“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“i've met Kim and Ido about two months ago we wanted to start and remodel two of our bathrooms. We had a lot of fears and concerns because of a very bad experience that we had about a year ago. Our contractor stop answering us after performing about 50% of the job and left us with a deep hole in our pocket and a messy house. We ended up completing it with different contractor that we weren't happy with as well. New Dawn Construction came to our house and showed this promising projects product and services. They are specializing in high-end designs. However, their prices are pretty fair. It was lower than what our other contractors provide . Kim did an amazing job on addressing all of our concerns and we literally felt that those people care about us not only for their money like the previous contractors. They have created a beautiful design and revised it again and again until we were happy they did not ask us for more money. The design was amazing and we have decided to stretch our budget just a little bit for it. It ended up being the best thing we decided . There minor mistakes and delays that new done addressed immediately took responsibility and fixed Job was done before timelines And the results oh my God, it's amazing unbelievably beautiful, and done with a fur price Workers Emilio and Juan, the plumbers and the electricians were super nice professional and respectful. I would highly recommend New Dawn Construction for any of your projects.”
