“We interviewed several contractors for the complete demo and remodel of our master bathroom. Bancroft was by far the best communicator, the most reliable, and the most reasonably priced. Throughout the six week process of picking out materials, ordering them, and install, Gerald (manager) and Jimmy (owner) were fantastic! In fact, they were so hands on, that the owner even did the majority of install himself. But what really stuck out to us, was when they ran into more damage to the subfloor than anticipated, they did not take that as an opportunity to charge us more, and instead stuck to the original estimate, despite the extra labor. They also were flexible and happily agreed to a few minor cosmetic changes that I suggested during install. The project was done perfectly, and exactly on time. We will definitely use them again for our next project!”

“A neighbor recommended Chuck to us when we needed to have our front entry-way floor replaced. Fortunately for us, in the process of doing so, Chuck became curious as to why the old floor had warped, resulting in his discovering some significant moisture problems in our crawl space. Because Chuck went above and beyond what we had hired him to do, we were able to hire the necessary company to fix our problem, and curtail further damage to our house. After the repairs to the foundation caused some shifting in the beautiful floor Chuck had installed for us, he kindly came back and made adjustments so that it lay correctly, for which we were grateful. Later, we hired him to re-grout our kitchen floor tile, which another company had likely not done correctly the first time. Chuck is affable, kind, considerate of his work environment and time, and committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Chuck!”
