Fresh FKB provides every client with a full year labor warranty after the project has been concluded. Our Company received the last payment from Mr. Mancuso on 02/04/2013 and as per contract he had until 02/04/2014 to make necessary punch lists for our company to manage at no cost. Mr. Mancuso contacted Fresh FKB this past December 2015 in which at that point it had been 2 years and 10 months that had gone by. To address the client’s substandard personal opinion, we can assure every product we offer to our clients is fully examined through research of the manufacturer’s credentials and substantial reviews that reflects vast quality. Like the electrician that executed the electrical in the remodel they are all licensed and are compelled to perform the scope of work to all required mandatory standards and carefully inspected by project manager before completion.
The person who attended Mr. Mancuso over the phone on December had worked with him through the remodel. It was explained that sometimes certain products may have a defect and malfunction sooner than expected but as unfortunate as it is there is no way for us to know until it happens. To resolve the issue, as we do with every single client that contacts our company after the year warranty, we offered to send our electrician to perform the job for a small visit fee of $79 and the cost of a new transformer for $110.50, totaling $189.50. Mr. Mancuso quickly answered that he was not willing to pay that amount of money and that he would rather resolve the issue by himself and rudely hung up the phone on the person that was trying to solve the matter.
Since that call we hadn’t heard from Mr. Mancuso until he took the time to file two complaints through BBB and Houzz.com. We apologize for any inconvenience our policies may have caused Mr. Mancuso but Fresh FKB takes great pride on having the HAPPIEST customers in South Florida. Our sole intention was to take care of his needs as we do with every client that walks through our doors.
