My wife and I were very happy with the work Vlada, Phillip and the rest of the crew did in remodeling our master bathroom. They were prompt and finished ahead of the originally quoted schedule. We came in a few hundred dollars over budget, but that was due to decisions by my wife and I on different materials after we started. Vlada and Bethany were always available during the process to answer any questions we had. They took the time to get us exactly what we wanted, even if it was something that wasn't originally planned for. They facilitated the ordering and delivery of the tile, fixtures, vanity, etc... When the granite supplier called me with an issue, I let them know and they took care of everything to ensure we stayed on schedule. Their price was also very competitive with other quotes we received. We have plans to do more work around the house in the future, and would certainly work with Vlada and crew again. I would also recommend them to any friends looking to remodel anything in their home.

We used them to remodel our bathroom. The job was a complete gut job, but they assured us they could handle the job. We were quoted a price and given a time limit for completion. They finished the job on time, despite a delay on one of the items being delayed in shipping, and they came in under budget. All of the workers were professional and courteous. We could not be happier and we plan on using them for all of our future renovations.

These guys did a great job remodeling our master bath. The project started and finished as promised and came in on budget, except where we made changes. The team was flexible when we wanted to make changes and the quality of the work was outstanding. All promises kept. The contract that we signed was fair to both parties, and set forth in enough detail both parties' responsibilities. We plan to use them again in the near future. Also, they helped us with the design, and the bathroom looks fantastic.

NEOHR has done an outstanding job! We have been renovating a large hole for the past 4 months and during that time they have completely redone 5 bathrooms, a ton of finish carpentry work, plumbing work and much more. Vlada and his employees get to work early and work hard all day. They are very curtious and respectful. They are also clean and helpful. Vlada is the owner of NEOHR and has been really easy to work with. Responsiveness is very important to me and he is very quick to answer a call or a text. My wife and I have had a great experience, and just referred two I of our closest friends to NEOHR to do a complete remodel of their master bathroom.

Vlada helped with my kitchen/bath/laundry room remodel including granite countertop, backsplash and range hood installation, tile in my laundry toom and completely replaced my old bathtub with a shower he built from scratch. What I like most to work with Vlada is, he and his wife always have good ideas how to meet my desire with least cost and he also tried to complete the work sooner by showing up at my place on the New Year's day! He is also creative by moving my microwave and the cabinet above it to another wall when installed the range hood, which helped me save lots of countertop as I previous planned. The only small issue I had was communication, I wasn't very sure what I wanted exactly at the beginning, which has caused many confusions later during the remodel work. Jenny H.

Had a basement that we wanted to finish. Excellent work was done. The drywall was installed quickly and professionally. The price that was agreed upon at the beginning was the final price. No hidden costs or fees.

We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty!
