We had a very short 3 day window between guests at our vacation rental to fix an issue with the A/C and of course it happened at midnight! I sent a message that night and Freeman called me first thing in the morning and squeezed us into his schedule for the next day. The issue was fixed and we were able to check-in our next guest on time and with the A/C working perfectly! I highly recommend EF Winslow!

Winslow rescued me immediately during that bitter cold Christmas week. I called the service I had who’d come once/ year to service my furnace. During that cold, my gas furnace flue stopped 6 Times. They kept coming , saying it’s ok. I finally called Winslow on recommendation of friends. Winslow took one look at corrosion all over motor. Replaced immediately ( Dec 23), efficiently, kindly . I am grateful to be their customer!

Very poor service. Had new air-conditioning system installed barely 4 years ago, and every single summer the exact same situation happens, 3 years running, even though I pay for them to "service" the system they put in, in May. The air-conditioning doesn't work. They don't respond to calls, they send everything to VM, they give you the run around and nothing ever gets completely resolved. They charge a fortune. They have cost me a lot of money, and a ton of time.
