I am very happy with the whole house tile and kitchen remodel just completed by Fresh Remodel. All was professionally done from initial estimate to design consultation to actual remodel. Mauren in the office is very sweet and helpful. Andrea in design helped me maximize my space. Dasiel is a very knowledgeable and experienced contractor. All the subcontractors were extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this company.

We had an excellent installation of laminate floors throughout our townhouse and a complete makeover of our kitchen. The products used were very good and we are enjoying the new look throughout the house. We really appreciate the attention to detail, their professionalism and their desire to accommodate our every need. We were treated with respect and kindness as they answered every question and made every effort to more than satisfy us. We recently called them to take care of an electrical issue in our kitchen. They did not hesitate to provide us with a speedy remedy. We will call on Duran and his "Fresh Floor, Kitchen & Bath" crew again and again!

We have had several issues with the work performed and the latest now being substandard wiring in the kitchen and components that have failed. We have had to call in 2x another professional to fix issues in the kitchen.

Fresh FKB is a company that characterizes for always providing outstanding customer service and walking the extra mile for its customers. As every other company we have procedures to follow from when the customer makes the first contact to after a project has been completed.
Fresh FKB provides every client with a full year labor warranty after the project has been concluded. Our Company received the last payment from Mr. Mancuso on 02/04/2013 and as per contract he had until 02/04/2014 to make necessary punch lists for our company to manage at no cost. Mr. Mancuso contacted Fresh FKB this past December 2015 in which at that point it had been 2 years and 10 months that had gone by. To address the client’s substandard personal opinion, we can assure every product we offer to our clients is fully examined through research of the manufacturer’s credentials and substantial reviews that reflects vast quality. Like the electrician that executed the electrical in the remodel they are all licensed and are compelled to perform the scope of work to all required mandatory standards and carefully inspected by project manager before completion.
The person who attended Mr. Mancuso over the phone on December had worked with him through the remodel. It was explained that sometimes certain products may have a defect and malfunction sooner than expected but as unfortunate as it is there is no way for us to know until it happens. To resolve the issue, as we do with every single client that contacts our company after the year warranty, we offered to send our electrician to perform the job for a small visit fee of $79 and the cost of a new transformer for $110.50, totaling $189.50. Mr. Mancuso quickly answered that he was not willing to pay that amount of money and that he would rather resolve the issue by himself and rudely hung up the phone on the person that was trying to solve the matter.
Since that call we hadn’t heard from Mr. Mancuso until he took the time to file two complaints through BBB and Houzz.com. We apologize for any inconvenience our policies may have caused Mr. Mancuso but Fresh FKB takes great pride on having the HAPPIEST customers in South Florida. Our sole intention was to take care of his needs as we do with every client that walks through our doors.

WE are more than pleased with the process of redoing our Kitchen. Dayana was professional and extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection and matching materials,while being thoughtful of our budget. Dayana's suggestions and eye for design were excellent and the result is a Kitchen that is beautiful. Also the construction was timely and each craftsman was clean and did there work to perfection. We would highly recommend Fresh Flooring,Kitchen and Bath to anyone.

I love my new bathroom! The design team at Fresh worked with me patiently to come up with a design that I was completely happy with, and that also fit within my budget. The project started on the appointed start date and work on the project was stead from start to finish. The project was completed within days of the initial proposed completion date. The contractors who work with Fresh were friendly and respectful of my property and my space. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

We selected Fresh in May of this year and they finished four months later. We've never done a renovation like this so we don't know if that's excessive or not. However, we are very pleased with the outcome. First, the crew removed all the cabinets and put the appliances (we had access to the refrigerator and microwave throughout) aside so the electricians could update the electrics and install the lighting. After that, work on the hood commenced. Then the cabinets were put up and the counter tops installed. The backsplash came next and the under the counter lighting. Not long after that came two separate inspections by the city and then we were done. Thankfully, they found no surprises so the amount we paid matched the estimate exactly. There were several weeks of no activity. The oven hood delivery was delayed and scheduling the inspectors was apparently an issue. We got several other estimates from contractors we found on Angie's List and discussed the process with friends and acquaintances and they all told us that there are a lot of renovations going on and that patience would be required. Our patience was rewarded. Duran and his crew did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone.

We planned our kitchen remodel for nearly four years, scouring the internet, going to home shows, visiting local businesses - gathering all kinds of information on various contractors and design companies. We called around, looked around and got at least a half a dozen estimates, but no one really seemed to understand what we wanted, or what we hoped to achieve with our design. Then, we found Fresh Floor, Kitchen & Bath. From the moment we walked into their store, we were impressed with their friendly staff, their professionalism and the time they took to really talk with us. They asked all the right questions and gave us answers to questions we didn't even know to ask! (It was our first remodel and a bit overwhelming!) Andrea's design help was fantastic and she really "got it" - what we wanted our dream kitchen to look like - and just as importantly, LIVE like. She brought our vision to life while making sure it would be both beautiful AND practical. The owner, Dasiel Duran was the project manager and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. The crew was fantastic and we looked forward to seeing them each day - in no time at all, they felt more like family than employees! They worked so hard and always with a smile! Our kitchen has gone from a top contender in the "ugliest kitchens in America" contest to being simply STUNNING and it has been a joy to share it with friends and family. We will absolutely use FFK&B again for future projects (as we have several bathrooms vying for the "ugliest" title now!), but for the time being - we're enjoying our beautiful, no - make that PERFECT kitchen. Fresh Floor Kitchen and Bath did a total remodel of our master bathroom in 2012. We were so happy with the way the master bathroom turned out that we hired them again in 2014 to do a second bathroom for us. They were a great company to work with. Very detailed and take pride in their workmanship. We were looking for a one stop shop, where we could get everything in one place to complete our vision. They helped with design ideas and choosing of materials to make our vision a dream come true.
