“I was interested in remodeling a bathroom that was originally built in the 70's. It involved new walls and all the amenities that bathrooms have. I ordered a vanity, a tub and surround from Kitchen and Floor Decor in Rice Lake, WI. I was very impressed with the extensive choices I had from which to choose and I was impressed by the expert advice I received from the help when I was making my decisions. Things took somewhat longer to get but is very understandable with the supply chain issues we are experiencing. All in all, I am very pleased with my new bathroom.”

“We hired Brooks Home Renovations to replace our existing deck with a screen porch and to replace our roof. It required a lot of work because our deck was not covered and they needed to incorporate the porch roof into our existing roof. We had several bids which were more than twice what we had budgeted for the project. We had pretty much given up on the idea when we received Brooks' bid, which was much more in line with what we were thinking. I met with Brooks' to go over the project about four times before they began. Brooks gave us a start date and they were there that morning before 8:00. They thought they would be able to complete the project in two weeks. It did take them three weeks, but part of the reason was weather and part of the reason was they needed to make some changes due to the inspector's additions. Working with Brooks' employees was great. We were really excited about the passion they had for our project. They also took great pride in their work. They were there when they said they would be, they answered my questions without making feel stupid, and they were very friendly. When we couldn't decide what materials to use on the ceiling of the porch and the wall going into the house, they gave us some options which was very helpful and look amazing. Other than the change due to the inspector, they came in right on budget. There were no surprises. The porch turned out beautiful, we couldn't be happier, and it is exactly what we wanted. I would definitely hire them again and I have already recommended them to several friends.”

“The job was handled with complete professionalism and it was started and completed on time. Doug also took the time to go shopping with me and make suggestions as to which products were reliable and at the same time, save us money. His finished product is excellent and he had to work in adverse conditions, do to the fact that one of the occupants works nights and has to sleep during the day. plus the fact that we had no place to go and had to use the bathroom during the time he was remodeling it. I'll hire him again in a heartbeat!”
