We recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team from Final Touch Granite on a comprehensive home renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The dynamic trio of the Christen, Clay, and Tina brought each of their unique talents to the table and transformed our house! Christen is meticulous with her estimates and planning of every aspect of the project. She ensured that that timelines were met and communication was clear throughout. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering on time was truly remarkable. We always felt informed and confident that our project was in capable hands. Clay demonstrated a wealth of experience and expertise that was evident in the quality of work by his team. He made sure that every detail was executed flawlessly, and we got the beautifully renovated bathrooms and kitchen that we wanted! Tina's keen eye for aesthetics and design choices helped us blend functionality with style and resulted in a home that is not only practical but also visually stunning. She took time to understand our preference for color palette, fixtures, surface textures and helped us make choices that fit our needs. In addition to the renovation work, the team also took on the task of painting our entire house. My husband and I never expected the 4-month remodeling of our home to be stress-free, especially since we would be living there the entire time, but that is exactly what happened with Final Touch Granite. The entire Final Touch team provided outstanding customer service, and the quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent. They carry a tremendous selection of products in their showroom and patiently helped us make our choices. The majority of the flooring throughout our home was tile. All of that was removed and replaced with beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen and master bath were completely renovated/updated. As that was being wrapped up, we decided to have them also paint the baseboards, trim, and doors throughout the house. Now the entire interior of our home has had a facelift, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Everyone who worked on our project was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, experienced, meticulous, efficient, and punctual. We appreciate always being informed days in advance regarding what would be happening when, and who to expect at our home and at what time. We would have done this a long time ago had we known what a pleasure it would be to work with Final Touch Granite.

You can’t go wrong with Final Touch Granite! They removed eight of my old, chipping granite countertops and replaced them with gorgeous quartz. They also removed and replaced the backsplashes. Christen and Tina were so kind and worked with me tirelessly in their beautiful showroom until we came up with the perfect combination. Everyone involved in the process from day one to the day of completion was very kind, professional and masters of their craft. Final Touch Granite was a pleasure to work with and I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We hired Final Touch to renovate our (20+ year old ) Jack and Jill bathroom which included two vanities and converting the tub into a shower. We are abundantly pleased with the final product and the renovation process was smooth and stress-free from the start to the finish. Abi and Christen were very helpful with picking out the granite, tile, faucets, paint, etc. and they were patient with all of our questions. Clay did an amazing job managing the team of skilled workers, communicating the schedule with us, and he was also helpful with all of our questions/concerns. We wanted to keep the mirrors but knew they might be damaged during the tear out. The guys were extra careful and we still have the original mirrors! The granite countertops look beautiful and the new shower looks so nice! We look forward to our next renovation with Final Touch. Thank you!

I cannot express how impressed I am with this local business! The response to my first email inquiry was quick. I heard back within 24 hours of emailing from their website. Abi, the Sales Representative worked easily with my schedule to come to my home within a week to take measurements. He was very straight forward with material costs and the installation process. He answered all my questions and concerns with great clarity. Technicians were out a week later to install my bathroom counter top. Both gentlemen that installed the counter were professional and clean. Since, the job was a remodel and not a new build, they were careful to work around my home. No damage was done and the final product was perfect. The lines were seamless and even. I am very impressed and grateful for their work.

Final touch Granite just installed new granite in my new kitchen. This was a complete new kitchen including new cabinets and new farm sink. Picture attached.

Final Touch is absolutely the Best in granite and backsplash installation! Every step of the process was so simple. Their showroom had everything that I needed and they were very patient with all of my questions. Once my choice was made, they were able to give me EXACT times of arrival for all of the installers. My granite counter top is even more striking than I had imagined. The way they placed the stone catches all the best light! My backsplash literally sealed the deal and I was amazed at the quality of the workmanship! Oh yes, I even bought a fabulous sink from them. My kitchen is so beautiful now, I wish I had done this sooner!

We have used Final Touch twice over the past 10 years to remodel areas of our home. We had an excellent experience both times. The process from start to finish was well managed. The Design, Material Selection, Estimating and Construction went smoothly and timely. Everyone involved including the sub contractors were helpful. The job went as expected with minimum extras.

We have used Final Touch for the remodeling of the kitchens and bathrooms at two different homes. This included granite, tile and plumbing work. Our experience has been that their craft people have been very skilled and efficient in their work and have always been curteous and friendly. The family owners have always been easy to work with and were excellent with the final design. Would highly recommend.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and have professional craftsmen to complete Tina's design, Clay's suggestions and Christen's organization. Work done 10 years ago is still current and up-to-date and continues to bring compliments. I have worked with Final Touch Granite and remodeling for many years. Christen, the office manager is a true professional. The service that they offer to the customers is unrivaled. They offer decorator services along with qualified tradesmen to finish the jobs to even the most discriminating of customers. Tina, the firms decorator is excellent, she spends time with customers to determine their tastes and then endeavors to work around that in her designs. Overall the company is excellent. Final Touch was wonderfully super!! Tina created my dream kitchen, sketching the whole thing by hand - incredible. I'm not the type that can visualize a project from mere samples, but Tina said trust her and I did. WOW!!! What an amazing change! She removed walls, had columns built, and helped me pick out the most beautiful cabinets, backsplash, copper sink, and all the other details that went into the design!! Everyone who comes to visit can't believe the transformation. They love it and so do we. I'm never leaving my house - it's absolutely gorgeous!!

We have used Final Touch for a couple of major renovations. They have done beautiful high quality work. Tina is a very talented decorator and easy to work with. Clay is professional and the crew are highly skilled and fun to work with. We wouldn't call anyone else to work on our home!

I used this company for a kitchen remodel. I had problems with a lack of communication, overcharging, promising things they couldn't deliver, slow work, outright lying about quality, services and products. I also had a problem with them complying with my requests for safer worker conditions and supplies. I am very unsatisfied with their entire operation and the job they did. I could not recommend them at all.
