Dynamic Homes is very professional, reliable, very reasonable (cost-wise), creative (design), trustworthy and overall, they just do great work! We are so happy with our bathrooms. They basically refinished our entire master bath, tearing out the bathtub and shower and rebuilding it all and made it look like a spa. He also finished parts of the other bathrooms in our home. John had creative design ideas that both ended up looking great and saving us money. They knew the city codes and any limitations that would affect the design. John always kept us in the loop as to the milestones of the project. He is extremely trustworthy and we had no problem allowing them in our home when we weren't there. They are very friendly and professional. I don't think there is anything they can't do! They are so talented! We have recommended them to many of our friends and they have all been happy with Dynamic Homes.

Dynamic Homes remodeled our kitchen, half bath and mudroom. They also enclosed a small porch and made it into a laundry area. John and Jeff did the majority of work themselves. They were very professional, timely and did a wonderful job. We love our new space!

We have used Dynamic Homes for 5 different remodeling projects in our previous home. Kitchen, finished basement, master bath, great room and laundry room/mud room. John and Jeff are so easy to work with, stick to budget, and have a vision for making the most of a remodeling project. We have referred them to numerous friends and neighbors over the years, and are about to start another remodel with them in our new home. I credit them for getting top dollar when we sold our previous house and look forward to our next project.

We have used John and Jeff Perkins for 3 major projects in 2 different homes. They are professional, do excellent, quality work, have competitive bids and are great at communicating what has been done and what comes next. They kept our projects on time. They show up when they say they will and are punctual. They are the only contractors I have left alone at my house, I trust them like they are my brothers. They gave advice and helped us think through some situations. I considered adding heated tile to a bathroom floor and John walked me through the pros and cons of that and we eventually decided not to. At our previous home, they did a total kitchen rehab, tearing it down to the studs, including windows, drywall, flooring, ceiling, plumbing & electrical. We used them in the same house for complete tear out of 2 bathrooms. In our current home, five years later, we had them come back and do another complete tear out and redo of the kitchen which included moving walls, patching holes in wallboard, ceiling, and switching stove from electric to gas. They do most of their own work but the gentlemen they sub out for tiling & granite do excellent work as well. I have referred them many times and everyone has been very happy with their work. I would be happy to field calls about them if needed.

John and Jeff were amazing! They did exceptional work, were easy to work with, and helped us along the way with design and finish issues. They did all the work themselves except for cabinets, new hardwood floors, and granite installation.They were punctual, cleaned up daily, and there were no surprises!

Very competent and trustworthy home/light-commercial remodelers and builders. They do general construction, plumbing, electrical. I have done four major remodels with them, in two different homes.
