“It's easy to give a great review when you are extremely happy with your kitchen after 2 years and we wouldn't change a thing. After deciding on a basic design of the kitchen we wanted we researched many suppliers and manufactures. Randy Kraemer worked with us to design a kitchen and laundry with no over counter cabinets, a wall of pantry cabinets and multiple drawers in the large island and in the under counter cabinets. Randy was able to create every cabinet we wanted including a large lower "tray" cabinet, a key cabinet and an under sink waste and recycle unit. Some cabinets have 4 drawers and some 3, all are full plywood with soft closing drawers and have a special drawer facing designed by my wife. With Randy's expertise almost anything is possible and he will order the counter top(s) exactly as you wish at an amazing price. As the saying goes "the devil is in the details" and Randy's experience in creating large functional kitchens in small to medium spaces is tops in the industry. His kitchens are built to last a lifetime and finished like a craftsman's showroom. As a Realtor I have observed thousands of kitchens and many could be improved, Randy Kraemer will take the time and provide you with the kitchen you deserve at a realistic price in a reasonable amount of time. “Jim responded promptly to every enquiry. When he came to the property to measure, he found that the cabinets over the fridge were torn down due to the height of the newer fridge. With his professional opinion, it would be much better to have the cabinets rebuilt and installed for the purpose of selling the property. Without changing the quoted price, Jim offered to rebuild the over fridge cabinets. When the job finished, everything looked perfect and the kitchen looked more completed with the new doors and the new section added over the fridge. Jim always considered the best interest for the clients. Jim is helpful, considerate and professional with high quality material used.”

“I would highly recommend Royal hardwood refinishing to do your floors. We just had porcelain tile laid in the front Breezeway as well as the kitchen and then we had hardwood laid in our family room dining room and bedroom. They were professional, hard-working, and on time.. every time. The quality of work and detail put into the finished product was seamless. “We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”

“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises.
