Shane assisted me with a kitchen remodel. He was very professional in the initial consultation and prompt with delivering a bid. I was very impressed that Shane did not require any money down, just a handshake and his word. I had other contractors who refused to provide a complete bid because of the age of the house. Shane assured me that he would work with us on any unforeseen issues and would do his best to complete the job within budget. True to his word all work was done to my complete satisfaction and within budget. Each day the job site was left clean and safe. We had questions everyday regarding progress and Shane always responded with current status and plans for the next few days. I chose Dutchman Remodeling because Shane listened to all of our ideas and had an attitude that anything we could imagine could be accomplished. I would highly recommend Dutchman Remodeling.

Shane did an amazing job remodeling our downstairs bathroom. He exceed expectations related to talent and professionalism. Now that the work is complete my husband and I are already thinking about additional work (upstairs bathroom and kitchen) in the future and certainly know who we would hire for the job. Shane came over on a Thursday evening, had a bid to us by Friday evening and began bright and early on Monday morning. The work took just over a week and we can not be more thrilled with the finished project. Shane removed a wall in the laundry area, adjacent to the bathroom, and installed a tub sink and created some beautiful shelving in this area. In the bathroom he tiled one wall, tiled the floor, hung and textured about 2 feet of dry wall at the bottom of three of the four walls, installed a vanity and painted. Shane showed his passion toward his skill by going above and beyond in the bathroom - he framed in a window and created a hatch to hide unsightly pipes. Both of these items add to the more 'finished' feel of the bathroom and both were things he suggested doing. It was a privilege to find Shane and Dutchman Remodeling on Angie's List and a pleasure to hire him for the job. We would recommend Shane for any remodeling work especially tile work!
