Elements of the Home- Kitchen & Bath Remodel

Elements of the Home just completed a complete renovation of my kitchen and installed hardwood floors in my main level. I love the results! I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the manager, designer, and installers, as well as their efficient timeline (demolition to functional kitchen in less than 5 weeks). Communication regarding the work was excellent and I knew who to expect and when. I highly recommend this team.

They follow the three rules I look for in contractors: 1) they show up when they say they will show up, 2) they clean up and leave no mess behind, and 3) they render a fair and reasonable invoice. Good people doing good work. I highly recommend them. I've hired them to do more than 5 projects/rooms at my home.

DreamMaker did a complete gut/renovation of our kitchen and Master bath and we couldn't have been happier with their professionalism, quality of craftsmanship and dedication to the job. They worked closely with us from start to finish to ensure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. They completed the project within the estimated budget and they maintained an aggressive time frame. Their guidance changed our original ideas for the better, and both rooms were functional and absolutely beautiful when they were finished. DreamMaker of Anne Aundel County has completed numerous projects for us such as a full basement buildout which included a full bath and kitchen as well as renovations of our primary kitchen and master bath. Recently we had additional cabinets added to our media room. We always can count on the highest quality workmanship and use of quality materials. They always live up to their committment in terms of schedule. The projected budget was met unless, of course, we changed the scope of the project. It is very nice to work with a company that you can count on.

Dreammaker Bath & Kitchen has done the following work in our home: fully renovated kitchen, master bathroom, hardwood floors, and screened in porch. I have to say we have been exceptionally happy with the results, and continue to receive compliments on all of their work. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. Also, they will work with you on the design aspects of your renovation and are open to all suggestions. They will give you an upfront, very detailed and organized estimate of the proposed work. I was also appreciative of the daily reports of what had been done, what was to be done the next day, and if any information was required of us (the clients) before the next day (i.e., paint color, etc....). Furthermore, all of the contractors that they brought in were also of the highest trust level. At the end of each day, even during our kitchen renovation, the space was cleaned up (to the best it could at the time) of trash, dirt, debris, etc. Also, if they said they'd be at the house at 8:00 am, they were there on time. We absolutely would recommend them for any renovation you are considering.

DreamMaker has recently remodeled and expanded one of our two bathrooms. This bathroom was labor intensive and required structural work to double its size. Also, the room was redesigned with two pocketdoor entries to include master bedroom access. The project was well managed and designed by Brian, Jennifer and Paula and expertly crafted by John Walker and team. It was a pleasure working with the DreamMaker staff from start to finish. This 30 year old house bathroom required much "leveling and squaring-up" and required everything new from floor to ceiling. The finished project was a remarkable upgrade to a l980's style home. This project was exceptional from the first visit to the showroom through the final completion. DreamMaker was able to update our home with modern technology while keeping within our budget. We are now beginning the remodel of our second bathroom and look forward to working with the DreamMaker team again.

Dreammaker Bath and Kitchen remodeled our downstairs bathroom. They did a wonderful job transforming our old and dingy bathroom into a beautiful new room. They replaced everything with special attention to detail and thought of design ideas that we had not thought of previously. They were extremely attentive and professional.
