There are not enough words to express my gratitude and praise for Eddie Saunders and his entire Team at Flip Flop Cabinet & Tile Creations, Inc.! Initially, I was looking to do a small bathroom renovation in our primary bathroom. I called countless local businesses, general contractors, and handymen. Eddie was legit the only one who promptly returned my call, quickly scheduled me in for a free consultation, and get back to me with a quote. In addition, he was one of the few people who came out who was actually friendly, courteous, HONEST, and professional. That's a combination of traits that are VERY hard to find these days. Truthfully, I was sold on Eddie alone; but his fair pricing, skilled Team of employees, and years of experience and knowledge confirmed my choice. Travis and Ethan renovated my primary bathroom and exceeded my expectations in doing so! Eddie made the entire process SO easy, guiding me the whole way through with outstanding recommendations and answers to my many, MANY questions along the way. Eddie helped take the vision I had in my mind and turn it into a process for Travis and Ethan to create. They turned my small, dark, old stall shower into a 2nd closet (so we now have a "his & hers" closet); they turned my dusty, unused garden tub into a gorgeous, large tiled walk-in shower with the most beautiful tile details in the floor and niche; they re-tiled the entire bathroom floor; replaced my bathroom vanity; and more! Travis and Ethan were fantastic to work with! Again, they both composed all the traits you'd be lucky to find in hiring someone to work in your home. They were always prompt, reliable, efficient, and careful in their work. It's obvious they take great pride in what they do - and rightfully so! In addition, they were friendly and professional and completely trustworthy. I felt 100% comfortable allowing them access inside my home even if I wasn't there. After such an outstanding experience with Eddie and his Team on my primary bathroom, I continued to hire them for a few other jobs. Vince and Nick beautifully installed backsplashes in my kitchen and guest bathroom. Travis came out again to install a plank ceiling on my patio. And there were a few other smaller projects I hired Eddie and his Team to help with as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eddie Saunders and his Team at Flip Flop Cabinet & Tile! I will never again use another contractor.

This company was awesome from start to finish! Eddie at Flip Flop was so flexible, allowing us to do some of the demo ourselves. He came out quick, gave us a quote later that day, and squeezed us in the following week. His guys were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job putting down our tile floors and installing toilets. It could not have gone smoother! I’ll definitely be calling him again when it comes time to work on our kitchen.

Work not finished, paid 10K for cabinet in July weren't installed until December, check was cashed in August. Two different color of cabinets to be installed, never received other cabinets, not handles on cabinet, backsplash never finished. Appliances placed with scratches to stove and refrigerator. Still have baseboards missing and island was never painted. Also paint job that was done you can see the patch work and nails were left in. Per workers too many jobs open and boss too overwhelmed. Gave estimates and wanted receipts and asked for cost of things was told not to worry about it. Had to communicate with friend that works for Contractor due to multiple missed install dates. And Vince was sent to house but never spoke to Eddie about problem until after he got home from Christmas vacation when he delivered cabinets. Was over it and to upset. After letting and him and others know in was not happy l, he just sent estimates and even stated that we gave him check in December. Very unprofessional, lack of communication, and even workers dont know what job they are supposed to be on....not happy and have to hire someone else to finish job. Spent Holidays/birthdays with no kitchen.

I cannot even describe how pleased I am with the kitchen remodel work that Eddie and his team did for me. The quality of the work, professionalism, timeliness, and respectfulness made it a pleasure to work with them. Communication is essential in a project like this and Eddie always took time to explain things throughout the remodeling process and answered every question to my satisfaction. Vince was most professional and did such quality work; in fact, all of the guys working at my house not only did quality work but were considerate and polite. They always cleaned up after themselves and left the work area neat and orderly each day. Eddie and his team went above and beyond; they did extra things beyond the scope of their work that added a touch of excellence! They took down walls and patched the tile floor when there was just barely enough tile to make it work, but they made it work beautifully! They painted and then repainted when the shade I choose was just not quite the right color, and were happy to do it! To summarize: they were on time, easy to work with, respectful of my time, and extremely competent. I highly recommend Eddie and his team at Flip Flop Cabinets and Tile Creations! I will certainly have them back again for my next project!!

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work that Eddie and his crew did for the kitchen remodel and interior paint of our condo. Very good quality work, professional, timely, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Being new to the remodeling process (as we were), it was a comfort to find that Eddie guided us through the remodeling process, listened to the ideas that we had, and provided us with exactly what we wanted. I had the pleasure to meet Vince also, and are very happy with his quality work and professional attitude. These guys are top notch! We highly recommend Flip Flop Cabinets and Tile Creations!

Eddie and his crew at Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creation, Inc. are phenonimal. They remodeled my house and did a fantastic job. The house is beautiful, and the project came in under budget and on time. I couldn't ask for more.

Eddie Sanders provided a first class experience in the remodel of our home this past week. We scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time, with Eddie making the initial visit, taking all notes. Within a couple of days, a detailed estimate was given. We nailed down exactly what was to be done, and he had his team in place on the day agreed upon. Work was efficient and complete within the timeframe estimated. We will feel comfortable referring Eddie to our friends and family. It looks fabulous!

I have had a few remodels done at my other house and now in my condo it was imperative that the contractor I selected come in and get the job done fast. Eddie's crew were all great, very good craftsmen and got the job done in a timely manner. Only thing that held them up was the counter tops. Once those were in they came n and did a great job completing the project. I highly recommend this group.

My cabinets were ready to be installed and the installer hurt his back. Called Flip Flop and they were able to do the job when originally scheduled. Absolutely beautiful work by Vince and Mark. They were not involved in the planning or design of the kitchen so this was not an easy task. Wish I had know about Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creations when I started this project. They can do it all - electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, tile setting, cabinet install. Great job. Thank you Eddie Sanders!!!!
