We were extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel initially. With the assistance of Debbie Duncan, we selected a painted cabinet by Medallion. Within 5 months, the cabinets were splitting and cracking. Initially, Debbie was extremely responsive. She sent out a technician to sand and paint the cabinets in certain areas but has recently informed me it is normal for kitchen cabinets to chip and peel. I disagree. I have cracks and splitting wood on almost each of my cabinets. I feel that Duncan Kitchen and Bath should stand by the product and they didn’t.

We are so happy with our kitchen remodel! Our remodel was fairly involved and included bringing the kitchen down to the studs and removing two walls along with everything else. The initial design/planning process with Debbie was very easy to do. Debbie knows all of the options available depending on your taste and provided great suggestions that we ended up incorporating into our design. Joe was great to work with as well. He did a great job and taking the plan and making it reality. Corey was great as well. Always on time, very flexible and his work is excellent. Numerous decisions go into the design/build of a kitchen and every time their main concern was that the final end product was exactly what we wanted. Would not hesitate to hire them again for additional work at our house. Couldn't be happier with choosing Duncan. Thanks again Debbie, Joe and Corey!!!

My kitchen remodel involved demolishing my very outdated kitchen down to the studs, installing new electric, plumbing, gorgeous cabinets, quartz countertop, new stainless steel appliances, tile floor and backsplash. From design through completion, the process was made so much easier than it could have been. The prices were great, no surprises in the end. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. So thankful to Debbie, Joe & their team for a job well done!

Joe and Debbie Duncan were incredible to work with on our total transformation of bathroom and kitchen. We are in love with our new rooms. Professional and friendly every step of the way. Responsive to every question and call. Every worker they used was on time and did fantastic work. Our tile in particular is gorgeous and everyone who sees it comments on it's beauty. We remodeled our Pembroke colonial home working with the professionals from Duncan Kitchen and Bath. Although I had my ideas, working with Debbie gave me some better ways doing what I wanted and gave me ideas that I had not even thought of! Joe and crew demolished my dark outdated kitchen and created a bright and updated showpiece! The team at Duncan worked smoothly together, their timing and scheduling were precise. Debbie Duncan visited our home numerous times to help with the kitchen layout and consistently offered helpful advice, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each decision. I did not know a lot about kitchen cabinets before meeting Debbie. There are so many choices: inset, full, partial overlay cabinet doors, etc…the list goes on forever. Debbie coached me every step of the way and together, we selected the perfect cabinetry for my dream kitchen! DKB responded to all requests in a prompt and professional manner. Debbie and her team delivered the cabinets earlier than promised, despite the uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 shutdown. Plus, DKB replaced a cabinet for free, after I changed my mind about the drawer front style!

We recently upgraded our kitchen and dining area using Duncan Kitchen and Bath and Home Design Options. We had a wall removed between the kitchen and mud room to add additional space. Debbie Duncan was so helpful with the design and listened to our plans and made many great suggestions. She assisted us in picking out the best cabinets,countertops and storage options while keeping our budget in mind. Joe Duncan and assistant Corey installed everything perfectly and were true professionals! Bob Cyrus and the Home Design Options team handled all the construction and also took our vision and made it happen. Duncan Kitchen did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen remodel. Their estimate for cost and time were spot on! They were ready to go when demo was complete so there was no waiting for products to arrive. It was great to have the design, construction and installation done by the same team. Duncan Kitchen recently completed our major kitchen renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Deb spent hours with us going over different designs and answering all our questions and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From start to finish Duncan Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job. Our old 1980s kitchen was turned into an amazing space with maximum storage and a beautiful design. Debbie is quick to respond with calls and emails, always patient when we asked for revisions or had questions. Joe and his crew were prompt, always showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after they left. When one of the cabinets arrived with slight damage to the finish, it was replaced within days, no questions asked. Duncan stayed within our budget and did quality work, took care of permits, and coordinated all subcontractors. I would not hesitate to use them again & I highly recommend them for your kitchen or bath renovation.

