarged the shower complete with bench, niches and a rain shower/spray combo, replaced a double sink with 2 sinks on either side of the room, installed Kohler lighted medicine cabinets, and a Kohler cleansing toilet seat, and more! DRemodeling completed an entire renovation of our home in about 4 months, including gutting our kitchen and two baths and adding a 3rd bath. The experience is everything I had hoped for, from being on time and on budget to the quality of the craftsmanship to the kind and courteous nature of all of the men who worked on our home. I would recommend them without hesitation as you will not find such kind people to do such quality work for the price.

These guys were great. I was very picky about what I wanted so I made changes to the design during the project; dRemodeling was very patient with me and the additional charges for the extra hours my design changes incurred were very modest. The workmanship was impeccable, the prices were very reasonable, and dRemodeling went the extra yard to accommodate my demands. What more could you ask of a contractor?

Very easy group to work with from top to bottom. We are very pleased with the results (design, quality, functionality, extras) and we were mostly happy throughout the entire process. In comparing dRemodeling to other groups that evaluated the project, one of the things that stood out (outside of their extensive portfolio) was the fact that they did not try to oversell us. in other words, if the expansion didnt make sense, the advised against it which saved us money and was a better decision in the end. No project is without its issues, but this was a substantially better experience than the many horror stories you hear with remodels. I would highly recommend using dRemodelling, and in fact have already done so.

We recently used dRemodeling for a bathroom renovation and were very satisfied. The work involved a complete remodel of the space, including the removal of walls that separated a smaller bathroom from a vanity area, enlarging the shower and repositioning pipes. We would certainly use this company again for any remodeling work. We thought that the price estimated for the work was reasonable. This was provided as a cost for services plus estimates for the materials, fixtures and cabinetry. Thus, we were able to see how our selections impacted on the final cost of the project. As we picked various items (at dealer cost) or changed aspects of the work, we were able to control the cost. The design advice was very helpful. In particular, suggestions relating to construction options contributed greatly to our satisfaction of the final work. In one case, the option of moving a venting pipe at minimal cost made a tremendous difference. The job started on the date scheduled. The work was coordinated well. The workmen put in very long days to complete the various phases and not hold up the next piece. The workmanship was top-notch. The tile work was excellent, and the workman had a fine eye for detail. The workers were also very clean. No work was done at any time unless the floors were covered from the bathroom out through to the front door. During the demolition phase, our bedroom looked like the kill room from “Dexter”. Our Township has extremely strict code inspections. dRemodeling was able to move through this process without significant delay. Photos of the final used to be shown on their web site but I think they are gone now.

We contracted with dRemodeling to redesign and upgrade our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, foyer and laundry room. It was a pleasure working with the dRemodeling staff. From the design, through the selection of materials and artistic design, their staff were consummate professionals. All work was done to satisfaction and required changes were made, usually without additional cost. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and would contract again with them for home remodeling needs.

We did a major house renovation putting in a new bathroom, new kitchen, moving windows and doors, putting in a new air system, and redoing most of the electric and plumbing in a 100+ year old house. DRemodeling did a really good job. There have been some issues along the way, but they have always been responsive to our concerns and worked with us to achieve a mutually satisfying solution. Dan's team is professional, considerate, and hardworking. Dan does his best to make sure you are happy with the work. A few suggestions. If you are doing a major renovation, you might want to hire your own architect. They provide architect services, but you need to study and approve the plans yourself. If you don't have construction experience, you will probably need some additional help. Otherwise, you risk have cabinets not fit or the spaces being awkward. For the very specialized work, like installing the air conditioning or waterproofing, you may want to seek a specialist. We had some problems with the air system because it was a tight job and required more expert knowledge. But none of this is to detract from a really positive experience. We've worked with several contractors and building specialists, and Dan is the most professional, accountable, and reliable person we've worked with. We will continue to go to him for our house renovations in the future and have recommended him to several friends and colleagues.

I received a few quotes before proceeding with Dan and his crew for a master bathroom renovation, and have been extremely happy with their work. Dan was accurate and detailed in his quote, and we stayed within budget. The crew was professional, extremely clean, and courteous. Their work was fantastic--very happy with the finished product! Bathroom feels like a five star hotel. Project went well, stayed within budget, stayed within time frame, quickly addressed any issues, Would use again, will recommend. Total remodel of master bathroom, removed walls, floor, tile, toilet,sink, fixtures, and stripped down shower completely. Completely rebuilt bathroom and shower, installed new tile, vanity, wall cabinet, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures and lighting.

Both my bath and kitchen needed work. The team was methodical, skilled and professional. The only glitch was of my own doing...waiting for a floor to come in. However when all was said and done both rooms were transformed.

I had my master bathroom replaced, and these guys worked quickly, quietly, and cleanly. Every day, they cleaned up after their work and made sure it was only noticeable any work was being done if you went into the bathroom itself. When there was one minor mix-up with the tiles being used, they made sure to fix it as promptly as possible. I'd definitely use them again.

dRemodeling was great from start to finish. From our 1st meeting until the final walk through my wife and I were more than pleased with their work. No question or problem so to small to ask or go over with. We liked them so much we hired them to do bathroom work as well!

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not easy to please with very little experience with home remodeling and all that it entails. My husband and I hired dRemodeling to renovate our kitchen which involved new plumbing, electrical and hvac work as well as structural changes. The process took longer than first estimated because we expanded the scope of work as well as due to some external circumstances outside of their realm of control. They were helpful, respectful and professional and the owner addressed any questions or concerns promptly. We are happy with our beautiful new kitchen and I was especially impressed with their level of quality and craftsmanship in their job of weaving in the new wood flooring with the existing wood floor. They truly are a nice crew who do very good work and we would not hesitate to call them again for our next project.

Danny is awesome and has some excellent sub-contractors! Would use them again and have. There were a few glitches along the way but with a bathroom addition, it's to be expected. Only negative is tardiness but other than that, fabulous company!

dRemodeling did a fantastic job start to finish. Excellence craftsmanship and attention to detail. The project managers and employees kept our whole living space clean throughout the project (5 weeks) - they cleaned up every day before they left. They are also very responsive. We never worried about not getting a call or email back within a few hours. They do their own work through their own staff - they don't sub-contract the work out. They have their own electricians and plumbers which we didn't find with many other remodeling companies. This clearly enables them to control and own the quality of their work. Other cheaper companies simply don't provide the level of quality dRemodeling does. Their pricing is completely transparent. You know what each material and labor hour costs at the beginning of the project and they hold to those prices...no surprises or hidden costs. If you decide to do something different, they simply tell you the impact to cost. Clean, modern showroom on Ridge Ave is a plus. Our project was completed on consecutive days. They don't work a few days here and there and then disappear. They work straight through until completion. We also received a master schedule and timeline at the start of the project which proved to be accurate. Stephanie Matzek was our interior designer and she is top notch. She continuously brought ideas to us to help tie everything together. Her inspiration provided us many materials to look at that we otherwise would not have known about. She's also simply a true pleasure to partner with and is highly professional. Stephanie is a real hidden talent that we'd highly recommend you tap into! We had our master bath done by dRemodeling about 5 years ago and brought them back to do our kitchen. We will surely use them again next time we re-do a room! We would highly recommend them.

I used dRemodeling for a full gut and rehab on a South Philly row home. The project ran very smoothly and was finished on budget and on time. We hired Dremodeling to renovate the kitchen and master bathroom of our home, an 88 year old center hall stone house located in Jenkintown, PA. The team displayed professional knowledge and experience throughout the entire project. The concept phase was interactive and bi-directional. It was very easy to visualize the direction and intent of the design, making it easy to be involved and ensure the final plans fit our goals. The team is structured so that each member has a specific role and responsibility with overlap only in areas where individual skills and capabilities allow for it. This manner of doing the work ensured that the results are amazing. Their ability to stay close to budget while also being flexible enough to adjust & adapt the plan is another big plus especially given the 3rd party suppliers that we relied on for kitchen countertops as well as all bathroom appliances and fixtures. These suppliers were recommended by dRemodeling at our request, and all worked out extremely well. There were two situations where factors beyond the control of either dRemodeling or ourselves caused work stoppages; a discovered roof leak and a delay in delivery of the kitchen appliance. In both cases dRemodeling showed top notch professionalism and flexibility. By redeploying the team to other job sites during the delay, we were able to avoid any additional delays once the issues were resolved. We are now two months past the completion of the project and I can still say that we are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to call dRemodeling again - either with questions about the existing work, or to hire and do business with again. We would also recommend them to friends and family.