Debbie and Joe were more than accommodating as I️ remodeled my kitchen! They were patient, responsive and they had very good suggestions. They’re extremely knowledgeable in what they do. We have conducted business with Duncan Kitchen and Bath for many years. This time it was a complete remodel of our kitchen. This was very stressful at best but Debbie and Joe Duncan helped us tremendously to relieve that stress. They spent many hours with us going over design, options, colors etc...The final product is amazing thanks to their attention to detail and meticulous follow through. We had a great experience and I can't say enough positive things about Duncan Kitchen & Bath! They are extremely professional, hard working and cater to their customers. Debbie, Joe and all the sub contractors they hire are wonderful. We started our design phase with Debbie and went through months of reshaping our final layout. Debbie was thoughtful, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She had a lot of great ideas but wasn't pushy at all. She let us come to our own conclusions. Once the design phase was set, we moved to Joe and his crew. They were amazing and left our home clean and neat at the end of the day. We had a few bumps in the road but Joe had great suggestions and ideas which made the entire experience very positive. We are looking to remodel our bathrooms in the next few years and we will not go anywhere other than Duncan Kitchen and Bath!

We are thoroughly enjoying our newly renovated Kitchen. Duncan Kitchen & Bath were a amazing to work with. Debbie and Joe were very flexible with the initial set-up appointments, very patient, knowledgeable and understanding but yet were able to design the kitchen we had in mind at a very reasonable cost. All things considered when Corey and Mark started the demolition job they were extremely neat. Their sub-contractors Plumber-Anthony, DJ Electrician and Brian the Tiler did beautiful work as well. We also replaced a shower in our downstairs bathroom we couldn’t find a unit shower with the dimensions we had to work with however Debbie, Joe and Anthony went out of their way and found one, now there are no more leaks! To say that Deb and Duncan Kitchen & Bath were amazing would be an understatement. From the choices we were shown, the pricing that we received as well as the service and updates during the whole process, we cannot say enough great things about Deb and Duncan Kitchen & Bath. Prime example of the service is when I emailed Deb asking if she knew where I could buy some of the rubber cabinet/drawer stoppers as our baby pulled some off or if she knew where I could buy them (OCD to want them to match).Deb let me know that she would drop some off at our house and just gave us about a dozen of them. Now while these are cheap, Deb did not have to do this and could have provided information on where I could purchase them but instead dropped them off at our house.

After many years my husband and I were finally ready for a new kitchen. Duncan Kitchen & Bath was very welcoming and took the time to get to know us and our needs. We spent a few hours in their beautiful showroom. Debbie was so patient and understanding to help us achieve our new look. Both Joe and Debbie came to look at our space, take measurements, including suggestions for appliances, drawers, work space and storage. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The light Coastal Grey Cabinets with the Cambria countertops are so pleasing to the eye. The Island is amazing, seats eight comfortably and has underneath shelves and storage for all my entertaining dishware and platters. The large deep drawers have been so easy to get use to...my favorite one is the drawer with all the dividers for lids of any size. Both lower corner Lazy Susan space accommodates all I need for cooking or baking. The upper corner cabinets have ample room for larger pots, casserole dishes, baskets, vases and so much more. The Duncan Kitchen and Bath installers were timely, neat and very professional. It was a very pleasant experience....Duncan Kitchen and Bath (Joe and Debbie) designed and created our quality dream kitchen. We would highly recommend this company without reservation.

We felt extremely fortunate to have found Duncan Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen this past winter. We hired Duncan Kitchen and Baths to remodel our kitchen in the fall of 2013. We are the owners of a 17th century farmhouse - so you can imagine remodeling is always a challenge. The kitchen was no different. Slanted floors a sagging cross beam, etc. We worked with Debbie on the floor layout, design, and material selections. She was great through the entire process - accommodating our crazy schedules, last minute design changes, and making appropriate recommendations as needed. The project started on time and finished within a week of the original timeline. We chose to live in the house during the remodel and I must say it was easier than we had heard. The crew cleaned up every day - not once did we come home to any issues that needed to be addressed. The team was polite and accommodating to our two large dogs that bothered them every day that they were onsite. The kitchen came out amazing. We could not be any happier with the results. The workmanship is high quality, the blend between the old and new is perfect, and everytime we have company they comment on how much they love the kitchen.
